I generally visit within lunch or dinner hours, but I believe THIS location is always incredibly popular. The décor is standard Chick-Fil-A, but the staff seems to have an even higher gracious/friendliness standard. Kassandra has been one of the dining area Supervisors during lunch; and having toddlers with me, I did not wish to leave the Play Area to supplement my napkinsor sauces. Kassandra has been SO attentive supportive! She really goes above and beyond! It's a crazy experience because of the crowds, but it has always been a wonderful experience. Brea location- love the kids' playpen! My son had such a great time! He played while we were waiting for the food togo. The kid's meal included a paper assembling rocket ship w/planets. Very educational, I love it! My go to chick fil a spot! Convenient location, however can get busy during peek times, usually after 5pm. The drive thru line can get long, so look out for employees that walk car to car to take your order. Like in n out..but the employees are nice and always with a smile! The dinning area inside is usually clean and have the condiments fully stocked. The outside patio area is also cool to eat, but be aware you'll be hearing the drive thru line customers order, but no real biggie. Food is AMAZING! Love the original chicken sandwich, the chicken club and lately my favorite is the chicken wrap, #10. Waffle fries are a plus! A few weeks late but this is my review on the grand opening chick-fil-a: I have never seen so much hullabaloo surround the opening of a fast food joint. Chick-fil-a first wasn't even open and the parking lot was taken over by a bunch of squatters 24 hours before the restaurant even opened! Not that I have anything against these hearty people but after trying a variety of Chick-fil-A food I can say that the food here is rather overhyped. Today, the girlfriend and I ordered the 8-count chicken nuggets, the chicken club, the original chick-fil-a sandwich and a small chocolate and strawberry shake. Heres how it broke down: Before I was even done ordering my food, my order was being called out. Talk about FAST FOOD! I mean I know people exaggerate this claim but SERIOUSLY the guy had just given me my change back when my name was being called out saying my order was ready. Of course the thought crossed my mind that maybe it was a different person's order but after a few more shout outs and the fact that nobody claimed the food, I had to investigate, and sure enough it was my food! They must have had an army of slaves working their fingers to the bone today because I have never had food come out as fast as it did today. Needless to day I was utterly amazed! The first thing I tried were the shakes. OMG delicious! The strawberry shake had bits of real strawberry in it and the chocolate shake tasted super Hershey's like. It was a hit with my taste buds. Similarly, the chicken nuggets were small but the meat was tender and the bread coating light which made for a delightful snack. But after trying the chicken club sandwich and the original chick-fil-a I was highly disappointed. The meat was moist but kinda bland and after a while I noticed that all that moisture from the chicken breast was seeping into the bun making it soggy. Their super moist chicken served with their own Chick-Fil-A sauce is the boss! I was really most impressed with the customer service. Even if they do have to act as if they love their job, these guys are All-Stars at it! Ordered the numero uno meal and an extra grilled chicken burger. I must say out of all the fast food joints ive been to, the Moist Chicken trophy would have to go to Chick-Fil-A. Also the waffle fries are cooked to perfection as well. Usually I find it unnecessary to write a review for a chain restaurant but I had such a great experience here, I wanted to write one just to show my appreciation for the staff. I met the manager Greta and she was super awesome. We had a great conversation about the Angels and also the owner of Chik Fil A, Cathy Truett. The whole staff has a really high standard to service and goes above and beyond any fast food restaurant I've ever seen. The service is top notch. As for the food, its pretty decent considering it comes out in a jiffy. It feels relatively healthy and the price is very reasonable. 4.7 stars - I'm not going to get in a debate about Popeyes or Chick-Fil-A but I will say this...the service one gets at Chick-Fil-A is usually far superior and friendlier so I tend to lean and favor one over the other. On this particular day, I was in the mood for their chicken noodle soup so I went thru the crowded two lane drive thru and was pleasantly surprised how organized and quickly the line went. They had two people taking orders at your window and you drive up to pay another person. Everyone once again was friendly and helpful even during these challenging times where all the workers wore gloves and masks. When they give you the food it is in a bin that one of the workers is holding and you just grab your bag out of the bin. Once again, very efficient and pretty sanitary. I applaud the food service workers who are put to task in these tough times where all the normal rules are off the table and they are going above and beyond for us. I absolutely love ALMOST everything about Chick Fil A. The only thing about Chick Fil A I don't like is their CEO, Dan Cathy, needs to shut his trap and run the company. Other than that, the food is great but the service is even better. The nicest employees work here. Multiple times I've been given an extra meal for free simply because they thought they're wait time for their customers was too long. After a long Christmas photo shoot session for our family portrait, we decided to stop by to get two meals for my hungry parents. My dad, being the talkative guy, makes small talk with the manager here named Ben( I think that's his name). Ben asked us to hold on