I was going to empty my drink and found a hair that was NOT MINE in my coke and was so disgusted by the sight of it. Just thought yall should know.

I love Chick-fil-A and there is never a month that goes by that I do not visit a Chick-fil-A location. I wanted this to be a five-star but they fell short on multiple visits. The staff here isn't as friendly as other Chick-fil-A restaurants have been in the past. Perhaps Covid, short staff and the inside being closed have something to do with this. The staff seemed tired and overworked. This saddens me because I always expect bright friendly faces when I visit. It's been a three-star visit on my last few visits, which include the drive-thru and curbside. On this most recent visit, I was taken aback when I could not use drive up. This service is so convenient and right now this location isn't setting itself apart from other locations by asking me to jump in a drive-thru where the wait time is 15-20 minutes when I wanted to order this before leaving home, so I could just drive up and get it. The food was outstanding. Chicken minis meal and a strawberry parfait. I did not eat the parfait until the next day and that was still fresh and delicious tasting. I will have to say though, service and wait overshadowed that. I'll be visiting again and I expect the service to improve. I'm willing to see the growth that I know exists because I love me some Chick-fil-A period.

5/21/21 & 5/22/21: We were staying in the area for the weekend & this restaurant was very close by. Each day we went through the drive thru. Both times the order takers weren't that friendly. The first visit was during the evening & today's visit was before 12 pm. Their drive thru was somewhat chaotic & disorganized. That caused it to be backed up. For instance, someone took our order before the person in front of us was done with theirs. When we pulled around to pick ours up, we were stuck waiting behind them & unable to get out of the line. It was insane. Both days, the same person handed us our food at the window area. He wasn't friendly AT ALL & he couldn't pronounce "Byrd" to save his life. It was humorous. We just let it go. The thing that was weird for us though is that NOT A SINGLE PERSON there said it was their pleasure to assist us. I mean, isn't that what makes CFA stand out? This location needs a bit of help in the customer service department, and our fries today were cold after all that waiting we were doing. I'm not in this area often, so I probably won't be back anytime soon. I won't miss this congested shopping area or the disorganized way the drive thru is

Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries-

Normally I dont have any problems at this location other then the fact I have noticed the service here is lacking compared to chickfilas normal values. Today i want and bought fries, when i got home i opened the bag and saw they were nearly half empty.

Walked in no one spoke they didn't show no type of customer service, put my food on the counter and walked away didn't even say my pleasure or thank you smh everyone was ready to leave the front counter

Mold on sandwhich

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get a sandwich with mold on it. Submitted the complaint to get a refund and heard nothing back. Submitted a follow up and heard nothing back. Called the help line and the best thing they could do was nudge the location. Finally 2 weeks later had to drive 50 minutes (I don't live there) to the location and was offered a replacement sandwich. The person handling the issue made me feel like an idiot for not being ok with that. Finally got a refund+ 5 dollars and a replacement meal (no drink). Was never told sorry or didn't feel like the staff was sorry for my inconvenience. This was baffling to me for a franchise that prides themselves on customer service. Worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant. Will not return to this location or chickfila.

You've closed the play area off to use it as storage yet you claim it's due to covid which is a laughable excuse at this point. Due to this we will be going elsewhere. Let kids be kids. Viruses will always be with us, and find somewhere else to store your things.

Not the friendliest chic fil a, usually busy no matter the time of day, but at least the food seems clean.

Comparable to other CFA's - recommend asking for salt as the fries were not salted well ( seems to be a more common issue of late).

Love curbside, but worst part is if they forget something, you have no way to get them unless you wait in the drive thru line.

The good thing about Rukus is that they are always open on holidays and have all sorts of cuisines(not only Italian) to pick from, so everyone can get something they feel like eating. The parentals each got the meat loaf with broccoli and the mashed potatoes. I tried it and it was very good! This time, I tried a burger and made some modifications. It was also very good. The fries are always a good choice too. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was just the right temperature. 5 starts this visit! Our server was great, food was great, parking was easy, options to sit inside and outside, or at the bar. Oh yeah, I really appreciated that our server also asked ahead of time, if any of us were rewards members so she could put our number in. After being seated, we waited over 15 minutes before a server came by to take our drink order and bring menus. It might not have been as frustrating if we hadn't been able to see employees including our waiter just two tables away rolling silverware and chatting. The restaurant itself could also use an upgrade. The tables were sticky, the furniture looked worn, and the tables were packed very tightly together. We had to scoot in every time someone walked by whether it was another guest heading to the bathroom or a server passing through. Despite the light crowd, our food also took quite a while to come out. The food itself was delicious and I definitely recommend the fish tacos, but overall the experience was unpleasant. I can't say I'll be returning to this location anytime soon. The Ruckus in Apex seems to be managed much more efficiently.

