Food was aight and the bathroom was so nice. The only thing i got to say abt this joint, don't talk to anybody if you don't have to. There was not a single normal conversation had, and the people there scared me. It was mad clean tho, bro was even outside cleaning up the parking lot. If I were you I'd just go thru the drive thru if you can. read more

I placed a mobile order to try the new Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich with grilled chicken and a peach milkshake. I picked up in the drive thru. The employee standing at the drive thru verified my order and sent me on my way. The service was quick and friendly. The drive thru and what I could see of the inside of the restaurant was neat and clean. The peach milkshake was amazing. It was sweet and had an amazing peach flavor. There were diced peaches mixed in. The Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich was so good! The flavors work perfectly together. I highly recommend it. read more

I LOVE Chick-fil-a. On New Year's Day we stopped here for lunch on the way home from Montgomery. It was not busy, which was shocking. Everything was piping hot, fresh and delicious! read more

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. The chicken nuggets were SO chewy, like a bone like undercooked and the fries are burnt they were black. Also the lemonade I ordered was pulpy I asked for NO pulp.. read more

One thing about Chic Fil A is their constant great customer service and their efforts towards getting customers in and out at a fast pace. I come to this Chic Fil A pretty often because it's close to where I live. I've also DoorDashed a few orders to my house and I must say my order is always correct, hot, and fresh no matter which way I purchase a meal. My favorite meal is the chicken Sammy with their amazing waffle fries. They don't hold back with the sauces either which makes my meal even better. This Chic Fil A is my favorite location, not because of convenience; but because of consistency and customer service! Keep doing amazing CFA team! read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a neon sign for a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Calera, Alabama

We came here for my nephew. Ordering inside was fast and friendly. Clean restrooms. This is a newer location in Calera, so it's busy most days. I didn't order any food items for myself but my nephew enjoyed his meal. read more

Ok, this restaurant is out of control! The staff is impeccable! We have a crowd of over 30 so we called 20 minutes ahead! 30 individual orders. All 30 were seated with food within 10 minutes! Then they took care of all of us by taking our trash and refilling drinks. I have NEVER had a fast food restaurant experience this over the top! 10 stars read more

The food is as Chick-fil-a had intended it to be, clean, fast and friendly. However, I would avoid Diane the older woman with auburn hair. She is quick to correct you on your order. Order a number 1 and you'll get a, "You know we are serving breakfast." Or you order a number 1 and you get, "Egg and Cheese on that?" No the menu is plain and simple to follow. It only seems to happen at this location. Do I need remedial training on how to order from an order board that hasn't changed in years? If you feel ordering from Diane is like having a lesson in how to order I would say see someone else or order on the app. read more

Pulled off the interstate at lunch time on Saturday in June with the other 600,000 people leaving Fl/AL.. Saw the drive thru line and braced myself for a lengthy wait with two hungry teenage boys.. we pulled in- right up to a friendly, quick associate. She took our order as she had me rolling towards the next cars, a young man asked our name as he shouted it to the window, in less than 5 minutes they were handing us our order that was spot on. Thankful for quick, detailed, focused employees (hard to find these days) who sure made this a good experience. Appreciate you guys and great job! read more

Pretty normal CF-a. More than enough staff - only a few customers when we arrived. (Granted, a girls softball team was just leaving.) Regardless, very polite wait staff. Food...ok with a notable misstep. My waffle fries were very limp and barely lukewarm. (Should have taken them back....but too tired after a long road trip.) read more

The service was at the counter was the second worst I've ever received at a Chick-fil-A. The young lady was not helpful or polite... her service was more inline with what you'd expect from a poorly run McDonalds. An older lady on the floor was polite and helpful. The play are had a foul odor. read more

Very busy location! Drive-thru went smoothly. The staff was polite and nice! Food was good and they gave all the sauces requested. Only docked a star because the bathrooms needed major attention. The trash was overflowing onto the counter and the sanitary napkin trashcan was overflowing onto the floor which is very gross. Upon entry to the building the trash outside was overflowing but that was being taken care of on the way out. read more

I came in this morning for breakfast. I noticed that one of the guys working was addressing each guest by name. My thought was, "Wow that's cool, they must come in a lot." But then after I had enjoyed my biscuit & check emails and such for about 25/30 minutes - Reid came over and said "can I refresh your drink, Ms Rebecca?" And then I knew, he was one of the good ones - taking his work seriously & going the extra mile to make customers feel valued & seen! Thanks, Reid for making my day & thanks Brad for hiring great people! read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a red and white cup with a straw - Fast Food Near Me - Calera, Alabama

Not up to Chick-fil-A standard by any means-got the chicken honey pimento cheese sandwich-which I have had at other chickfilas and were good-this one was runny pimento cheese, the chicken was a patty NOT a fillet-(this was weird & didn't taste normal-maybe they ran out and subbed them with an off brand?) Fries were cold and extremely salty. read more

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a. New sandwich is great! Friendly service! It's clean!

