We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, Mac and cheese, 3 drinks and sauces. BOTH sandwich's and 1 fri came with a GIANT long hair entangled around it. As well as 1 of the fries had another hair!!! Well it finally happened. Service was always great but tonight they blew it. In the drive through we specified it was 2 separate orders. We were going to two separate places and the sandwiches had different condiments. We get to the window and its all crammed in one bag. It was a super fast day at this location. I went via the drive-thru, and the employees were super friendly and efficient. Their chicken was good, and you can't go wrong with their sauce. I have not eaten yet but we drove out about 20 minutes we left at about 4:45 and we sat and waited about 15-20 minutes for our food, we got three orders of tortilla soup among food for three other people and extra sides for all four people. We got our large bag of food and four drinks and made it home, unpacking our food we realize there is one tortilla soup missing leading to us calling back and asking if we could issue a refund being refused only given if we drive back to the location then asking if we could pay for the delivery service and they told us they could not deliver it to us. read more

Without a doubt this was the longest wait I've ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A. From the time I pulled in to the parking lot to leaving the parking lot with my order was 25 minutes that is crazy because it never takes that long at any location I've ever been to. So yesterday I popped to my beloved Chick-fil-A location ( used to work there btw). I got a Cobb salad with strips (my usual). It comes with 3 strips on the top and if you ask me I really only had 2. The 3rd was mad small, like a nugget. Not to mention that my salad looked like it was prepared by free throwing the ingredients from the 3 point line -_-. It was the most disheveled thing I ever seen. The strips were cold and they only gave me 2 of my 4 cream salsa dressings. one of my favorite fast-food chains and this location in DeLand is great. there's indoor seating, curbside pick-up, and 2 lanes for drive-through. as expected, the staff is super polite and friendly, the food is always good. i've worked with this location for catering orders too- always had a great experience in terms of the food itself and the order being correct, however, they've been late on a couple of occasions. regardless, i'd still recommend them for catering orders or just a quick, casual meal. read more

Out of all the Chick-Fil-A locations I usually frequent (lake mary, sanford, Daytona and ormond) this has to be one of the slower ones especially for breakfast. Most locations have people outside to expedite the process so you aren't waiting 10-15 minutes. The other locations also allow you to order lunch since everything in the restaurant is fried this one does not which is kind of ridiculous. Other locations will simply tell you it will be a few minute wait and have you pull up which isnt an a big deal for someone making a special request. If you want the service like you see other customers on TV getting in the commercials I don't think this is going to be your location. read more

Employee Manning drive-through came to me and said that my credit card didn't go through so I swiped a different credit card. Then proceeded to have me wait while 12 people behind me received their order because they had to retake my order, for chicken nuggets and fries. You would think they would have those on hand and could expedite my order. And then checked my credit card and both cards have been charged. Call to inform them of this and complain about wait. Go to Popeyes or any other "fast" food chain and see if you can get faster service. I'd bet you can't. To the comments that are saying they put in a curbside 20 minutes before they arrived and they don't get their food until 15 min after they've arrived: they don't make your food when you order, they make it when you arrive and put in a parking number so it's fresh and they make food in the order that people ARRIVE at the restaurant. The app discloses this. If you come around peak times, sure it'll be busy (because it's good). I guarantee you'll get better food, service, and greater speed here than anywhere else. It's Chick Fil A , you really have to work at messing this up, the food here is very consistent and so is the service "most of the time" , you need to check your order here if you get anything extra on your chicken sandwich or biscuit, 7 out of 10 times I do not get the extra bacon I pay for and 7 out of 10 times I do not receive my extra condiments even though I click on them on the app and request them, I always order from the APP and HIGHLY recommend it, if not you will be sitting on Woodland Ave or in the side street blocking traffic waiting for your turn, about a half hour wait minimum from the time you arrive.
