They tried to rob me... I ordered online on the app before it closed and waited in my car. Saw someone come after the store closed and got their food. The app said my food was ready so I had my son go to the door and they just kept yelling store is closed. I went to the door showing my order was ready for pickup on the app and they said store is closed (mind you there are several bags at the pickup area they just added). After several different employees tell me store is closed and to leave I yell to give me back my money. The manager comes to the door and says I can't go by what the app says and that they are closed. I said then refund my money. She then says let me see if the food is ready, sure enough it is. Most Chick-fil-A's have maybe a 5-minute line. On 10/6/22 @ 9:30PM, I got in line to order a milkshake. This place had 15 cars and I waited a half hour to get to the kiosk to place the order, and then another 15 minutes to get to the window (four cars ahead of me) to get my shake. The shake was watery from sitting and no cherry, as if to add insult. There was more than enough staff, not a lot of foot traffic, and lots of people standing around talking behind the counter (dancing, laughing), but only one little woman with dark hair really doing anything at the window. I understand it being the end of a shift, but I should not have had to wait until the shift was over to get my food. After the exemplary service I have had it every other Chick-fil-A I have been to in this area, I am very disappointed with this location and I will never go back to this Chick-fil-A again. I should have gone to one of the other ones (Barrington or Deptford Mall area) that are another 5 mi out of my way, I would have gotten home 30 min sooner. read more

Go here every Friday fries are of decreasing value and quantity constantly. Order a large get a small the 'large' box of fries are half full. Nothing to complain about the sandwiches though. What sparked me to write this review is the encounter we had today going to this Chick-Fil-A. We had ordered 2 Large number 7's and 1 large number one. Then an extra large fry on the side. When we got the order the number 1 was large the others were not. We requested at the window for the order to be corrected-since the large are what we asked and ordered for in the first place-we had got upcharged on the drinks and fries and got our food and went on our way. When we got home we had noticed the 'large' fries looked like there were 5 fries in each one. I've worked at fast food before and I have a sneaking suspicion they just took the mediums and dumped them into a large fry container and sent us on our way. This place is a terrible representation of an amazing fast food chain. Would never recommend going here you'll never get what you ordered. Chick-fil-A as the best fast food chicken out there. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are made of real white meat chicken and not the strange chicken-like substance you find in many other fast food chicken sandwiches and nuggets. They have a good selection of sandwiches, salads, and side dishes including some healthy options. The waffle fries are the best fries out there. Service comes with a smile too - the staff at every location of Chick-fil-A I have visited thus far has been very friendly. For dessert, I really enjoy their ice-cream and shakes. If you are a fan of peaches, I would suggest trying a peach milkshake which is available during the summer months. read more