Came after camp around 2:30 on a Sunday. Not super crowded and much different ambience than I was expecting. Ordered and split the 3 piece supremes dinner and asked for a bo-berry biscuit and a cheer wine (first time trying both) This place is great! Being from California, we don't have these anywhere near us and it's a crime, the chicken here is fine. Probably similar to a Popeyes, but the fries are maybe the best fries I've ever had. Both kinds of biscuits, the Bo-Berry and the regular Biscuits are fantastic. The berry one is almost like a cake/scone and the biscuit is a regular dinner biscuit but it's so buttery and fluffy. really great stuff. The cheer wine was basically cherry coke but not mad at it at all Overall, pretty freaking good. Pissed that I get to have this now and will maybe never have it again. Try it out 4.25/5

I ORDERED and paid for TWO WHITE pieces of chicken and a PICNIC sized Pinto Beans. After paying for my order I realized that I wanted to add a tea .The Cashier said that I could have it for free .Which I thought was exceptionally nice and good marketing and made a mental note to favor this location in the future . They first brought me a regular size pinto beans .When I pointed out I had ordered a Picnic size I was brought another small size and told the two of them equal a Picnic size ( No it is not .Two small containers of beans equals 1/2 a picnic size ). I decided to overlook this because " Free tea"!) Then I got home and saw that while I had paid extra for two white pieces of chicken I had been given a dark and a white . One of the pinto bean bowls had been SCRAPED out of a canister and contained inedible PINTO SLUDGE. The biscuit and the tea were good . I am writing this in detail in hopes that some manager sees this and can correct what is going on at this location .Frpm my observation it appeared that no one was keeping up with what food was needed until AFTER they ran out. Again a happy acting group but they need better management.

As an African American woman, soul food is more than just food to me. There's a certain authenticity and flavor I expect when I walk into a soul food restaurant. I ordered several items and after tasting everything, I honestly ended up throwing the entire meal away. I took a bite or spoonful of each item just to give everything a fair chance, and every time I moved on to the next thing, it was another disappointment. The mashed potatoes had a strange aftertaste that I couldn't get past. I don't know if it was the gravy or something else, but something tasted off. The barbecue ribs tasted more boiled than slow cooked and were completely drenched in sauce. The cabbage was overwhelmed with vinegar and lacked seasoning. The mac and cheese tasted more like overcooked noodles with cheese instead of flavorful baked mac and cheese. The cornbread was dry, and even the cake was dry. I will say the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly, so I have no complaints there. My issue was with the food quality and value for the price. Spending around $30 for a meal like this did not feel worth it at all. Maybe other people love it, but based on my experience, I don't understand the hype. The food just did not taste authentic or well prepared to me. I wish I had stuck with my original plans and just gone to Mikey's Diner in Wilson, North Carolina instead. At least I would have left satisfied. For me, this wasn't worth the drive, wasn't worth the money, and I won't be returning.

You can genuinely taste the difference when something is made to order like this. Whether you eat it right there in the H Mart food court or take it to go, the quality holds up. My go-to is the Spicy Garlic, which has fantastic flavor, bold, savory, and just the right level of heat without overpowering the chicken itself. The sauce clings perfectly to the crispy exterior while the inside stays tender and juicy. It's the kind of place you go back to again and again because it's reliable. No surprises, no drop-off in quality, just consistently great fried chicken done right. If you're a fan of Korean fried chicken or just great fried chicken in general, Chicken Bee is an absolute must.

I got rice as my side. It was overcooked and boring, but the chicken was so good I honestly didn't care. I got rice just in case the sauce was too spicy for me and I needed something to soothe my tongue. When I eat here again, I'll get pickled radish as the side!
