She acted like helping me was a burden, barely made eye contact, and snapped at me when I asked a simple question about cup holders. After advising me he was not taking my order because I asked him to scan the app. He told the other young lady not to talk to me because I was being disrespectful. She proceeded to take my order and apologize for him. This is the second time that he was very rude and not being the polite chick filet employee , many other customers has had an encounter with him. He needs to be on the inside preparing food not in contact with customers, He is very hostile and apparently does not know customer service well. Food was great per all three people I ordered for. Continually does not secure drink lids. Myself, my food, and my car have been soaked more than once (only in the last year, in which time the customer service has down the drain. This is the only Chick-fil-A where this has happened to me.). I went inside at 8:50 pm (it was packed) and when I stand there to order, the boy says "We closed homie, go order outside". Visited Chick-fil-A store 04285 today, 08/04/23, and had the worst experience from a Chick-fil-A restaurant EVER! Waited in line, only to be bypassed by the team taking orders outdoors. Pressed for time, I told the person at the booth what happened. He took my order and I proceeded to the window. At the window, I was asked to pull forward. I declined and was approached by MITCH. He insisted I pull forward and said he would cancel my order if I did not, speaking to me in the most derogatory tone. I'm on a business call as this is being heard. At this point, I wanted a refund. I was then told he would make me wait. He gave me a duplicate receipt and lied and said he refunded my order - and he walked away. I waited at the window for him to return (WHOLE INCIDENT RECORDING ON MY IPHONE) to explain that he printed a duplicate receipt and not a refund receipt. He comes to the window and threatens to call the police. I'm a black woman (he thought this would scare me). Police arrive and tell me this is a civil matter and I asked, I just want my refund. IS THIS HOW CHICK-FIL-A handles simple customer disputes??? Apparently, ole MITCH is used to this type of discriminatory behavior!! Horrible experience. read more

