Due to the location off in litchfield this location has gotten 10x busier. Good luck getting into petco because this chick fil a line blocks you from getting in or out of petco . I don't know if it's because of covid but the customer service hasn't been the same . Also why do you guys give out napkins like you cut them and sauces as if you packed each on your own? Lately the food hasn't been hitting the same so I just go across the street to the new Popeyes. read more

Don't expect to get your order right. They put pickles after I asked not to and my receipt says so. These are the "large" waffles they serve and don't expect any my pleasures here. This location just loves to move you a long as fast as possible which might be nice but I don't want my food thrown at me. Don't go to this location. read more

Two insects found in my chic-FIL-a sandwich. Pictures attached. Couldn't go back because I had to return to work, went to pick up curbside. Got back to work to sit & eat and saw the bugs when I opened sandwich to add sauce, totally gross. This is my 3rd & final negative experience at this location. Never going again. read more

I'm come to this Chick-fil-A quite often. At least once or twice a week and don't ever have any issues. Everyone is usually very nice and helpful. I don't know what was going on tonight, but they were rude from ordering all the way up to getting our food. I asked for extra Chick-fil-A sauce because we had 3 sandwiches and nuggets and the ladies at the window were very rude and argumentative about giving us extra sauce. I've never had anyone argue so hard about extra sauce here. I really can't even believe it. I was recently informed that this location will be closing at the end of the year and thank god if this is the way the service is going to be. read more

Ordered a cup of chicken tortilla soup. Brought me this. Looks like mush. Took it back up to the counter cashier apologized and said she would get me another one. waited a couple minutes. Horrible if I could give below 0 on stars I would. Last 2 weeks they have been forgetting sauces and dressings for salads and all they have to offer is a discount on the next meal? What is your salad without your dressing? What is your chicken without your sauce ? I order 6 Chick-fil-A sauces and get 6 ranches for a $40 meal with no sauce ? Will the lead on shift has no type of management skills and needs to be down the street at jack n the box. Chick-fil-A is probably the best fast food restaurant out there. I've never gone to one and didn't receive amazing customer service. All of the employees are overly nice and they never mess up orders. Also the food is delicious!! The Mac and cheese is soooo good. So glad they added it to their menu. read more

The food is always great, I ordered the breakfast burrito with their Jalapeño salsa, Hash-browns and a coffee. Their coffee is always very strong I had to pour out some coffee so I can add a lot of creamer to make it taste right. I could not fInd a clean table today and the trash cans were full not sure if I got there right after their breakfast rush. read more

We love this location! We usually come here Friday or Saturday mornings and the staff is super friendly and go above and beyond! They chat with us and our kids! We usually order lunch menu items and it takes a bit to get our order but we don't mind! Our kids usually play in the playground until the food is ready. They have a 30 piece nugget meal and we usually split it with a family of 4. It's a great way to save some money. Their bathrooms, playground, and dinning area are really clean! The staff really keeps up even on busy days! Make sure you take advantage of their app and the rewards. If you go their often, it pays off! Parking can sometimes be bad but there's plenty of parking in the area. Drive thru lines can be long but they move really fast! Overall highly recommend this location! read more

Probably the most disappointing Chick-fil-A experience ever. Stopped here for breakfast going through Arizona, and there was no customer service at all!!! No one greeted us, let alone the lady at the cash register when we went up to order. I don't expect anyone to go above and beyond, but this staff didn't even go the bare minimum. Food took almost 10+ minutes and it was cold. Besides that, i went up to get a refill and stood in the line as another manager kept looking my way not even acknowledging me. He then asked the man BEHIND me if he needed a refill and proceeded to attend to him. Managers name was Tyler. The only positive thing I would say is that we got a mix up on the order and one of the managers happily refunded back the money and even gave a complimentary beverage. read more

Who doesn't love chick-fil-a! Ordered breakfast via their app and used the curbside service. How did we ever live without technology? Super easy to navigate the app with detailed options like cream and sugar in the coffee. Everything in the bag was exactly as ordered. Pulled in to the parking and about 3 minutes later Yasmin came out with my food and a huge smile. Food was delicious as I've come to expect and can't wait for my next meal here. They will never say thank you, but always say my pleasure.... EAT MORE CHICKEN! This location is great... Very clean store with friendly employees. Drive-through as well as the inside run like a well oiled machine. Don't forget they are closed on Sundays. Simple but delicious menu just like any other Chick-fil-A. They can get busy around lunchtime so be prepared for a brief wait but not long at all. Don't forget to download the Chick-fil-A app to earn reward points for free food which everyone loves of course. read more

