Detroit was light and thick with excellent frico edge. Sauce was slightly sweet with nice flavor. Cheese was melted nicely with slight caramelization. The Figgie had fig jam, prosciutto, goat cheese, arugula and a balsamic drizzle! It was out of this world! I use figs and prosciutto on my pizza at home but never seen in at a restaurant. Highly recommend! Staff was attentive and answered questions about their Detroit style hydration. Apparently all dough is made daily in house each morning. Restaurant was large, but they had several areas blocked off. Only two available tables for dine in. Not sure if they had an event later that day or not. I personally enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. It was one of those places with a lot of things hung up on the wall, and as someone who likes to look around, it was very pleasing to the eyes. It wasn't too crowded when we went so service went by quick. The staff were lovely and gave great recommendations that aren't biased (as far as I know). Since I couldn't eat meat, my boyfriend and I split a 12" pizza that was half veggie deluxe with a cauliflower crust and half meat deluxe. I usually stay away from cauliflower crust pizzas because they tend to be chalky and lack flavor, but this one was so so good. It was very flavorful and you can tell that they used real, fresh ingredients. Our food also didn't take long to come out but was hot and fresh when it did. My half of the pizza is gluten-free and vegetarian, however, they are a flour-rich environment and it may not be ideal for individuals with extreme gluten intolerance, so I would keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you want a taste of New York or if you're just a pizza lover.

We chose what we wanted and they heated it up and brought it to the table. I got a Stromboli with sausage and pepperoni, and my friend got a slice of supreme pizza and one of stuffed pizza. The food actually didn't taste bad. My Stromboli was brushed with garlic butter when it was heated up which was nice, but unfortunately it was still cold in the middle. All in all, I won't be back.
