On 12/27/2024 at 12:56 pm I picked up a super supreme pizza from Pizza Hut , Calera. The pizza was not completely cooked, could not detect any sauce very little cheese. The toppings were definitely not for a super supreme pizza. All toppings were in the middle of pizza leaving edges plain. We could not eat this monstrosity of a pizza. Will only eat at Marcos from now on . Done with Pizza Hut! read more

Went in to order a pizza and only the fella working the register had a mask on. The rest of them were just acting like we're not in a pandemic! Needless to say both my wife and I got sick from eating from here! We are forever done eating from any restaurant that refuse to wear a mask!!! People are dying at Record rates. I needed a pizza in my life tonight. I was going for a personal pan but saw an online deal for a large, 2 topping pizza. Decision made!!! I went for pepperoni and red onion. This deal was for online ordering only, so I sat in the parking lot and ordered. I went in and saw I had a little over a minute cooking time, pretty fast service. The cashier greeted me as soon as I walked in and the guy who cut my pizza was nice. I enjoyed my pizza and will give this location my business again. read more

Today, I order the Boston Style Supreme.which comes with a 2 Liter for $15.99. However, there was no Italian Sausage on my pizza at all, only vegetables. Plus, my wait time became longer because it was switched over to DoorDash. The driver Betty brought my pizza and it was COLD! I mean COLD! Come to think of it I don't believe this pizza was even mines. Because it had only vegetables and NO SAUSAGE! I was so disappointed. Also, my garlic sauce was missing that I ordered. However, my pizza was really good and the crust was amazing that's one of the reasons why I'm giving it a high rating. But, especially because the manager Patty gave me a credit for my entire order and apologized too me about the inconvenience. I didn't get a chance to tell there was no meat on my pizza I only found it out later once I looked closely at my pizza. You be the judge! But, I give 5 stars for Patty. She was very polite, professional and treated me as a valued customer. Keep up the good work. But, please be more careful with making pizza's and the drivers need to make sure that they give the right order to their customers. read more

I called this business 3 times to place an order at 6:30pm and the lady said they weren't taking orders until 8pm and no explanation why. Then I call back at 8pm 3 more times and no answer. I'll never call another Pizza Hut again as long as I live. I hope you never get another order since you can't accept any or answer the phone.. The worst Pizza Hut in America. Stay away far,far away. This is the only pizza hut in our location and we will never order from here again. Service is terrible and they place is filled with teenagers that don't give a damn about how you pizza is made. I have been to this location for a pick up with my daughters and I see workers throwing balled up paper at each other in the lobby, there friends hang out there eating pizza, and workers eating behind the register and they also lie snout the status of your pizza. Tge image attached is supposed to be green peppers, tomatoes and chicken; however, after waiting 1hour and 52 minutes on a night where it was a 30 minute wait, i get this crap to eat, trash can!!! On March 31 I ordered pizza online and I chose the option where the deli person leaves the pizza by the door. The pizza man came he started to banging on the door and ringing the doorbell continuously, he started to wiggle the door handle. Since it's a world pandemic i don't want to get close with anyone so I wait for him to leave, l looked out the window he was looking right at me waving so he knew someone was i the house. He stood outside the house for 10 to 15 minute then he got the pizza and left with it long story short we called up to Pizza Hut and they told him to bring it back. he did the same thing with the door handle and then pizza was cold when it finally got to me. Went back to get the correct order or at least charged for the correctly for the order we received and got little to no help at all. Papa John's doesn't deliver where I live. The quality of Pizza Hut has been going down for the last year. Ordered from here last week and have to say this is the last time. There is a place called Buck Creek that I've had a few times that's better. read more

This location is great. Everyone I've encountered is friendly and it's very clean. We've had one not great experience with a not-that-hot delivery pizza, but anytime we opt for carry out it's excellent and accurate. We haven't had an incorrect order at any point since ordering from this location. We eat here at least monthly, sometimes more. The pastas have also been very good. I know there is a corporate standard, and these guys exceed it. Sometimes upon entry, I have seen delivery drivers just sitting around on their phones, I feel like there should be a back area for that, but I've never had an issue with the service. read more

I ordered online and chose the curbside pickup option at the Calera, AL Pizza Hut. Arrived 3 min before my selected pick up time. Called the number from my email. Rang a tons of times and when answered, it was the call center that the phone and rolled to. Nice lady on the phone said to call the store and let them know I was there for my pick up. So, I called at least 6 times with not one call being answered at the store (mind you I am sitting curb side right at their front door!!!). Now it is 5 mins after my selected time to pick up, so I go in. Said I was there and selected curb side but no one was answering phone (and the phone was ringing off the hook!!!). The guy up front gave me a flip 'yeah we are busy' got my pizzas and he stated 'sorry about that" (again with a flip attitude). No offer to make anything right for a customer who already paid for their pizzas! Good news here is that there is a JOB OPPORTUNITY! HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKENDS! Oh and several drivers walked in and out without ever checking on someone sitting at their front door! THIS STORE NEEDS A MAJOR COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more