Dear Chick-fil-A, I don't know how much longer I can keep doing this, we became Besties back in 1981 when I walked into that mall in Panama City and saw your chicken goodness. It was so simple then, I give you money & you hand me over a chicken sandwich with Pickley tartness on top. There were few questions and less demands on me, we had a nice relationship. When I moved away a few years later I thought I'd never see you again except traveling down south. Maybe a stop in "hi how you doing" and we would share a meal and find past moments together. Recently you came back into my life and I know we've both changed, but I didn't realize you've become so demanding and uncaring. I've tried to put up with the new you for quite sometime now, little things like "What's your name, I need your name I have to know who you are". So I want some sweet chicken and I know I've changed too, instead of a sandwich I now go with strips, but when I try to order s #6, it's all "Will I be dining in or taking out?", yes that's a valid question, but when I say I would like a number six with no salt fries and no ice in my Coke zero do we have to start over again because I didn't start with the question you haven't asked yet? So we start over with I will be dining and yes, I would like a number 6, four chicken strips and when I try to say no salt, you interrupted me because you need to know what kind of sauces I'm going to have I'm going to tell you but did you get the part about the no salt, no it's not time for that yet, so I'm patient and I wait yes I will take a honey mustard and a Polynesian sauce thank you now can I tell you that I want no salt on my fries? Evidently not, you need to know the drink that I want so I do say again Coke zero no ice then we go back to no salt on my fries. I get hat you have to type it in the computer, I understand that, but when you fill a cup full of ice and fill it with Coke zero, hand it to me, why do you get surprised when I say that must not be for me because I ordered no ice? Next comes the "I need to know your name for the order." I look around and see that I'm the only customer in the building so I question the validity of needing it and I'm told we have to have it for your order. At first I thought Nostradamus, Demetrius or a similar intricate name would work but realized the clone like teenagers trying to make spending money didn't need to be subjected to that, so I just started giving the employee taking my order's name to see what happened. That seems to work, male or female, but now what you make me do I can almost not forgive. You hand me my drink and my sauces and act like I am the morning after guy that you don't want to face and just forget, so you turn your head and state "I can help the next customer", so you expect me to gather my little goodies and walk over to stand by the trashcan and wait for my meal to come. Once I gather my three or four packets of sauces and a drink, I get napkins a fork, knife and a ketchup packet, I can't carry all these without dropping something. I thought it would be nice if you kick me to the curb with a tray to carry everything, but when I ask for one, you give me a takeout carry tray... and that only confuses the tray keepers of the food, because they say oh I thought this was for here it's to go and I say no this is just to carry all my little things without a tray. My only other option is to find a dirty tray to carry my supplies while I wait for my clean tray with food..... so Chick-fil-A I don't know that we can continue to do this, I keep coming back hoping it will get better, but it doesn't seem to, so if you don't see me, I'm sorry, but I just don't know if we're good for each other anymore. read more

Fast, friendly and clean fast food. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorites, and this locations is one of the reasons why. This location gets very busy, but I've never waited too long in the dining room. I placed an order on my app, got in the Audubon, NJ, DT lane waited in line for like 9-10 cars in front of me, got to the menu board and told the girl I had a mobile order, I had mark I was there, but she could not find my order, she had me pull to the window and when I showed her my order, she said you had pick the wrong restaurant location when you placed the order, which I realized at that moment, I said ok I'm sorry, let me pay for it here then, an older lady and a male manager came to the window and told me I couldn't place the order there, that the policy stated I had to go back in line again, I asked her are you kidding me? They replied no, At this point the line was all the way around the restaurant and in front of me but there were no cars behind me in the lane, I recognize, it was my mistake to select the wrong location, it's true, I also understand the sense of urgency of moving the line, but the idea of not charging me at the window when I just wanted 8 pcs nuggets, simple order, it is simply ridiculous, how profitable is for your store to not take a customer money and satisfy their needs? just today you have lose me as a customer. read more

Upon giving me the order, I asked if the sauces that the customer wanted were there. OK I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A don't get me wrong. BUT this location I have to say later at night is not that great. I went on a Saturday night at about 9:00PM and it was like "teen haven" all back by the restroom booths. Not that they were doing anything wrong but they were LOUD, DISRUPTIVE, AND ANNOYING. I did not even see some of them eating, they were just hanging out. If this location is a 'hang out" I'll not go there later on in the night on weekends. I am surprised that the manager of this location allows it to go on. If it was some type of organization then I'd understand maybe if they had an adult watching them, but I did not see any. I'll do take out at this location if I have to later on weekends. yes I am around teens all day/everyday but I just don't want it like that when I'm eating and trying to have adult time. read more

Use their drive thru and asked for a cob salad since I was observing lent. When I placed my order the young lady didn't tell me my total and asked me to pull around. When I finally got to the window, paid for my salad and thank the teller who never said anything after. i am always impressed with this chain. they are always kind and helpful beyond what you can even find in a four or five star restaurant. always clean restaurant and playroom. during this particular visit i observed a interview. i could hear the manager speaking (ok i was listening in).