The Restauraunt and food is fine, staff are friendly. I'm just trying to get the owner/manager's attention to do curbside pick up like every other store. This location has the largest parking lot I've ever seen at a CFA, so there is plenty of room. Because larger vehicles can't fit in drive-thru, we have to call the store every time we place an order, then wait in whatever weather for them to meet us at the door. We had difficulty finding a disabled parking space. The drive through line cuts right between people trying to park and leave parking spaces so it took Forever and was what I call a "cluster". Is there supposed to be signage directing folks to go around to get to the drive through? The pick up spaces in front should be moved to the opposite side of where they're located - replace those with additional disabled spaces. Those picking up from ordering on the app are able to run in and pick up their orders. The disabled - not so much. The fries were soggy and cold and not left in the fryer long enough. They were almost ehitThe tomato was a light pink and tasted like wet cardboard. I asked for a manager - 3 times - and never got one to talk to. The staff, as usual, is fabulous. Every single one. Disappointed in Mike. My family walked in at 10:26 am with one register open and waited in line as a woman was ordering 19 gift cards, which, as expected, took longer than a normal transaction. Once another register was opened and were waited on, it was 10:32 and they would not serve us breakfast. The attendant said, "sorry, we stop serving breakfast at 10:30". Once I questioned it as we had been standing in line for quite some time, she asked "Mike" who was assisting just a few feet away and he said "no". I pressed further trying to get clarity on whether it was a programming issue and simply would not let them input into the system (or sheer will) and Mike planted his flag at the 10:30 cutoff by stating I could have a chicken biscuit (which was not what I would have wanted as I was hoping for a healthier option with an egg) that was it. It was very apparent Mike was the acting manager on duty, yet he he failed to even attempt to make eye contact with us or attempt to offer any resolution. If they were out of eggs-fine. If they system wouldn't let the staff place the order thus they couldn't make it-okay. Lie to me and make something up. Having a "because I feel like it" attitude doesn't have a place in customer service, especially at a Chic-Fil-A. I would expect something like this at a McDonalds and precisely the reason we chose this restaurant as we passed through town. The only bright notes of this interaction were the efforts of staffers, Susan and the lobby attendant, I believe her name was Karen. Susan offered other options and truly cared about turning around the experience and even went as far as to bring me a complimentary chicken biscuit (which wasn't necessary) and a sincere apology she couldn't do more. Ultimately, it's only a sandwich but I'm happy to have had great interactions with other team members who really do care about the customer experience and seem to enjoy their roles. Call the restaurant several times and no one would answer. Drove all the way back up to show the food and receipts, and then ploys want to know if we wanted to keep our cold french fries or have new french fries. They also wanted to know if we still wanted our original order. REALLY?? At this point kids were starving and they gave me our food, but not even a sorry or anything just sent me on my way. Love this Chick Fil A. Well I love them all! Well except for one but anyhoo.... I was visiting the area and the service was impeccable as always. They had a busy drive thru on a Saturday morning and the employees actually came up to your car with a tablet and took your order, and you were able to pay as well without having to yell through a speaker or Reach through windows. Our food was hand delivered to our car with all the condiments and utensils necessary. The food was on point. Love me some chicken minis, sweet iced tea was perfect but the service outweighs it all. This Chick-fil-A, in particular, does not live up to the normal Chick-fil-A quality. The lines are always insane. I would hate to work there, because the workers stand outside in the hot sun to take your order. Awful treatment. Other Chick-fil-As treat their workers much better. Besides that, they are always hurried, and the customer service is not great. We went the other night, and half of our fries were burnt and chewy and tasted like they'd been cooked in old grease. I got sick later that night. What was even worse is that my little sister found what looked to be A FRIED PIECE OF CHEWING GUM IN HER FRIES. We called to inform the manager of the situation. Someone named Ray said he was the manager. (He did replace her meal and added a cookie, which was nice). Of course, we had to prove what we told him, so we sent a picture to him. In response to the picture, he did not sound too concerned. He basically informed us that he showed it around to all of his employees and none of them could "say for certain what it was." Why would any of your employees admit to their gum dropping in? Lol. We're telling you that there is a fried piece of chewing gum in our fries. We even showed you a picture and you're questioning us. Of course, all the bacteria would have cooked out, but you should probably be a little bit more concerned so that something like this doesn't happen again. Next time, it might not be fried. Picture it: you're craving a deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and half a gallon of chick fil a sauce...then tragedy strikes. It's Sunday. So upsetting. You're busy all day Monday, but the craving is still going strong. Tuesday evening rolls around, you pull your car up and see that regal American flag up front. You pull in the drive thru. Not a long line. Beautiful. You order your deluxe chicken sandwich meal, mayo, and lots of chick fil a sauce. You wait 20 minutes at the pickup window, annoying, but obviously worth it for the glorious meal you are about to consume. During your long wait, you check your receipt and it says grilled chicken club. CLUB? Heck no. When they bring your food, you check it. It is indeed a club. You ask for the deluxe chicken sandwich that you ordered. They bring it out and it's correct. Praise Jesus. They ask if you would like to be comped for the price difference. You don't want to wait even longer while your food gets evcolder, so you say no thank you. You drive home, ready to bathe those golden fries in as much chick fil a sauce as humanly possible, and tragedy strikes again. THEY FORGOT THE CHICK FIL A SAUCE. A tear rolls down your cheek as you attempt to dip your fries in the jar of hellmans light mayo from your fridge. What a sick joke. You try to console your father in law who ordered grilled chicken nuggets and instead received breaded. Just one tragedy after the next. Full experience: not a pleasure. TL;DR: long wait, wrong sandwich (fixed, but was not comped for the price difference), wrong nuggets, no mayo, no chick fil a sauce. read more

While traveling, we decided to go through the drive through and get something and eat on the way. We love Chick Fil A and was surprised that the line wasn't wrapped around the building. At home, no matter what time of day, there is always a double line of cars in the drive through. We ordered simple combination meals with drinks. Once we got on the road and ready to eat, we were really disappointed. I took the first sandwich out of the bag and there was a long black hair hanging out of the sandwich. The waffle fries were also awful. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old or rancid grease. They were really awful and not edible. Of course, we were already away from the restaurant so we kept traveling. I know why there isn't a line at that Chick Fil A......it's because the food is awful. Stay away! read more

Terrible. The new location parking lot is a nightmare. I used to eat here for breakfast about 2 to 3 times a week. But back in April the chicken biscuits started coming with chicken that was half the size of the biscuits . It used to be just once a week. Now it's all the time. The biscuits are either undercooked & fall apart or overcooked and hard).The final straw was when the chicken was the size of 2 chicken nuggets. Who thought that was ok to serve? The new location's parking lot is POORLY designed. Very hard to get out of because cars are constantly coming in, plus the drive thru people are pulling out.
