I ordered the Dave's Double expecting a juicy, satisfying burger. Instead, I got two dry hockey pucks pretending to be beef, and cheese that looked like it gave up halfway through melting. The bun was somehow stale and soggy at the same time. Every bite made me question my life choices. I've had gas station sandwiches with more flavor. Even the pickles seemed disappointed to be there. For the price, I expected a burger--not a culinary punishment. If this is what "fresh, never frozen" tastes like, maybe freezing would've helped. Especially when they don't give you a receipt and then tell me they can't fix the order unless you have a receipt. I rarely have an issue with any Wendy's but this Wendy's I have most of my issues. Need new management or better service. If the workers would care just a little bit about their job, it wouldn't be that bad of an experience. I ordered a frosty and it literally took them 20 minutes to pour brownie batter in the cup and press the ice cream machine. At this point giving all the other reviews this location doesn't need to open or just needs ALL new employees. My husband and i do mobile orders because it's quicker, at least that's what we thought. It took more than 15 mins to receive the order but my husband and i are pretty patient and talked amongst ourselves. So upon receiving the order we were anticipating to ask for bbq sauce but when we're just handed the order no greeting because she was currently in her own conversation with the other rude female employee (possibly about the other customer in drive thru) and continued her conversation and shut the window while we just sat there in disbelief. Finally a younger male kid asked him how can he help him and of course my husband asked for bbq sauce only to be told they didn't have any. He then offers the bbq sauce that's used for the wings and my husband accepts because we have been waiting for so long. Icing on the cake because who can get any ruder at this point, the same rude female employee that handed us the food overheard the exchange and instead of acting like a decent employee proceeds to say " we charge for sauce....because i'm not trying to get fired" not acknowledging my husband and just walked off. Luckily the kid just gave it to us because the disrespect from those particular employees was truly unreal. We have ordered from this Wendy's 3 times(twice through Door Dash and once tonight,1/22/22) in as many months. All 3 times they managed to screw up our order either by forgetting core parts of the order or little bits like extra sauces, Frosties, etc. Tonight, under our nice hot French fries (the only reason for the two stars), I found just the baked potato and we realized they forgot our Chili. I'm always treated well when I visit this Wendy's. The staff are friendly and concerned with the cleanliness of their restaurant. In fact, I haven't been to many, if any, other quick-service restaurants that have staff members who check on the status of the dine-in customers as much as the staff here does. Now to the food... It's Wendy's. You know it and you love it. Who doesn't? But, Wendy's has really kicked it up a notch with the addition of their salad selections. If I could give them 6 STARS ****** for this, well, I would and I guess I just did! I LOVE the Power Mediterranean Salad! The Strawberry Mango Salad is also AWESOME. Even though I, personally, do not care for feta cheese too much, I know there are some who love it. Regardless, the Strawberry Mango Chicken Salad is so good, IMHO, that it's worth picking around the feta. There are several other great salad choices available as well. (....In case you haven't noticed, I love salad! But, shhh! don't tell anyone! I'm an over the road truck driver. And I popped in to grab a burger on my break. They were closed at 930 until 6am due to short staff. The senior experienced employees all left as soon as the night crew showed up. If you can even call 2 guys a night crew. The 2 guys who after chatting with them for a moment they'd only been employed with the company for a couple weeks at most. They did give every customer a heads up about a little wait which everybody sympathized with them and was okay with the wait. They were scrambling and multi tasking like there was no tomorrow. But I've gotta give it to them. They got my order correct and kept moving to get every order out. CORRECTLY too!!!! Mila would take an order or 2 at a time then Go make the sandwiches and Josh would drop fries, nuggets or getting drinks. Whatever was needed. Whilst being on top of keeping their hands clean and gloved. Huge HUGE KUDOS to Mila(sorry I probably misspelled it) and Josh. They made the best out of a bad situation.
