As far as I know this is the only place around that has flavored livers and gizzards. We liked them but for some of our crowd they were too salty. We also tried their plain and they were very good as well. The wings were good but small. Their sides include okra, the portion was generous, and they were quite good. We will order again when we have a hankering for gizzards and livers.

I guess that's a southern thing. The green beans taste like they had too much vinegar but I know everyone has a different preference. The cornbread had a nice presentation but it's too dry and needs some sweetness to it. I will try again just not what I already had. The chicken was cooked in used grease. It can be better if they just make little changes.

Tenders were so bland and tasteless my son said he would just eat the fries, which he couldn't eat as well, took a bite of both, the fries tasted like old grease and the chicken tasted like fish. when she asked me how it was, I politely told her it was not good and told her so she could tell the kitchen staff so they are aware of it. never asked to take anything off the check, nor did she offer. while Getting in the car the manager came out and asked was there a problem with my food? So, I again told her the same thing.... Immediately she became defensive and proceeded to tell me how she changes the oil and the batter is separate from the fish and I was wrong...and I was the first one to complain about their food. Well, maybe I was the first one to speak up? Usually when people have a bad meal, they just don't come back, that would be me, but I really wanted this place to work because it is so close to us and wanted to give them constructive criticism. We had a wonderful experience and even made sure to tell Jessica, the manager, of how pleased we were with the delicious food and such a helpful and courteous staff. I'd highly recommend folks to stop in and get this neat VIP experience with great food and super nice employees in a very comfortable setting. I was very surprised at how soft the bread was and that it still held up all the toppings. The friends were great and old fashioned. The star of the show might have been the chili cheese dog. When I saw it, I thought we made a mistake. It looked a mess for real. But it was a mess in the best way. It surprised us both and was so tasty. They use slice cheese and a thick chili. I'm kinda glad this is far because I'd be here all the time. We definitely plan to go back and try more menu items.

I chose lemon pepper which I'm comparing all wings to one consistent flavor as I do my best Wing search. The color was good the size was adequate they even had Ken's blue cheese dressing which was a plus. A little chewy and I barely tasted any lemon flavoring and they were so salty I had to offset the saltiness with more blue cheese dressing. I don't know what else to say. Wings should never take 5 minutes to get done.
