I've only been to Chick-fil-A a few times, but so glad I came here today. My friend and I was being indecisive about what to have to lunch and we're in a budget and trying to be healthy. We decided to go here and have a wrap which we split along with the waffle fries and a couple diet cokes. The wrap was filling and delicious and so many sauce options! The location was spacious and clean with outside seating and service was awesome. I'll definitely be back here again :) read more

This is by far the cleanest Chick-Fil-A! Awesome Service! Awesome, Cooked to Ordered Food! Fresh Everything! (Does Not taste like other fast food joints) And the Manager and all the workers were amazingly kind, sweet and generous. I even left them a hand written a review in their customer service box in the restaurant! I am definitely coming out of my way again, to this Chick-Fil-A! Thank you so much and thanks for making the people at the Disney Company Happy! read more

This is a place where the service is better than the food. Tried the side salad here- wish there was more salad. Loaded with everything but salad. Other than that the sandwiches are decent at best. Service is excellent though! read more

Drive through at lunch time is a joke, takes 30-40 min and cars completely block the parking lot.

I generally visit within lunch or dinner hours, but I believe THIS location is always incredibly popular. The décor is standard Chick-Fil-A, but the staff seems to have an even higher gracious/friendliness standard. Kassandra has been one of the dining area Supervisors during lunch; and having toddlers with me, I did not wish to leave the Play Area to supplement my napkinsor sauces. Kassandra has been SO attentive supportive! She really goes above and beyond! It's a crazy experience because of the crowds, but it has always been a wonderful experience. The whole gang is always excited to return. read more

Just because they don't do Military discount. All this big franchise should give us veterans a little something. We serve our time to protect their freedom and yet corporate greediness just want more profit for their shareholders! What about us, the veterans that made the sacrifice and for some, the ultimate sacrifice! I'm ashamed of any business that don't honor military discount. But the food is great, so I'm eating this Spicy Deluxe Chicken with animosity read more

Brea location- love the kids' playpen! My son had such a great time! He played while we were waiting for the food togo. The kid's meal included a paper assembling rocket ship w/planets. Very educational, I love it! I sat with my 3 year old and talked about the different planets, etc. The chicken is always delicious, we ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, nuggets and waffle fries. read more

They told me I couldn't add extra cheese to my salad and then forgot to give me dressing. They use to make orders perfect, now they're forgetting the order completely. Can't wait to eat this dry salad. read more

The Asst. Manager Chris Stutzman invited our company to participate in the "Trunk or Treat" in their parking lot. We were greeted with the best hospitality and customer service a company could offer. Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Brea, California

Love this location! The employees are always very friendly and they have that drive thru down to a science so no one has to wait very long

Same as any other Chick-fil-A. The morning burrito is whatevers. chicken nuggets on muffin? were soooo goood. Too bad they dont serve it all day! Chicken strips are good my go to food here. ALWAYS. Service is quick and workers are always polite. read more

The food was fresh and hot, the restaurant was immaculately clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this Chik Fil A. read more

4.7 stars - I'm not going to get in a debate about Popeyes or Chick-Fil-A but I will say this...the service one gets at Chick-Fil-A is usually far superior and friendlier so I tend to lean and favor one over the other. On this particular day, I was in the mood for their chicken noodle soup so I went thru the crowded two lane drive thru and was pleasantly surprised how organized and quickly the line went. They had two people taking orders at your window and you drive up to pay another person. Everyone once again was friendly and helpful even during these challenging times where all the workers wore gloves and masks. When they give you the food it is in a bin that one of the workers is holding and you just grab your bag out of the bin. Once again, very efficient and pretty sanitary. I applaud the food service workers who are put to task in these tough times where all the normal rules are off the table and they are going above and beyond for us. I think Chick-Fil-A are one of the better run chains/franchises - along with In-N-Out (they are not a franchise) in which they have well trained employees, consistent food, and keep their locations clean. read more

My boyfriend sure knows how to take his girlfriend out for a fancy dinner date: the In N' Out of chicken. We dressed like cows this past Friday for their promotion and we were really cute! We kinda looked a little like Dalmatians... but we still qualified for the free meal- a supremely decent spicy chicken sandwich for me, a chicken bacon sandwich for him, complete with the best waffle fries, Chick-fil-A sauce and fresh lemonade. Definitely worth going back and paying good money for that next dinner and a movie date. read more

This location by far has the worst customer service!!!!! They don't pay attention when they have people waiting in the drive thru, their rude at the window when you drive up. They definitely need new management because it makes chick-fil-a look bad!!!! read more

Amazing service. I forget that it's fast food sometimes... I think their motto is to be over the top on their service. I have no clue how they train their workers to be so friendly but its working. This location has hot sauce which I haven't seen in the cfa's in my area. I only came to this location because of the groupon deal which was awesome. read more

Why do I love this place so much??? Because their service is awesome!! I'm fairly new to Chick-fil-a, I don't know why, I've just never tried it. But now that I have...I'm so glad I did. They seriously have like 50,000 workers at one time...they're all so nice & tell me to have an amazing day!! Maybe I'm a bit too appreciative of great service, but great service at a fast food restaurant? Who can leave that unnoticed? Not I! Ok food. LOVE. Their crispy chicken nuggets & original chicken sandwich are my regulars. But their array of sauces are what makes me smile! I love the polynesian sauce & honey mustard, but w/ the kids...we get one of each and create a sauce line. Each delicious crisscut fry gets a different flavor in each bite. Sad that they're closed on Sundays. That always seems to be the day that I think to have it, then remember they're closed...BOO. Oh well, go get your religious on. read more

So I know this is a fast food place but their service was excellent! The place was very clean & people kept checking on us to see if we needed refills on our drinks. I had a nice grilled chicken salad with strawberries & blueberries, I would get it again. I have been to these places before but this one was a step above the rest because of the service. From the friendly cashier to the multiple employees serving us, thank you! read more

Without fail... Great service every single time! The workers make it a wonderful dining experience!

