I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's on Sunday 3/8 in the morning. The manager refused to help me and my husband place my order and instructed me to use the automated kiosk instead. When another employee tried to assist me, the manager told them not to help. I understand that many locations encourage customers to use the kiosks, but customers should still be able to receive assistance when requested. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I hope management reviews how customers are treated and ensures staff are allowed to help when someone asks for assistance. This is McDonald's policy. read more

Hands down the worst McDonald's ever. I have been a handful of times and I have never got the correct order and if you ask for it to be fixed it's always met with rudeness. The staff doesn't put any effort into the food, it's always thrown together, sloppy, dry, or undercooked. I've also had a couple of occasions where my rewards points were taken and then they said something on the computer messed up and I had to pay for the food even tho my points were used. When I asked about it they told me it wasn't their problem and it was the app. I would give zero stars if I could! Won't be giving them our business again. read more

Every time I come to this McDonald's, I'm greeted with the rudest staff. No matter who is working, the experience is the same. While ordering, I'm always rushed, met with sighs, and given attitude while I'm simply trying to decide what to eat. This happens every single time I visit. Not once have I felt welcomed at this location. On top of that, they are constantly out of items. Shakes are almost never available, and it seems like 80% of the drinks are unavailable as well. Even when something like a frappe is actually in stock, the ordering machines still say it's unavailable. It's incredibly frustrating. Another ongoing issue is being charged for ranch and then not receiving it. I've ordered ranch multiple times, paid for it, and the last three visits I didn't receive it in my bag at all--even though I was charged. That should not keep happening. The food is also rarely fresh, but honestly that's not even the biggest problem. The way customers are treated here is far worse. The two women who usually work the payment window are consistently rude. Just last week they were sighing and groaning while I was ordering, clearly annoyed. Then while I was paying, one of them pulled the card reader back three times while I was taking my card out of my wallet and rolled her eyes at me. This is easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had. 3 times I've found hair in my burgers and ended up just going hungry I was so disgusted. I have given this location multiple chances, hoping it would improve, but it never does. At this point, I would rather drive 30 minutes to another McDonald's than be treated this badly by employees whose job is to serve customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

I had a disappointing and almost humiliating experience at this location on 4/20 between 7:30 and 8:00pm with the employee working the back cash window. I placed a mobile order through the app, but as many customers know, mac sauce isn't an option you can add through the app. Since I worked at McDonald's for nearly three years, I'm very familiar with how things operate behind the scenes--especially when it comes to simple requests like this. I politely asked if she could let the kitchen know to add mac sauce to my burger. Rather than trying to help, she immediately shut me down and said she couldn't modify the order. l asked if I could at least be charged for a side of mac sauce--because at the McDonald's I worked at, we'd charge 50¢ for that--and she said okay. I waited nearly 10 minutes without any update until a manager came to the window and asked me to pull forward. I explained that I hadn't paid yet, and that's when she told me the next window would give me the sauce for free. If that was something she could do the whole time, why make the situation so difficult? I understand the job can be stressful--l've worked it--but when you're in customer service, and honestly just in general, it's not hard to be kind. Instead of saying "no" over and over, try to find a solution. She was completely unwilling to help. I don't know if she's new or just didn't know what to do, but if that was the case, she could've asked someone. To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, while I did receive the mac sauce on the side, both burgers were completely smushed into the bottom of the bag, and the fries were cold and soggy. After everything, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope this experience is addressed so other customers receive better treatment and food quality moving forward. read more

I didn't get my McFlurry and didn't realize it until I almost got home so I headed back for it. Got there and first thing drive thru guy does is grabs the McFlurry that's been sitting there and says "it melted is that okay?!" Like c'om, no it's not, I asked for a new one and some fries for the inconvenience. Manager then comes and says he can't be giving me free stuff as if it was my mistake that I didn't get my McFlurry and like I didn't drive back and wasted my gas and time. If I wouldn't have went back, they would have kept my money. The right and least they could have done is give me free fries for the inconvenience. In conclusion, customer service is awful. Don't come and if you do, beware, there's no courtesy for their mistakes. read more

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to from the service to the food, so my 6 year old wanted a happy meal and although I'm not the hugest fan of McDonald's I decided why not it's been a while well guess what not only am I completely grossed out but I think this was the final straw.
