I understand this is fast food but do better. My sandwich made wrong missing cheese slice. My son's happy meal missing apples. No cup given for my wife's meal. (I Only ordered a sandwich). We came here for a quick snack shakes and let our little guy play in the playground. Shake machine broken. I believe because they were busy they just said that. So no shakes messed up orders and the whole place is filthy. The play park the tables and every touchable surface was filthy. I'm not going to say anything about food quality because I get it. It's McDonald's. There is no reason for all of the other issues. This was my first and last time stopping in here. I'll probably still swing by for my monthly breakfast but drive through only. read more

Food: Mid Service: Horrible Ambiance: Not delightful First off, the experience itself was terrible. Me and my mom came out to do our last dashing order before calling it a night and this location was PACKED. when i mean packed. I mean there were cars wrapping around the building. We were on crunch time so we went around nicely to park near cursive so we could go to the pickup window that was for dashers to easily pick up orders since you should think that the orders we had were already done. It wasn't. My mom stood there for 5 minutes with other dashers only for one of the employees to tell them that they were closed there. cool, no problem. It would've been nice if they had a sign there saying they won't serve that window for outside pickup. they meant to say they closed inside at 11pm, not outside pickup. two different things. So anyways, we go around. My mom is already a bit irritated since we have to go all the way back around just to get to the second window for someone else's food. As dashers, we treat other people's food like our food so things can move a bit quicker and so our rating doesn't go down. My mom being her, she tried to cut in between cars (talking to them beforehand about our situation since the order was already placed. it wouldn't make sense to be mixed up with people that's ordering) but they wouldn't let us in, which is understandable. i get that since they had to wait as well so once the employee told us what we couldn't do which was cut, my mom told them it wasn't right that dashers had to wait in drive thru for orders that are already placed and should be done by then, so when we pick it up it's already cold. that's not a good look on dashers period. We finally decided that we had enough time to just get in line before it got too long just to wait. we waited like everyone else and when we got up there my mom just asked why they had it closed (the window) in the first place and that it wasn't right for dashers to wait. i guess the employee got mad at her "tone" and they started to go back and forth. As this was going on, we already beforehand contacted door-dash to let them know about this location and how poor the service was. I was already on my way to let this customer know that we probably wouldn't be able to get her food since they were arguing with basically customers over food. after 5 minutes of them shutting the window on us they they 'canceled' our order which isn't possible since we're the only ones who could do that. again, this wasn't our food for them to cancel. so we texted and called the lady that we had to dash to about the issue. when that lady called up to the place, in the opened window we could hear her saying that she "wasn't gonna give her your food" since she deemed my mom having inappropriate behavior over their lack of urgency. I was very displeased by this dispute because after threatening to call the police after we wouldn't move because she wouldn't give us our food, she gave us all the wrong things. We don't know what she could've possibly done with the food since it was a very light bag. No drinks in the bag but we were already down the road to try and get away from this mess. This was all 'handled' by the so called manager that night (Friday, July 5th, around 1:00am) She wasn't very professional about redirecting dashers and she had a bonnet on. If you were the manager, why indulge in an argument when you could just apologize and give the food with no problem? Our problem was that they didn't start the order UNTIL we finally could come to the window after sitting there for 15 minutes. This McDonalds needs to do better as the way those two employees were talking to us and the lady that we were dashing for. Will be calling corporate to get this issue resolved. read more

Horrible customer service. Stopped by for breakfast with my kids placed order for table service which never happened after 20 minutes I went to counter to check on things. Plenty of people working but no one paying attention. Eventually hair someone to check but couldn't find food. After standing here another 20 minutes someone finally asked again for my info and managed to find a bag sitting off to the side that was mine. Food was nearly an hour old at this point cold and soggy and they didn't get the order right missing the sausage for burritos neither me nor my kids could even finish the slop we were served. read more