Daniel. Daniel gave me life. Daniel, an Aries, was extremely positive and helpful. Love him. Promote him. Give him all the money.

Extremely busy lunch hour, but they have their system down! Everyone was kind (as always for Chik-Fil-A), they provided menus to see during the long drive thru line and can even take payment when you order if it's super busy. Truly an amazing experience for such a busy location. It was handled so well- they are truly prepared. Food quality is consistent for my other visits to different locations. Food is always fresh, hot and amazing quality for the price. Thank you so much Brea location! read more

I just love this place. Very traditional and I love how they stay closed on Sundays. We have to stop here of bruxies every time we come to Cali. I tried the 12 piece nuggets. Very good. Especially with the Polynesian sauce. I wish they got the Apple BBQ back that was yummy. Will definitely be back next month. This time for the original chicken sandwich and the yummy fries. Don't forget the fresh squeeze lemonade. read more

Chick Fil A never fails to impress me with their amazing customer service! What fast food chain has workers going arounf offering to refill your drinks and take your trash away? I think it's adorable that they end everything with "my pleasure." Now, their spicy chicken sandwich is to die for. I ordered a chicken sandwich at buffalo wild wings and it was twice the price and didn't even compare. That whole night I wished it had been Chic Fil A. The only problem with this place is it is closed Sundays! Bummer. read more

it's been a year since my last review and you know what? i wouldn't change a thing! the place is still ridiculously spotless considering it's a fast food place! even the play gym was clean, i had to take a picture as proof. sure, it was early when we came but i wager to bet that they run this place the same all the time. every table has a vase with freshly cut flowers. they put disposable table covers and wipes on each high chair. while we ate, two employees came by to see if we needed anything else and i saw the manager walk around the store, pushing the chairs in and aligning all the tables. i can't believe this place is considered a fast food restaurant. i'd rate the food but we all know how tasty it is anyways. they never skimp on sauces unlike some places that conveniently "forget" to add sauce unless you specifically ask for it. i also know that this particular restaurant supports local schools, which gives me another reason to come back and support them! read more

It's Chick-fil-A. It's good! The staff is very polite and we actually saw some training of newer staff happening. It was cool to watch the leaders gently talk the kids through different scenarios and listen to their responses. Why would I review a Chic Fil A? Well, here's the thing. Most Chic Fil A's you go to are good. It's generally a consistent quality of goodness you will find here. Delicious chicken nuggets and sandwiches. But this location is the best location ever. The food is ALWAYS good. I recently had crappy Chic Fil A over in Santa Ana, and it made me appreciate this location even more. So, deliciousness in every bite. That is a given. Chic Fil A has the best mayonnaise packets, ever. I dip everything in mayonnaise. Don't judge me. But the service is amazing. They are always friendly! They seem sincerely happy. It's crazy. When you're eating, they even walk around and offer to bring you refills. What kind of fast food place does that?! The Brea Chic Fil A, that is. However, today I realized I can't eat it anymore because I can't eat gluten anymore. Sad Face. So if you are gluten sensitive, this isn't the place to go. But if you are not, enjoy it. Because it's delicious. read more

First time I visited this establishment last week. It was during lunch time so the place was kind of packed. But the service was quick and everyone was really nice. The other thing the drew me here was the free entree with the purchase of a drink which was a great deal. Compared to other fast food chains these chicken sandwiches are much better. I will be back to try more of the menu. This time I tried the spicy chicken sandwich which was delicious. I also really liked all of the different sauce choices they offered. And while other places charge you for these sauces. They are FREE here. Any time I am craving a good chicken sandwich I will choose Chick-Fil-A read more

I've been here several times and have never been disappointed until I came to this particular Chick-Fil-A. My chicken nuggets weren't crispy at all, and the fries were probably in the hot holding too long. The service was good, but I find it kind of odd and was a bit weird-ed out by the fact that I have to hear "my pleasure" after everything they do for us. Believe me, I'm all for good service but it's a bit creepy when it's that repetitive. Regardless, this review is still strictly for the food quality. Whoever runs the kitchen should probably be more on top of quality control. read more

I come to this location weekly, some times more than once a week. For the first time, I saw Pattie taking food to tables and offering refills and "anything else" to my fellow customers. She skipped my table quite a few times and offered everyone else a refill and to take their trays. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she didn't see us the 5 times or so she passed by, but who's counting? Anyway, she offered a refill when my friend went up to the counter because, I'm guessing, there were no other customers in the immediate vicinity. Aside from all that, the only reason I'm not rating this location a 3 is that Amber, who wasn't working tonight, gives me life! We love Amber. Pattie, you best thank Amber when you see her, as she saved this rating. DUECES. read more