I have always been in love with Chick-Fil-A and still am. I was first hooked on them in the shopping malls, then they appeared on campus at ASU. Seems to now found my home in Avondale! My fave is the combo #1 with no pickle. I am not sure what spices they put in recipe, but it is addicting. All the employees are so happy to work there. Love you Chick-Fil-A! read more

I love Chick-Fil-A. I enjoy their manners and their willingness to serve others. Also the food is so yummy. I understand that this place is extremely busy because of the food, but I was there in the right lane and was in the line for 32 MINUTES! The left lane was flying past me. Unbelievable. I will be doing pick up for now on and will never go through the line again. Thanks Chick-fil-A for the food, but make sure your 2 lanes are flowing at the same rate. read more

This is the most unprofessional chic fila I have ever been to. I have heard about staffing issues and a coworkers calling in sick and the manager straight said she didn't care to go get eye drops and come into work. Very unprofessional when you have a sick coworker and the manager puts her on hold tkntalk shit then got on the line saying she needs to come in. The manager then went to talk about personal issues such as her ac not working at home. I've seen 5 other people come in while i wait for biscuits.... Very immature staff. A cook is wrapping the burritos so they are coming undone. Some one addressed it to him and he straight told his boss he doesn't care. Highly immature staff dont stop at this location read more

The dining room for location and Avondale have been closed since the beginning of Covid and still are. It was reasonable when the pandemic was wide spread but now it's just frustrating. We used to go at least once a week for lunch. These are the only locations in my experience that have stayed closed. It's time to reopen and take care of your customers. read more

Had my food stolen and instead of simply getting the two items i had ordered; they proceeded to make me wait over 30 minutes to get my food. This place used to be great with pick ups and now they only care about getting orders for cars. Only come to this location if you are willing to wait in line for 30 minuets or be ignored in the inside. Fries were burnt to perfection, could not even bite into this. read more

I had come through the drive through last week and I wasn't having the best of days, I had to drop a family member off to the emergency room earlier in the morning and had gone to chick fil a for lunch and while going through drive through I got to meet a employee I believe his name was Chris M he told me, he was on the stand outside doing cash but he liked my car and we go to talking and those few minutes I was able to get my mind off my personal issues and have a conversation with a fellow car and Honda enthusiast, so I wanted to leave this review since he had made my day, keep up the amazing work all of you! First time eating at this location that food wasn't nice and hot and order has always been accurate! Today not so much! Fries were cold, and didn't get half the condiments I ordered. Requested no pickles on one sandwich, it came with pickles. May have been setting to take out, not sure, but usually when I get notice that order on way it came out 12 minutes later. Anyway, not same as usual, and when you order curbside, you don't know order is not right until you are away from restaurant. Disappointed today! read more

The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! The entire staff deserve the rest of 2025 off with pay, as well as, huge raises.

My total time from start to finish was maybe 5-7minutes. It was 8am, a little busy. The two cashiers/workers I interacted with were both friendly and helpful. My order was correct and the food was good. No issues here, and I would definitely come back to this McDonalds if I was in the area.

Went back to car and pulled into drive thru. Now it's been 25 minutes... get through the line and tell person at the speaker that I had been waiting for food. She said she would send someone out with the food...I told her I was now in the drive through! Get to the window and explain again and guy says "someone took your food". And then said "not my fault" they remade the order but was one of the worst experiences. Took 45 minutes from order to completion. Epic fail McDonalds!!

I ordered the WaBa Veggie Bowl which comes with chicken and steak along with carrots cabbage glazed with their like teriyaki sauce. I preferred the chicken over the steak but it had a really clean char flavor on both meats and were tender and juicy. The teriyaki sauce was really tasty as well not too soy based and plenty of it in the bowl so mixes with the rice and veggies and meat and more than enough. Also had the 5 dumplings which were tasty as well. All in all great meal that's really clean. This would be great casual option if you want something clean and not oily but tasty.

The greatest turn off is the extremely disgusting off putting smells in there. If it's not that it smells like a dirty wet mop, it's smells like a poorly cleaned bathroom, or old half way cooked meat. Please fix this issue. I don't eat here but I grab for my family and they say the food is good, but can we fix all else?

The older lady ,she wears glasses and usually works mornings ..who is frequently at the register always appears unhappy and frustrated, which makes the experience uncomfortable. Mobile ordering is supposed to make things easier, but here it doesn't. When I give my name, I'm told they need the email, extra details, or something else unnecessary. If I placed a mobile order under my name, that should be enough to hand me my food. It shouldn't feel like a DoorDash pickup or take extra steps because staff can't locate the order number. Mobile orders should be quick and convenient, not a long wait caused by confusion at the register. This location really needs better training and more efficient processes. It shouldn't be this difficult to pick up a simple order.
