Oh gosh! This specific location has sooooo many issues. The way this drive thru was designed and built it's sooooo terrible, the entrance it's always blocked by the driver thru customers waiting to be helped, now they have 2 lines one for mobile pickup and that seems to be the problem with this. The afternoon crew seems to have a problem with every one visiting the restaurant they always have an attitude while helping. The food is okay but lately the chicken seems to be extremely done to the point where it's hard, they always forget something when I order to go and I happen to notice the girl handing me the ice cream come licking her finger. I always order my favorite spicy deluxe sandwich, and it's always been great because the cheese is melted and the sandwich is warm including the bun. Today my sandwich arrived at our table and the bun was cold.... What the heck!!! I took it back and asked that it be remade and make sure cheese is melted and bun is warm not cold. Chick-fil-A mobile order line is the absolute bomb! It's location aware so they start your order when they see you're getting close and the timing was perfection. You will enter the mobile order line and scan the QR code and they know you've arrived and by the time you get around the corner, they're walking out with your order. It was amazing bypassing the entire line! The only downside, and the reason for a four instead of a five is the way the parking lot is designed there's no easy way to get to that mobile order line and nothing is clearly marked so you end up in the normal line until The order taker gets to your car. We had to weave through parked cars to get around to the correct side of the building. A little better signage and path to that mobile line would be amazing. read more

Wondering if they are cutting costs to try to pay for all the redesign that took FOREVER, they closed the entire time, and really didn't change much other than the drive through. This Chick-fil-A location is on par with other Chick-fil-A locations. Dining area is clean. Dining room wasn't particularly busy. Food was up quickly. Food was hot and fresh. Spicy chicken was indeed spicy. Chicken was plump and juicy. There is a light breading on the chicken. Rather than a side, I ordered went for dessert. Chick-fil-A brownies are rich, chocolaty and dense; just the way I like them. Food from this location usually travels well. While this was my first time visiting it, my husband has brought food home from here a couple of times. Drive thru is popular at this location. They have it set up as to not cause too much backup in the parking lot. read more

This CFA needs better leadership, training or something. I go here for breakfast several times a week on the way to the office. Input in a mobile order before I leave the house, 20-25 mins away. I tell them at the speaker that I have a Mobile order. Not once, Have i recvd my order and went on my way. They always have me pull forward and wait for my order. I have watched people in front of me pay for their order and drive off with it. I have seen the people that order thru the speaker behind me, pay for their order and drive around me with their order. What is the point of a mobile order if you wait 15-20 minutes longer than those that use the speaker? I pulled in at 7:25 this morning, and left at 7:48 with my order. With an apology for the wait. But, it's always like this. Their system is broken. I don't yell at the workers, because it doesn't seem to be them. Its getting to the point where I will skip breakfast, or go somewhere else, because I don't want to take 20 minutes out of my morning to wait. People are always super nice. The lines are a little confusing, but there are 3 lines for the one drive thru. The young lady who took our order was not pleasant by any means she seemed more annoyed that we had to read the menu. We did takeout at Chick-fil-A Avondale, AZ off McDowell close to the Harkins. We ordered 3 salads, 2 sandwiches and a granola parfait. The salads were ordered with the appropriate dressing BUT, there were no dressings in the bag. I called on 10/12/23 and was told by a "lead" named Jenna that she would mail out courtesy cards for 3 salads. Today is 11/6/23 and we have received no such courtesy cards. ZERO STARS! This place is garbage! First things first, let me start off with the ambience inside. it was very dull and depressing to the point where I had to ask a worker " are you okay?" I found a table and to my surprise it was sticky and stained from lord knows what and lord knows how long. Instead of the smell of chicken and French fries filling the air it was overpowered by the smell of feet and wet mop. My chicken sandwich was served to me cold! The drive-thru mobile express is working MUCH better now. Its like the car pool lane for drive thru. If you're curious how it works: 1) place mobile app order before getting to restaurant 2) drive to the location and get in the express lane (far left) 3) scan the code they have on a sign with your phone 4) go to the drive thru window and get your food Food review: Yes to Mac n cheese, nuggets with BBQ sauce and fries (which I for some reason really like with their Chick-fil-A sauce). Hash browns are such a great price and usually crispy and hot! Salads are all good, esp like Grilled Market one with their apple cider vinaigrette. Going through the drive through this evening, 5 cars total on either side of us went through because either the guy taking the order didn't know what he was doing or the person ordering was making a massive order. When they finally did get finished and it was my turn to drive up there was no recognition from the employee. No smile no verbal or hand ques just walked past my truck so I just drove off.