Pulled off the interstate to grab food here. I have never had a problem ordering a spicy chicken sandwich in the mornings from any chick fil a, but this one told me they couldn't do it until lunch time. So I asked for a breakfast chicken on a bun, and the order was read back to me multiple times as a chicken biscuit. I corrected it but was still given a chicken biscuit. Then I was told to pull around and wait on them to fix it. Worst chick fil a experience ever will not stop here again! read more

3 of last 4 visits my order has been wrong. Entire entrees missing when I leave the drive thru. I called tonight to speak with manager, not grouchy, just to let them know this was 3 of 4 recent visits. Zero concern. Couldn't have cared less. I strongly suggest to go elsewhere. read more

Even when the line is around the building, they still get you through pretty quickly. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My grandson (who's 3) loves his Chiclay, lol. Any time you ask him what do you want to eat, it's Chiclay, Chick-fil-A for the rest of us. read more

How could I not love everything about this place? Great food, excellent service with a smile. Love frosted lemonade read more

I like the fact that I can order through the app and just pull into the drive-thru and pick up my food. I ordered the 8 piece nuggets, that Chick-fil-A so kindly gave as a part of National Giveaway and I also ordered a medium fry that I used my points on. Who doesn't love a free meal?!?! The fries were hot and fresh. My nuggets could have been cooked a little longer but still good. Quick and friendly service never gets old!!! read more

I love chick fil a but I really wish they had a lent option like other chick fil as resturaunts!

The lady serving me did not seem to understand my order and still got it wrong after I repeated a couple times. Fries were a cold and wimpy. I generally like Chick-fil-A but this one was not as good as the other ones I've been to. read more

Was driving through and wanted to grab a snack and something to eat. Didn't have any idea that Chick-fil-A had opened a location here. This was just a quick trip in and the review is based on the drive through. It was about 9:15 in the evening and they drive through wasn't crowded at all. The drive through attendant quickly came over the speaker to say hi and ask for my order. Made sure to repeat back everything and provided a total before asking me to come around to the window. Food came out hot...the fries had just come out of the fryer and were hot to the touch. Friendly staff and exceptionally fresh food. Glad to know they are here and they are a great option when driving through this area. read more

For prime time dinner rush, all of the food was cold. Service was awful at this location.

Definitely not the norm for Chick-fil-A. Pull up and the three young people are sitting on the sidewalk while cars are waiting. And then they walk up finally and they're like what can I do for you in a very monotone manner. Not rude, necessarily, but nothing like what you're used to at most Chick-fil-A's Acting like they could care less if they were here. read more

The food has always been fresh and delicious. The orders have always been correct. Chic Fil A is a win for us.

Terrible on cleanliness! Service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Restaurant doesn't look like it's been cleaned in days or ever!

Chick-fil-a is one of the best fast food restaurants you will find, always polite and deliver your food to your table after ordering. It's always fresh and hot, it's no wonder they are always busy. My favorites are their nuggets, waffle fries, and salads. The original chicken sandwich is also good. read more

Great Job Chick-fil-A! My order was prepared fast, fresh, and correctly! I always use the mobile order app and they always get it right! read more

Always excellent service even with a young working staff. Everyone is courteous and the food is always phenomenal! Great work team!

Why do they still have a limited menu? For families with food allergies Chick-fil-a is often a great fast food option. When you get there and sit through the epic drive thru line then the menu is limited to fried everything with a side of gluten it can really throw the evening into a tailspin. read more

This location does not do well done French fries. I don't like under cooked fries. I travel for business. This seems to be a growing lack of options. read more

Left the sauce out of my bag. Worst chick fil a I've ever been to. 10/10 do not recommend. Stop in alabaster if you're just dying for some chicken because this place will just tick you off. read more

The slowest Chik Fil A ever!!! Everything else was fine. Definitely not the normal customer service.

This location really gives the chain a bad rep. They are ALWAYS slow and as slow as they are you would think my food would be pipping hot or at best like warm. Not the case. I live 5 min away from this location and my food is NEVER hot. The worst location. I will not visit to location anymore. If I have a craving, I'll wait to get to a location that actually serves good food. read more

So happy we have a Chic-fil-a now. Food is always hot and the staff is sweet for the most part. Once in awhile I get a young girl that likes to have a wee little bit of an attitude but ya know what? At least these kids are working and showing good work ethics. A few times my nuggets have been greasy as in grease in the bottom of the box(ewwww) but those are some fine chicken nuggets you got there. Service is fast.....lightening fast. I sure miss going in to eat. I can go at almost closing and they still are happy to serve you and the food is hot. You know it has gotta be good, it's Chic-fil-a! :-) read more
