Absolute worst McDonald's in south Jersey. They will forget half your food and then argue with you and treat you like you have the learning disability. The management is a disgrace, hung up on me when I called about my food being wrong after waiting in the drive thru twice. No sauce, no napkins, all the sandwiches were wrong, forgot an order of frys which also had zero salt and was drenched in grease. (Old fries double fried) This location is terrible, eat anywhere else. If you want your money and your time wasted this is the establishment. -2 out of 10 they don't deserve minimum wage. I ordered inside, because they always mess up my order in drive thru. After waiting for a short while, a woman asked the crew where her order was. One of the employees in the back yelled, "Stfu bitch!" There were about 4 other people including myself who heard what he said. The woman remained calm and stated she will talk to a manager in the morning. Meanwhile, I finally get my order, gave a quick glance to make sure everything was in the bag and drove home. I looked at the bacon quarter pounder I ordered and thought, "You've got to be kidding me?" They just threw a split piece of old hamburger meat on bread on put it in the bag. I was so pissed that I went back and complained. After they replaced my sandwich, I was headed out the door and I could hear a young female yell, "Yes, get out!!!" Husband and I stopped in for a late night snack. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and never moving, we looked up their hours on the internet. McDonald's website stated that they were open 24 hours, both inside and drive-thru. We decided to park and walk in. Began ordering at the kiosk and the woman/employee behind the counter began speaking loudly to us (and a few others who were also ordering at a different kiosk). She said, "Inside's closed. How did you get in here?" We told her website said they're open 24 hours and that the door was open. She rudely said "goodbye" and repeated herself several times. Don't waste your time at this location - keep driving to the next McDonald's, where you'll be treated like a human. read more

Ordered via mobile app here, then was completely ignored outside while the restaurant was empty. After 15 minutes, had to drive around and go inside with my crying infant to ask about the food only to be given incredible attitude by the staff who attempted to serve me cold food with no apology for why I had been ignored. When they "remade" the food, the burgers were cold and the fries were literally half filled. Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I am visually handicapped. I asked one of the supervisors to help me order my lunch from the kiosk, and they refused, told me to give my order to the person behind the counter. I wanted help with the kiosk so I could see what I was ordering . when I got home my order was completely wrong. My experience at this place has always been good they need to keep maintaining the outside of the establishment due to Drug paraphernalia left on the outside. I came at a busy time of the day and it looks like they were short someone to keep up with the bathrooms and the refreshment stand. All everybody in there is busting their butts working really hard. This is the worst. The staff is oblivious, the floor is so slippery with grease that I have to use caution with every step. Dirty, dirty and might I add dirty. A staff member was laying down on the bench where customers would sit. Poorly managed was obvious. If this was my only time there I might forgive this poor example of a fast food establishment but...every time I have had the same experience. A bunch of young kids and mentally challenged adults and a poor overworked heavily pregnant woman running the whole shit show. The simplest of orders take forever. Walked inside order 2 mcchickens , that took 25 minutes. The floor is "wet" I'm not sure the substance but, I've slipped many times. The order kiosk never seems to have receipt paper, forcing you to repeat your order to the cashier which defeats the purpose of a order kiosk! The condiment station is a mess , ketchup everywhere . It is tedious to enter a "deal", only to find it has excluded the item sought in the final order. Allowing orders by mobile order only is obnoxious when presented on a menu with restaurant only items. I have a secret love of McDonald's - no matter how sophisticated your pallet, there is no denying that the McDouble is a great value or that the fries have the potential to be great (if they aren't 12 hours old and unsalted)... plus your options are limited when it's 4:30am on a Monday morning and you can't sleep. Generally, I've found that I can indulge in this guilty pleasure quickly and easily 24 hours per day - With the exception of most McDonald's having the conveniently "broken ice cream machine" certain hours. This McDonald's is different though - I think the employees are robbing the owner. Every time I go here between 3:30-4:30am they tell me "the system is down" and it's "cash only" - they also can't ring it up at the speaker - you need to pull up to the window to order. Why is the McDonald's in deptford always able to accept credit cards during this time? Why can they provide a receipt? Their system is never "down". It's simple, the make up the number and pocket the cash. If you own or manage this McDonald's, I urge you to do a mystery dining sting at around 4am on a week day. Apparently it is because when I got to the window, the person said "one medium fry?". No, "A SMALL FRY." The reason for my bad review is that my burger was pink. This has happened to me on multiple occasions at this location. The first time it happened I was eating inside of the restaurant so I took my burger up to the counter and showed the manager how pink my burger was. They made me a new one and it was fine. Fast forward a couple months...my dad brings me home a quarter pounder from McDonald's, I ate my way to the middle when I realized it was VERY pink. He had gotten himself a quarter pounder as well. He cut it in half to see if it was cooked. It was even more pink than mine. He ended up putting it in the microwave to cook it more. I refused to eat it. You would think a burger joint would know how to cook a burger properly. Shaking my head. Ordered two signature sandwiches and when we received them they had NOTHING on them. Just meat and bun. When I asked for them to be fixed I was told they no longer made the sandwiches... at all... but, why was I allowed to order it with ZERO warning I wouldn't get even one full sandwich? Gone to this McDonald's 3 times in the last month with my grandchildren. Each time they messed up my order. We went through the drive through each time. On our last trip which was October 1 we got home with our food and my grandsons Big Mac had NO meat on the sandwich!!! I would have given it five stars but it's McDonalds as far as fast food goes this is a good one. Staff was efficient and courteous and my order was well put together and fresh. What more could you want from a fast food chain? The old school look of the McD's adds to the experience as well. Kids seem to enjoy the retro atmosphere. read more