Absolute worst McDonald's in south Jersey. They will forget half your food and then argue with you and treat you like you have the learning disability. The management is a disgrace, hung up on me when I called about my food being wrong after waiting in the drive thru twice. Every single time I have been there, the service is HORRIBLE, and something is wrong with my order. The entire staff needs re-training and they need to take a kindness class or something. If you're that miserable, or just lack manners and decency, you shouldn't work with the public! PERIOD!!! I can't imagine hiring a whole crew of ignorant a$$ people! How does that happen? I ordered inside, because they always mess up my order in drive thru. After waiting for a short while, a woman asked the crew where her order was. One of the employees in the back yelled, "Stfu bitch!" There were about 4 other people including myself who heard what he said. The woman remained calm and stated she will talk to a manager in the morning. Meanwhile, I finally get my order, gave a quick glance to make sure everything was in the bag and drove home. I looked at the bacon quarter pounder I ordered and thought, "You've got to be kidding me?" They just threw a split piece of old hamburger meat on bread on put it in the bag. I was so pissed that I went back and complained. After they replaced my sandwich, I was headed out the door and I could hear a young female yell, "Yes, get out!!!" This place is ghetto and unprofessional and they need to get a whole new night crew or else!! This was Sunday night 10/15/23 at 9pm. They all need to be fired!!! read more

Husband and I stopped in for a late night snack. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and never moving, we looked up their hours on the internet. McDonald's website stated that they were open 24 hours, both inside and drive-thru. We decided to park and walk in. Began ordering at the kiosk and the woman/employee behind the counter began speaking loudly to us (and a few others who were also ordering at a different kiosk). She said, "Inside's closed. How did you get in here?" We told her website said they're open 24 hours and that the door was open. She rudely said "goodbye" and repeated herself several times. Don't waste your time at this location - keep driving to the next McDonald's, where you'll be treated like a human. read more

I like to play a game at this McDonald's called "let's see how bad they can screw up my order." Tonight I asked for 2 special requests that I was sure would lead to complete disaster: 1. No ice in the drinks. 2. No onions on one burger. Both drinks had ice, but there were no onions on a burger. Ok a 50% success rate isn't bad for this place. Oh..oh wait..I asked for Apple slices in my daughter's Happy Meal and she was given double fries. Welp McDonalds..you've failed me yet again, but when you go in with no expectations, it's hard to be let down. The staff always seems to be nice, though. So there's that. read more

Ordered via mobile app here, then was completely ignored outside while the restaurant was empty. After 15 minutes, had to drive around and go inside with my crying infant to ask about the food only to be given incredible attitude by the staff who attempted to serve me cold food with no apology for why I had been ignored. When they "remade" the food, the burgers were cold and the fries were literally half filled. Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. They essentially stole from me as they did not provide what I had paid for, and all the while gave attitude, eye rolls, and no apologies. We will never return. read more

I am visually handicapped. I asked one of the supervisors to help me order my lunch from the kiosk, and they refused, told me to give my order to the person behind the counter. I asked for a quarter pounder, with cheese with lettuce, tomato and bacon, I got no lettuce no tomato I asked for chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese got no cheese. There are a few longtime employees who deserve applause, but generally the customer service is abysmal and the new app has worsened matters. It is tedious to enter a "deal", only to find it has excluded the item sought in the final order. The staff could be more accommodating but most are not, particularly the day manager who accused me of asking for "free" fries. Seriously? read more

