I placed a mobile order to try the new Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich with grilled chicken and a peach milkshake. I picked up in the drive thru. The employee standing at the drive thru verified my order and sent me on my way. The service was quick and friendly. The drive thru and what I could see of the inside of the restaurant was neat and clean. The peach milkshake was amazing. It was sweet and had an amazing peach flavor. One thing about Chic Fil A is their constant great customer service and their efforts towards getting customers in and out at a fast pace. I come to this Chic Fil A pretty often because it's close to where I live. I've also DoorDashed a few orders to my house and I must say my order is always correct, hot, and fresh no matter which way I purchase a meal. My favorite meal is the chicken Sammy with their amazing waffle fries. They don't hold back with the sauces either which makes my meal even better. Ok, this restaurant is out of control! The staff is impeccable! We have a crowd of over 30 so we called 20 minutes ahead! 30 individual orders. All 30 were seated with food within 10 minutes! The food is as Chick-fil-a had intended it to be, clean, fast and friendly. However, I would avoid Diane the older woman with auburn hair. She is quick to correct you on your order. Order a number 1 and you'll get a, "You know we are serving breakfast." Or you order a number 1 and you get, "Egg and Cheese on that?" No the menu is plain and simple to follow. It only seems to happen at this location. Do I need remedial training on how to order from an order board that hasn't changed in years? If you feel ordering from Diane is like having a lesson in how to order I would say see someone else or order on the app. read more

We came here for my nephew. Ordering inside was fast and friendly. Clean restrooms. This is a newer location in Calera, so it's busy most days. I didn't order any food items for myself but my nephew enjoyed his meal. read more

Pulled off the interstate at lunch time on Saturday in June with the other 600,000 people leaving Fl/AL.. Saw the drive thru line and braced myself for a lengthy wait with two hungry teenage boys.. we pulled in- right up to a friendly, quick associate. She took our order as she had me rolling towards the next cars, a young man asked our name as he shouted it to the window, in less than 5 minutes they were handing us our order that was spot on. Thankful for quick, detailed, focused employees (hard to find these days) who sure made this a good experience. Appreciate you guys and great job! read more

The service was at the counter was the second worst I've ever received at a Chick-fil-A. The young lady was not helpful or polite... her service was more inline with what you'd expect from a poorly run McDonalds. An older lady on the floor was polite and helpful. Very busy location! Drive-thru went smoothly. The staff was polite and nice! Food was good and they gave all the sauces requested. Only docked a star because the bathrooms needed major attention. The trash was overflowing onto the counter and the sanitary napkin trashcan was overflowing onto the floor which is very gross. Upon entry to the building the trash outside was overflowing but that was being taken care of on the way out. read more

I came in this morning for breakfast. I noticed that one of the guys working was addressing each guest by name. My thought was, "Wow that's cool, they must come in a lot." But then after I had enjoyed my biscuit & check emails and such for about 25/30 minutes - Reid came over and said "can I refresh your drink, Ms Rebecca?" And then I knew, he was one of the good ones - taking his work seriously & going the extra mile to make customers feel valued & seen! I have never had a problem ordering a spicy chicken sandwich in the mornings from any chick fil a, but this one told me they couldn't do it until lunch time. So I asked for a breakfast chicken on a bun, and the order was read back to me multiple times as a chicken biscuit. I corrected it but was still given a chicken biscuit. Was driving through and wanted to grab a snack and something to eat. Didn't have any idea that Chick-fil-A had opened a location here. This was just a quick trip in and the review is based on the drive through. It was about 9:15 in the evening and they drive through wasn't crowded at all. The drive through attendant quickly came over the speaker to say hi and ask for my order. Made sure to repeat back everything and provided a total before asking me to come around to the window. Food came out hot...the fries had just come out of the fryer and were hot to the touch. Friendly staff and exceptionally fresh food. Why do they still have a limited menu? For families with food allergies Chick-fil-a is often a great fast food option. When you get there and sit through the epic drive thru line then the menu is limited to fried everything with a side of gluten it can really throw the evening into a tailspin. read more

So happy we have a Chic-fil-a now. Food is always hot and the staff is sweet for the most part. Once in awhile I get a young girl that likes to have a wee little bit of an attitude but ya know what? At least these kids are working and showing good work ethics. A few times my nuggets have been greasy as in grease in the bottom of the box(ewwww) but those are some fine chicken nuggets you got there. Service is fast.....lightening fast.