a couple extra minutes because they wanted to make us brand new chicken sandwiches because he thought the other ones were sitting around for too long. Ben took our order, asked us to pull forward and he will deliver the food. After waiting a few minutes, ben comes out with two bags full of food and tells us that he upgraded both the meals we ordered to large AND threw in an extra meal just cause. Nothing surprisingly new from Chick Fil A but that kind of service is unparalleled. You won't get that kind of service from that greedy corporation who makes fake chicken nuggets out of ground lobster poop. No thanks, I'll stick to the real chicken nuggets here at Chick Fil A. Also need to note that at a separate Chick Fil A..We cut out the black spots from paper and taped them to our white clothes and went in as "cows" for their promo. Just for shits and giggles we brought our dog (who is tan in color) and taped black dots on him too. We got our free meals by dressing up as "cows" and when the cashier was taking our order, I jokingly said, "Can Momo (our dog) get some chicken nuggets too? He came as a cow" I kid you not with no hesitation the cashier says "Sure! How many pieces of chicken nuggets would Momo like?" We then went outside to sit down (cause we had our dog), the cashier then comes out with a bowl of water for Momo and tells us our food will be right out. WHAT?! Chick-Fil-A fed me through the month of May. May was college month, so you could order a side and get a free meal with it by showing your college ID. As a grad student living on student loans, this meant I ate at Chick-Fil-A once or twice everyday. A meal and side for under $2 was too good. I like this location since they seem to only hire upbeat employees, so they're pretty good in terms of service. The best thing is the selection of sauces. The ranch is the money sauce. Polynesian is like sweet and sour but moreso sweet. The chick fil a sauce is honey mustard-like. Honey roasted bbq is good. I don't like the original bbq too much. The side salad is pretty big. There's a two lane drive through. The cow sometimes freaks me out during lunchtime because he pops out of nowhere. I saw him getting beat up by 4 year olds in the playpen once. It was sad. read more

I must say, no matter which Chick-fil-A you go to, you always get the BEST experiences you can imagine. From the quality of the food, their customer service to the Cleanliness of their restaurants. This review will be based on the Brea location, since I come here at least once a month. I usually get the original chicken sandwich combo and it is most definitely the best chicken sandwich in the universe. The texture and the taste is always so perfect. Their service is always world class, I don't know who or how they train their people but seriously, this is how customer service should be delivered everywhere. These employees are solid, kudos to the way they trained their employees. Of course I don't expect anything less than immaculate when it comes to their cleanliness. Even the restroom is amazingly clean each time I go in. Which is very rare at a food serving place. Not sure why, but it is almost always the case. The price may appear a little pricier than some other fast food places. However, with the experiences you get in return, it makes Chick-fil-A way more inexpensive. Price is not even an issue at that point. Tips: The condiments, napkins, spoons, forks, knifes, etc are all self serve. This is a pretty big CFA. The food came pipping hot and delicious as usual. The servers are wonderful, they make rounds every few minutes and ask if you need anything. They don't put out their sauces like other CFA's but the servers will get it for you. It can get really packed during lunch hours with the big businesses around the area. read more

The staff here are very friendly, striking up conversation with patrons when they can. They are on top of things when they walk around the store and checking on customers. My wife and I came in to grab a quick breakfast and wanted a couple glasses of water after we had sat down for our meal. I come to this location weekly, some times more than once a week. For the first time, I saw Pattie taking food to tables and offering refills and "anything else" to my fellow customers. She skipped my table quite a few times and offered everyone else a refill and to take their trays. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she didn't see us the 5 times or so she passed by, but who's counting? Anyway, she offered a refill when my friend went up to the counter because, I'm guessing, there were no other customers in the immediate vicinity. I ordered a deluxe sandwich meal and 8ct chicken pieces meal as well with four Chick-fil-A sauces. Their customer service is usually really good and they're so nice however today they messed up my order and not only that they overcharged me. Unfortunately I went through the drive through so by the time I got back to school it was too late to go back. I was charged for a deluxe sandwhich and only received a normal chicken sandwhich with pickles and it was extremely depressing because when I checked the receipt I was charged $6.55 for the deluxe sandwhich combo but received the chicken sandwhich combo which is $5.95. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but I asked for four sauces and only received three. Although that's not a really big deal, I just have two to my girlfriend and settled for one. I gave them two stars because of their good service, if not for that. I would have given them a one star. A pretty typical Chickfila. Food good, service impeccable, play area is noisy! They do have a drive thru, too! Look for special promos on their website! Last week my husband and I dressed like cows and got each a free MEAL (sandwich, medium fry, and medium drink). It cost us $1.80 in supplies. I'd say it would be hard to beat that.
