We celebrated our grandson's 13th birthday at OG. Took a bit to get served, but all went well…read morefrom there. My food was OK... standard Olive Garden, nothing to write home about. Nothing worth complaining about. The spaghetti ordered as a side was blend (the marinara), but again - is just standard. Everyone else was happy. The server was great. Told the birthday guy that he got a free dessert so he was fired up. The main complaints were that we don't want screens at the table, and they have the video games, checkout, etc on the device on every table. It takes away from the experience in our opinion, especially when the table is full. Also, we had just put the salad on our plates and the main courses showed up within like 2 minutes. No time for the appetizers or salads to be enjoyed. It wasn't late, it was just a timing issue with the kitchen. We will go back some day, but we'll request that they don't bring our meals out before we even get a chance to taste our salads. No pictures, as we were having a nice time as a family.

Tommy's a clean and relaxed neighborhood establishment with a strong front of house. Homemade…read morelemonade, prime. Coleslaw, very tasty. Now for the critique, and let me preface this by saying I'd much rather be speaking in favor of a small business. The food ranged from mediocre to awful. Honestly, Gordon Ramsay needs to save this restaurant. As an American style restaurant, a Philly cheesesteak should be a bread and butter lunch-time staple but, for the love of the pursuit of happiness, PLEASE remove this item from your menu. The meat was dry shredded brisket (maybe), on a tasteless hoagie with a thin layer of butter. For $16.99, and a 10-15 minute wait, can Tommy's at least try to meet or exceed the quality of a Philly cheesesteaks served at fast food joints in malls across the country? I was upset my girlfriend suffered through 1/4 of the sandwich instead of sending it back. Absolute disgrace. If you don't want to produce a good quality sandwich, why put your customers through it? The fries that came with the sandwich were passable. The JackMac was also passable but not like a restaurant quality dish, more like a slightly more fancy version of a meal you'd make at home if you were feeling lazy. If you're in the mood for a heavy creamy macaroni dish blended with chopped chicken strips and spare no sodium, this is the one for you.
