I love their sandwiches but I would rather drive to Lynnwood than to this location. My group and I (3 of us in total) waited cover half an hour for our milkshakes. Still they did not come. I went up there and they said they already sent out the drinks. Okay but we didn't get them. After looking at our receipt 3 times did they finally say that they were in the wrong. I have only had good experiences with the food here! That being said the customer service could be better, I feel like I'm talking to a script when I order, not a human. The food here always comes out hot and crispy for me :) I tried the original iced coffee for the first time a month ago and absolutely loved it- it was better than I expected from a fast food joint. While I know the locations can do nothing to help the rewards program, I do wish it was a bit easier and more intuitive. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but every time I go through the drive through something is wrong with my order. The other night I was craving their diet lemonade so ordered 2 large diet lemonades no ice and after I got home, drank one, saved the other for the next day, woke up not feeling great and realized they were not diet but regular. Sugar and I don't mix at night especially. I went through today and they made our drink orders wrong, the guy was nice went back to remake them and came back with only one drink not 2, so he had to go back and make another one. I think they need more training at the drive thru. I will continue to come back but double check everything before pulling away from the window. read more

So I come here a lot and it's usually ok. But today I went through the drive through on my lunch and ordered a side of Mac and cheese. They asked me to pull forward and warned me it was going to be 10 minutes.... well 20 minutes later I'm still sitting outside. I go in and explain the situation to what looked like the manager and asked if it was ready. he responds I'm not sure go wait in the car and I'll bring it out when it is.... I heard many good things about Chick-fil-A so decided to stop by. Ordered a chicken strip meal. Mediocre for a place that says it specializes in chicken. The strips were so small I would call them chicken fingers, appendages chickens don't actually possess. If they were any smaller I might be tempted to refer to them as chicken lips. I also try to sandwich here. I can meet you after work. The one thing I really like under menu is there chicken tortilla soup. I would come back for that. read more

I love this location. Despite the sodium being so high in the entrees. But I don't eat here every meal, so not a problem. I've only had one 'major' problem here, my daughter ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and the chicken piece looked like one for a breakfast biscuit. The staff was very polite and competent. Took the complaint and gave a new sandwich. I've been going here since the opening. And the staff is always friendly and polite, and very good with customer service. I sometimes make strange requests, like getting some jalapeño salsa for my spicy chicken sandwich. Yum... they always get me one. Love the waffle fries, but eat them as soon as possible. They have a lot of surface area to crisp up, but still lots of cooked potato steaming that crisp away in the box. And in the chicken sandwich wars, Popeye's and Wendy's don't compare. This is the second time they messed up our order. First we ordered salad without chicken because our young daughter didn't eat chicken, and they put chicken and didn't give us salad dressing. We didn't realize this until we're back on the road and too far to return. My daughter did her best eating the salad without the dressing. Then the second time we ordered a Market salad with spicy crispy/fried chicken and Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing, and they gave us Market salad with grilled chicken and Balsamic Vinaigrette and didn't give us any Chick-fil-A sauce we asked for the sandwich and 3 large fries. This time we noticed while we were at the parking lot and I went in to get the salad corrected. She handed me a salad and I saw that it was spicy crispy chicken and i didn't think much, I put it in the car and drove home. We got home and realized it was NOT Market salad but Southwest! Really?! Also as I was standing in there wiring, a couple of the hem saw me but didn't bother asking,"May I help you?" or "Have you been helped?". I had to call out one of them, "Excuse me". First off, I have zero idea where this "bad Bothell service" lines are coming from because I have gotten nothing short of excellent service; every single time. I love Chick-fil-A as I used to eat it when I lived in LA and was so excited when they came to Bothell! Fast, "my pleasure" kind of service, yummy chicken nugs and cookies. Favorite thing to order is the Original Chicken sandwich, with extra pickles and Colby jack cheese! Chick-fil-A sauce for the fries and sandwich is the best! Half sweet tea/half lemonade with extra ice And then Follow it up with a frosted strawberry lemonade or a warm cookie and it's the best meal. I love Chick-Fil-A and I keep wanting this location to be the best but it is not. Its inconsistent in both food, service time and service. My most recent visit, this week was both comical and disappointing. When I went to the counter to order, I ordered a chicken strip order of 4 strips. The counter clerk called back to check if they had chicken strips and was told that they did, apparently, they had been out before out arrival. We also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and both were combos. 15 minutes after we ordered, one of the counter clerks came over to let us know that they were out of grilled chicken and what another sandwich would we like to order, instead. We changed the order and another 5 minutes goes by and they bring out our order and we are told that they did serve the grilled chicken sandwich. The Waffle chips were cold, and the strip in my order were so small that they were half the size of strips I had gotten there before. 20 minutes wait, cold chips and strips the size of nuggets. read more

We try to give this place a chance more often but one time for breakfast they never gave us the extra sides of hash browns I paid for, wasn't going to drive all the way back to get them. Chick-fil-A is great for their uber-friendly employees, fries, and chicken sandwiches, in that order. Even though it was pouring rain, two employees were working outside collecting the payment for the drive-thru orders. They didn't fuss, they were still smiling and friendly. When I got to the pick up window, they had an extra lemon smoothie so they gave it to me at no charge. Smiles, smiles, smiles from everyone I could see. The order was correct (I've never received an incorrect order from any Chick-fil-A) and everything was piping hot. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the chicken recipe seems to have been changed recently. It was still good, but a bit on the chewy side. Hopefully it was just a one-time issue, but they'll always have me returning for the fries! read more

