Grilled chicken Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap
Sharon B.

Only went through the drive thru but all 3 ladies we talked to were so nice! the food was great, especially the fries- crunchy and hot! you know these were made with love so props to this location!!

Employees beverages out in the open for any customer to see. Not professional or safe for COVID. Odd to promote Dunkin Donuts products.
Christopher R.

This location has always historically had the worst customer service from my experience but now with the convenient blanket excuse of COVID this location has let their standards fall sharply. 21 Months after COVID started and all cases are as low as other viruses such a the Flu that excuse is no longer valid. The other surrounding Chick-Fil-A's are fully operational. Today while waiting I noticed numerous employees standing around idle with nothing to do while watching the other employees climbing ontop of each other to bag orders, fill drinks, and make shakes. There not one single employee wearing a mask or barrier to prevent the spread of COVID which is not a sticking point for me but makes the claim of closed dining room because of COVID or short staff completely invalid. When it was my turn to order I did so with another customer ordering literally elbow to elbow with me (we actually bumped elbows at one point). There is should be note that myself and the other customer did not have masks on and neither did the 2 employees at the registers 3 feet from us. When ordering the employee did not want to hear what sauces were needed for our food and was very short with me when I asked about them. He acted as if I inconvenienced him by asking. Then after order was placed it was realized that they were all out of shakes. One of their main staples and one the company pays handsomely to promote on many media platforms. None of the employees know why the dining room is closed. They could only cite that their operating manager has it closed. The funny part is that it isn't closed to the unmasked employees from using them or for them to store their beverages out in the open. If it were a safety aspect I would assume it wouldn't be safe for employees either. I am firm in my belief that this operator simply does not want to open the dining room because he can save money on cleaning supplies, refills, and sauces. Maybe I am wrong and they will respond on here giving a legitimate reason other than Safety, COVID, or Staff Shortages as I have proven are invalid based on what can be seen inside. 2 Stars simply because its Chick-Fil-A food. Otherwise it would be 1 Star for this location. Mr. Cathy would be ashamed of them using his brand name.

Chickfla fry with HAIR

Normally i cherish coming to this chickfla however, when I was about to devour and destroy my crispy yellow waffle fry... WHEN all of a sudden I found this agitating, thick, curly, black string of hair. Plus there was this girl with thick, curly, black strings of hair eating sour patch kids when interacting with my food with no gloves!!! This was totally her!!! Shame.

Wearing masks improperly at this location does not give me the normal Chick-fil-A can't be reached customer service.
Heather S.

I was in a mood for some amazing food and amazing customer service, so of course I chose Chick-fil-A! My food was great and met my standards of this restaurant. Where it fell short was the service. The guy who took my order, Oscar, was wearing a mask properly and had all the manners I love about CFA. His coworkers, not so much. I even asked him why they aren't wearing their masks properly and was it not required to wear it the right way. He said he could answer for them, but he would be wearing his the proper way. I liked how he didn't chuck them under the bus. His attitude was great. Out of the team members outside who had masks on their person, only two out of the seven I saw were wearing them properly. Three had them under their chins and the two working the window, just had them covering their mouths and not their nose. Chick-fil-A is known for their exceptional service and this is not a good show of it sadly.

Came by for quick sandwich after swim meet. Sandwich was good wrap with ranch was also good. Still the lemonade and sweet tea are the best.

Kind people. I love that. The place itself is inviting and feels extremely unique. It was setup and decorated with care. You walk in and you're in a different place. You forget you're in a shopping center and that this is a storefront restaurant. The mint tea lemonade drink they serve...? DO NOT think twice about trying it. I'm not usually one for minty stuff, but this drink is absolutely phenomenal. What about the food, you ask...? Well, this is officially my place in all of Tampa Bay to eat Mediterranean food. And I've tried many that are absolutely delicious. But Jerusalem beats them all out. The meats are truly, expertly cooked, with flavors that give you that food high that leaves you feeling amazing after the meal. But then the sides are equally impressive. Everything down to their salads is fresh and packed with flavor and nuance. I have not had a bad thing on this menu. It's all been amazing. Oh... try their baklava. Not usually big on desserts, but I'll get that again for certain.

