The dinner started out with Banchan, which consisted of a bunch of small dishes that would be passed around - among the veggies, bean sprouts, potato's, salad, miso soybean soup, etc., the kimchi radishes were my favorite. Upon request (and free of charge), they'll bring out seconds of whatever you'd like. Then, they come out with a variety of meats that we cook ourselves (with guidance if needed) on the grill in the center of the table.
