I am in awe! We've all come to expect excellent service when we visit a free-standing Chick-fil-A, but I had no idea their hospitality and charm would extend to a food court inside a busy mall! First, someone took our order while we waited in line to help expedite the service. Then, that same beautiful human tended to us when we sat down and ate. She asked my daughter if she was enjoying her food and refilled her drink. I haven't eaten chicken in 20 years so perhaps everyone was aware of this amazing service - inside of a food court - in a busy mall! I wasn't. Went to Chick-fil-a at the Brandon Town Center Wednesday 2-8-2024..Ordered Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo..The Bun must have been old because it was falling apart and stail..The chicken was warm at best..The tomato if you could call it that..It did resemble a tomato..Lettuce fresh and green..Fries were fresh and good..Overall very disappointed..For $11.32..Not worth it.. read more

I not quite sure what all the excitement is regarding this chain but after watching TV commercials back in MI for a deluxe grilled chicken club sandwish, I must say that the expectation once again exceeded the reality of the sandwhich. Not to say that there was anything wrong with the sandwich but I am pretty sure I could duplicate this same sandwich at home for much less money. The sandwich with tax was over $7.00 and for that kind of money I guess I expected a wow OMG is this ever good . Oh well.. Next time I think there will be better choices for my lunch. AMEN read more

Chick fil a is a great place to go to. Not sure if it's because this one is in the mall, but the chicken was super hard. And the fries tasted old. My daughter wouldn't eat half her meal. But as always, good customer service and I will still contribute to visit chick fil a. Just not this one at the mall. read more

So I went back the next day and told the staff what happened. The manager was very nice and said they would fix it for me. BUT, when I got my order, I decided to check it this time before leaving and they had messed up the order again!!! WTH?!? Once again they gave me nuggets instead of a chicken sandwich! So I walked right back up to the counter and told the girl who rang up my order that they messed up my order again. She had an attitude about it and tried to say that's what I ordered, but then quickly turned around, grabbed a random sandwich and handed it to me. I am compelled to write this review. so after speaking with Shannon i believe is the store owner for this location she informed me that they don't support military benefits and giving a 10%discount to military is not good for business. I went to get food at this location and as I do I asked if the cashier can do the military discount I took my military Id out and she then told me she cannot do it because I'm not in uniform, I was shocked so then she called the manager Lynn who then proceeded to tell me the same I'm not in uniform so I can't get a military discount so then she proceeds to involve another supervisor and these 3 people working here telling me I have to be in uniform and they don't take military id to be honest this is the FIRST chic fil a that says this I'm disappointed. Not to mention when I stood there and said it's ok I'll just pay all the cashier then said to me was it's ok you can just go get your sauce. No communication. read more

Food is standard Chik Fil A good. We dined inside and this is the worse Chik Fil A I have ever been in. Everyone who was working behind the counter acted like it was the first hour of the first day on the job, with the exception of the drive thru crew, which by now I was wishing I would have went through. Extremely long wait for food with only 3 people in line. I won't stop going to Chik Fil A, but I will never be back at this one again. read more

I came at just the right time that I barely had to wait in line and my food was ready and hot in a timely fashion. Dennis was walking around the mall food court checking on everyone, came to my table twice and refilled my drink for me. Only complaint I have is I had wanted fruit instead of fries for my son, but it's so loud and she was new that she might not have heard me. He still eats the fries, but we usually share so that's why I get him fruit. read more

Chick-fl-A is my favorite restaurant. When I go to the mall I always get Chick-fil-A! They have very friendly and helpful staff, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is the seating. This Chick-fil-A is at the Brandon Westfeild Mall Food Court and there are lots of people and restaurants or fast food places and that makes it hard to find a seat! Not all the time sometimes it is easy. I recommend coming to this Chick-fil-A if you are in the mall and your about to go. I mean delicious food, why not? read more

I giving this LOCATION 3 stars because it's probably the worst experience I've had at chick fi la as far as FOOD QUALITY. The staff was nice a pleasant with a smile, as always. But my food (spicy chicken deluxe meal with pepper jack) came out WAY too fast. Like, literally the chick wasn't even done pouring my drink and another chick handed me my bag of food. At that point I didn't xare, I was hungry! But what was in the bag seriously disappointed me. I picked chick fi la out of all of the other places in the food court because I knew they had consistently food food. Not here. My fries werent very hot and it seemed like they had been reheated or just sitting around for a while. The sandwich was just OK. Normally though food is always good whenever I go to chick fi la. I don't know what went wrong. Still would go back, I love their chicken! but maybe not this location since there's plenty of other choices in the mall. read more