We ordered the Sampler so we could try a little bit of the basics on our first time visit. The sampler included hummus, baba ghanouj, falafel and pita - the baba ghanouj was the stand out. Pure deliciousness - just the right amount of garlic. :) We also enjoyed the lentil soup too - the owner came by our table to check in with us and was super excited for us to try it as she let us know she adds cilantro as her special touch. Can't wait to come back and try more delicious Middle Eastern fare at this locally-owned, family-run business.

Food 5/5 Service 5/5…read moreAmbiance 5/5 This is my mom and I's go to spot when I make it into town. Their chips, salsa and guacamole is fresh and delicious and we love their bowls! Both of us got the hot & crunchy with the ahi tuna. So yum!! Our waitress was kind and attentive and I love the live plants they showcase around the seating area. We of course will be back! :)

The service is amazing. The staff was attentive and helpful. I wish the food was better. I was in the mood for a salad. The first disappointment was that they only gave 3 choices. I am on a gluten free diet and didn't have a problem with that. I did have a problem with the fact that 2 out of 3 salads had cheese in it and is not for someone who adheres to a dairy free diet. Yes, I could have asked if the cheese could be left out. But these salads had multiple kinds of cheese. I never wanted to be that person who asks to leave out half of the ingredients because of dietary restrictions. I would have had to do that. Maybe the answer is the choice to have a custom salad for people like me. The second disappointment was that the salads had a price without any protein. When you added one of the proteins, the salad became very expensive. This was a huge turnoff. The last disappointment was the ice tea. Although there were 3 choices, two of them had ingredients to which I am allergic. The third choice had caffeine. There was really no choice other than to drink water. I chose the restaurant because it was midway between us and friends. I looked at ratings and the number of stars when I travel out of town. This was not really what I expected.

The bowls are reasonably priced and packed with flavor. My go-to is the regular Build-Your-Own Bowl. I choose sweet potato noodles paired with almond kale salad as my base, Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes for veggies, and tofu (don't worry -- they have plenty of meat options!) for protein, topped with tomatoes, almonds, and pickled onions. It's so delicious and loaded with nutrients to keep me going. Not only is it healthy and satisfying, but the regular bowl is under $12! The staff is also generous with portions, making it an outstanding value. I can't recommend this place enough. I go regularly, and the food and service are consistently excellent. Thank you, Bolay!

Crazy fast. Just before getting the bowls home the car started to smell like the food and it was yummy. Opened the two bowls at home and they were chock-full of all the fresh ingredients we picked to the brim. Awesome. Didn't even need the two sauces they let you pick cuz the food was so fresh and flavorful. Every forkful had it's own unique blend of tastes and they were all great together. The chipotle sauce was tasty and light. The ginger tumeric had a great taste but was made with a mayo base I think and was just too thick/heavy. If they thinned it out a bit it would be perfect. This minor shortcoming was not enough to earn less than 5 stars. Enough food for 2 more meals, all for $10-15. Will Definitely be eating here again soon and frequently. Fresh, light, flavorful, clean. Done.

We don't have many tea rooms in this area. It was great to see another one pop up. It's a new family-owned (mother & daughter) tea room on Moon Avenue near Morgan Street. The owners have done a great job in setting the mood with beautiful décor and music. I really love how they've set everything up. It's such a warm and open space. There's even a private room for group seating. It's all very lovely. My reserved time for Royal Tea was set for 11:00 am on a weekday. It's by reservation only. I pretty much had the room to myself since it's so brand new. I don't expect that it will stay that way for too long. Everything was delicious! The wild rice soup was the first course, and it was very comforting. The sandwiches were all so tasty. I really love their grandmother's chicken salad. I'm not usually a fan of yellow curry in chicken salad, but I loved this recipe. It didn't have an overwhelming taste of curry like others I've had in the past. It was just the right amount of everything. I think it even had pecans. The artichoke & cream cheese sandwich was so unique & tasty. The same goes for the cucumber dill open faced sandwich. So wonderful! The homemade cinnamon chip scone and desserts on the top tier were all delicious. The flavor selections can be seasonal or daily, so you may get something different each time. I was hoping to try their sweet potato pie dessert, but I missed it. I'll be on the look out for it the next time it's offered. They serve Harney & Sons tea. The mango black tea was a winner. It was very welcomed on an unseasonably cold day. The service was fantastic! I was offered another pot of tea, but one pot was enough for me. I may take them up on it next time. Yes, there will be many more visits in the near future.
