The yucca fries were crispy and the salad was fresh and the dressing was a great vinegar based dressing. The star of the show for me....the sauces. The Ají Verde was so good the cilantro flavor pairs so well with the chicken. The creamy ají Amarillo was also very good, smooth creamy and rich. I usually prefer the green sauce at most Peruvian places but I really enjoyed both here - even together. I will give you sauce on the side." The menu clearly says they inject wings, social media videos always show it, and also, my last visit there was also injected wings but she would give me no explanation other than "I will give you the sauce on the side." It was bizarre and I couldn't even get a "we don't do that anymore" from her. We ordered a chicken sando. The quality was horrible. Chicken tasted overly processed with bad texture. After waiting that long, the Mac n cheese was ice cold. 25 minutes for Mac n cheese with a chill to it and no heat. I'm convinced they pulled it out of the refrigerator and forgot to heat it up.