So much for fast food. Nothing fast about this place. Planned to stop for a quick breakfast before heading on the road. First they have no coke. Yes you heard me correctly McDonald's that place that coke had the largest contract with has no coke. Then I pay and the new girl taking the money was learning how to do the transaction. I have no complaints about that. New people have to be taught and you have to be patient when they are being taught. So it took an extra minute. if I could put no stars I would! they don't deserve one! I'm a dasher, and have reached out asking to speak to the district manager MULTIPLE times about this location, even have case numbers, no calls or emails back. went in to pick up an order, said it was to be ready at 8:56, at 9:03 a group of gentleman come in and place the order they receive their food before I get any acknowledgment of me standing there. I had already been there 10 minutes waiting for my food. There was a female manager who is trying to get the cooks to make the orders and trying to speed out the DoorDash orders since there was seven and none of them were done, the cooks replied to the manager. Fuck you will get it when we get it. She tried to ask again for them to please stop talking and get to work, and they again replied to her. Fuck you will get it when we get it. That manager qbjjhqathrew me I'll Call mu I'll manager propped up against the pie warmer, talking to said cooks and completely disregarding her comanager, and not providing any support. As a matter of fact, she was telling the staff you don't have to listen to her. I've been in restaurant management, my whole life, you don't treat your comanagers like that. When I called the store to try to get a number to contact the higher up the manager propped up against the pie case answer the phone, she told me that I should be assured that the cooks are doing their job, and that's how they talk to each other. They talk to each other that way all the time. I told her no you don't you don't say fuck you to your managers nice try. This store is a joke I have put in numerous tickets requested enormous numerous callbacks is the same thing if I manager sitting on a laptop, not doing anything and the staff not being able to handle the orders, they tell us Doordash has to go to the third window, but they don't answer the bell. Then they tell us to go to a different window that has no power tonight I was told that I needed to come to the second window. They don't know what they're doing there no one is ever on the same page. This is the worst. The staff is oblivious, the floor is so slippery with grease that I have to use caution with every step. Dirty, dirty and might I add dirty. A staff member was laying down on the bench where customers would sit. Poorly managed was obvious. Awful. I don't know about the day crew but the night ? Jesus it's the worst. A bunch of young kids and mentally challenged adults and a poor overworked heavily pregnant woman running the whole shit show. The simplest of orders take forever. Walked inside order 2 mcchickens , that took 25 minutes. The floor is "wet" I'm not sure the substance but, I've slipped many times. The order kiosk never seems to have receipt paper, forcing you to repeat your order to the cashier which defeats the purpose of a order kiosk! The condiment station is a mess , ketchup everywhere . Young workers playing instead of working. It's just romper room fuckery ... 2 stars because the ladies room is always clean. read more

I have a secret love of McDonald's - no matter how sophisticated your pallet, there is no denying that the McDouble is a great value or that the fries have the potential to be great (if they aren't 12 hours old and unsalted)... plus your options are limited when it's 4:30am on a Monday morning and you can't sleep. Generally, I've found that I can indulge in this guilty pleasure quickly and easily 24 hours per day - With the exception of most McDonald's having the conveniently "broken ice cream machine" certain hours. This McDonald's is different though - I think the employees are robbing the owner. Every time I go here between 3:30-4:30am they tell me "the system is down" and it's "cash only" - they also can't ring it up at the speaker - you need to pull up to the window to order. Why is the McDonald's in deptford always able to accept credit cards during this time? Why can they provide a receipt? Their system is never "down". It's simple, the make up the number and pocket the cash. If you own or manage this McDonald's, I urge you to do a mystery dining sting at around 4am on a week day. If you address this issue I'm certain you'll see a surprising spike in sales and cliff like drop off in food waste! read more

At least the food is consistent. The staff is always inconsistent and doesn't listen. My order was simple: A SMALL FRY. Is that difficult? Apparently it is because when I got to the window, the person said "one medium fry?". No, "A SMALL FRY." When I pulled to get the fries, it felt like a secretive deal as the person opened the window, shoved my bag out, and shut the window. Nothing said, just a sly transfer at the window. For the most part, the service SUCKS! but it is the closest one to me and the one one Mt. Ephraim Avenue in Camden isn't much better. read more

The reason for my bad review is that my burger was pink. This has happened to me on multiple occasions at this location. The first time it happened I was eating inside of the restaurant so I took my burger up to the counter and showed the manager how pink my burger was. They made me a new one and it was fine. Fast forward a couple months...my dad brings me home a quarter pounder from McDonald's, I ate my way to the middle when I realized it was VERY pink. He had gotten himself a quarter pounder as well. He cut it in half to see if it was cooked. It was even more pink than mine. He ended up putting it in the microwave to cook it more. I refused to eat it. You would think a burger joint would know how to cook a burger properly. Shaking my head. If you eat a quarter pounder or double quarter pounder from this location, make sure it is cooked or you will be regretting it the next day while you're on the toilet. DO BETTER!!!! read more