This is a very clean place which is very important to me. I can not say enough about this location, I have seen staff and management go above and beyond for customers who are not always too kind. As a service industry, It is rare to see people deal with the public so well. The food is always great and even though mistakes sometimes are made, they ALWAYS fix it with great apologies. This is my first time using Mobile Order and picking at this place. The experience was terrible. When I arrived, I was handed the bag and he started crushing the receipt and told me to find the sauces at another table. So first, I had to remind him I had drinks. And then, why bother tapping all the sauce I want in the app when eventually I had to find everything myself in the restaurant? Finally, when I got to my friends' place, one burger was missing and one of us had to find something else to eat because we were on a tight schedule and did not have time to drive 15 minutes back and argue for this. I immediately submitted a complaint on the app and tried to ask for a refund and it turned out nobody really cares. After 4 days, I have not received any feedback from them yet and I decided to re-submit the feedback and see if there would be any difference. But all in all, I have tried mobile ordering from a few other chain restaurant and this is my worst experience so far. read more

First off, let me just say that I LOVE chick fil a, like unreasonably LOVE it. But this one really upset me. We show up at 6:15 on a Wednesday night to go through the drive through, first off, we could BARELY hear the girl on the speakers, she's 100% whispering, which is already annoying. And then, they are completely out of chicken strips and nuggets!!! So we end up ordering 3 sandwiches, all with no pickles, and of course 2 of the 3 have pickles on them, then upon requesting "a lot of Chick Fil A sauce" we only received 2. I love love love Chick Fil A, so this was super frustrating. This location always gets my order wrong and it's so annoying because it's so close to my house. I really hope they fix their issues! I'm not sure if it's the management or the actual employees. But it's upsetting to see a place known for great customer service, mess up this much and this frequently! read more

So friendly and kind, they accommodated everyone graciously, brought to-go bags for our leftovers, and were extra nice to all the kids. My second visit--2 different ones. Tried the nuggets. Didn't want all the bun bread, although these have a coating. They were good. Portion (8) was fairly large--didn't finish them all and curious how theirs would be. I like that the sauces are in containers a bit larger than other places' tiny ones. Also like the substitute choices like fruit cup, etc for full meals--nice to have options at a fast food place, not rigid uniform rules or no options. Diet lemonade tart and flavorful. Many places have off tastes or just not up to par for lemonade or similar. Very clean and the workers are super nice and polite. Great for a change of pace. No problems with staff or order, although very simple--2 items. I'll be back. I like the place and care less about the politics issue. I visit for food, not to throw political tantrums. read more

Slow service, poor communication skills, and as I'm writing this I'm standing in the restaurant listening to 3 employees talking about being sick, one of whom is repeatedly stating, "I feel fine except for this cough!", loud enough for the whole dining area to hear. We used to go to CFA in Bellevue and Lynnwood. So when Bothell store opened, we were really happy. I can feel that they work hard to make customers satisfied. We think the staff are friendly, and the food sent to our table are hot/warm. They would offer free drinks refill, and clean up our table. Overall it's nice to dine in. However, they did make mistakes in drive-through or take outs. We didn't get drinks in our take-outs twice, so I told them to double check the orders. The manager called to apologize and tried to fix things up. We will come back again! read more

Sooo good! And they're super flexible! You can do just about whatever you want to your order! They have gluten free buns, which is awesome! The chicken is battered in their own kitchen, and the lemons for the lemonade are fresh squeezed! They make their own biscuits using a secret Chick-fil-A recipe. The restaurant is always clean, and it's super family friendly! Everyone treats me so well... and they always say, "My pleasure!" I just tried the Chick-fil-A biscuit and added bacon. Four start just because the staff is usually really friendly. Chick-fil-A offers a somewhat healthy alternative to classic fast food establishments depending on what you order. For instance they have healthy chicken nuggets which are essentially hunks of lean chicken breast. Not all too appetizing but healthy none the less. I visited this location after a long stressful day. I was assisted by Madison who showed going above and beyond. She was respectful and kind even though I had a lot on my mind. She carried the conversation well without it being forced and even helped carry stuff to my table. I got my food so fast and had a experience that changed how I look at food industry.I'm not one to ever write a review but as I sat eating I watched her take orders, run food, clean and even interact with these younger girls. I've not been to a place where (I don't know if she was a manger.) will do so much not cuz it's their job but it made people happy. I will tell all my friends and family to come. In the many years we have been going to Chick-fil-A, we have had no issues...until now. Placed an online order and had to wait 50 minutes in the parking lot to get it. During that time, three employees came and asked my name and then left and didn't return. I finally went to the door after 35 minutes to ask for an update and they informed me my order had just shown up on their screen due to a "glitch in the system." I went back to wait for another 15 minutes. During that time, an employee came out with some food, came to my window to asked if I had ordered from Door Dash. I said no and then saw him go up to three more cars asking the same thing before walking back inside with the food. Finally, my food came and when I asked for a discount I was told that was not possible. The employee just kept repeating that it was against policy. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told that wasn't possible. I asked for the manager's contact info. and the employee said he would take my name and number instead but refused to provide manager contact information to me. When I finally got home an hour later with the food, they had gotten the order wrong. Extremely disappointing and very surprising considering their customer service is usually quite good. read more
