Taco Bell always comes through when I need a quick tasty bite. Ordering ahead on the app and picking up through the drive thru is super easy. My food is always hot and just the way I ordered it. Fast friendly and never lets me down. read more

They got our order wrong. Wrongs sizes and missing items. They wait time took about 10 minutes for 3 tacos and a drink. Not good.

I honestly don't understand how someone can work in customer service and still treat customers like an inconvenience. I placed a small order and I waited, only to see two people who came after me place their orders and receive their food before I was even acknowledged. When I politely asked the staff member why my order hadn't been prepared yet, I was met with a cold, dismissive "wait"--no explanation, no apology, just a bad attitude. If you hate your job that much, maybe it's time to consider doing something else. People come for food, not to be disrespected. Really disappointing experience. Won't be coming back to this location anytime. read more

Second time I've been here and the drive up speaker apparently wasn't working, so they send these kids outside to take the orders... but they were so distracted complaining to each other about their equipment that they got my order wrong(again)... read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They are deaf and gave me the completely wrong order. I just got off a 3 hour flight and me and my siblings placed mobile orders. When we checked the orders, we noticed mine was as completely missing. We tried to go inside but it was locked. When we went back around and the stupid lady said we had to wait back in line which we had already waited 20 minutes before. Never come here. Drive the extra 5 minutes to the next town over. read more

Great customer service, they were super nice were very patient with us, and gave us to extra straws after I incidentally broke my straw. It was a pretty comforting interaction between me and the drive through employee read more

Well done with the grilled cheese tacos! Got em twice today, am and pm, solid on 4 separate tacos. No easy feat. Got forks in stock now too. Good stuff TB much improved. read more

Terrible!!!!!!! The tacos barely had any filling. The spicy potato taco had no sauces. I ordered supreme and did not get that. Do not go here. This Taco Bell is the worst. read more

It would have been an ok experience, but the mgr (I believe her name is Tasha) is always rude to customers, and really rude to her employees. I talked to some of the employees outside when I saw them bc I heard how she talked so harshly to them. That's her normal treatment towards them, and that's definitely a hostile work environment. They're afraid to speak up for fear of losing their jobs, bc the mgr who creates the hostile environment is friends with the location or regional mgr. That's not right, and I'll be contacting corporate in a few minutes. Every time I come to eat, the mgr is always outside of Pizza Hut smoking something. I'm so disappointed in this place bc it used to be nice. read more

They threatened to slit my throat when I called about my messed up order. I'm not sure why they can't figure out how many items are in an order read more

rude and uneducated argumentative staff, not to mention late on a mobile order that's proceed over 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I use the word uneducated specifically to describe the word choice and sentence phrasing chosen by the mid 30's male dayshift manager. Not to mention a grilled quesorito is supposed to have melted cheese inside.. not bits of cold cheese, I guess at the GED program they didn't cover proper way to grill food until ingredients are fully cooked. SMH.. read more

Anytime I order from this location online they say "it got bumped off"...Pretty sure this just means "we forgot" in fast-food lingo...Waited over an hour for sad, unloved tacos. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED TBELL! read more

Drive through was the rudest i'm very disrespectful he dropped my change all over the floor and didn't apologize for it then he close the window like I wasn't even there the food was nasty I'm very unsatisfied with us I will never recommend this Taco Bell to any of my friends or family we came here for a long time but will not ever come here again .. read more

The food is great. However, message to corporate regarding all the taco bells. Can they please look into having all their locations make the food in adavance if you order ahead on the app?? Since covid, every location doesnt start making the food til you get there, which defeats the purpose of ordering advance when you are pressed for time.. I prepay, they should be abke to make in advance.Usually my oders are big, so it takes awhile when i wait. I am hopefuly, taco bell corporation will consider this change to make it more efficient! (They used to make my orders in advance before covid) Thanks! read more

Let's face it, Taco Bell is one of the better fast food places out there. In fact, their Tex-Mex fare is actually better then many so-called authentic Mexican Restaurants in the area. For me there isn't anything better then TB's plain crunchy beef tacos. Always consistently delicious. Yo quiero Taco Bell!!! read more

Usually very happy with this location. Tonight we went for dinner, and the music was VERY loud playing hip-hop type music. It was difficult for my girlfriend and I to hold a conversation across the table. Any kind of music is tolerable, however it should just be background music. Will visit again, but only if we're albe to hold a conversation. read more

Customer service is really bad here... I'm visiting from out of state and it sucks that when I want to grab some food I have to deal with bad customer service and attitudes I won't be back here read more

people cant read the order, like 7 things wrong with it... no sauce, wrong meat, only thing right was the baja blast.

I am not a fast food guy but this place is awesome for breakfast. It is the only fast food place I ever stay to eat at. I stay because the staff is so pleasant that it is a real enjoyment to stay and much more enjoyable than the normal hit-n-run that I do everywhere else. read more

Note: I'm only leaving a review for a Taco Bell so anybody unfamiliar with the area (like I was) can have confidence knowing this location is def run above average. That said, excellent for a Taco Bell. Friendly staff, very clean inside, sauce packets fully stocked, and the food was good/made to its proper specs read more

Best service ever at a fast food place. Latonya was so friendly and pleasant to everyone. Make that woman a manager! All of the staff was great and the music kept you in a good mood. read more

Seriously the worst experience ever when to get two chicken chalupas no sour cream two steak burritos and nacho cheese what they gave me was a chicken chalupa with sour cream a beef taco and two beef to beef burritos I took it back and they read me my order and they messed it up again I took it back and they messed it up a third time they can't do anything outside of their assembly line either they're stupid or they just don't give a s*** I think people should be fired and when you hire them I think they should go over like a with a fine-tooth comb and figure out how smart they really are is there a idiot s read more

This taco bell is a good locations. The Tacos are fresh and the taste is delightful. If you love fire sauce, you will love this Taco Bell.

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered the highly PRAISED nacho box....well.....I needed SALSA to accomadate all of the chips....as the toppings...were barely there. And no sour cream...also...asked if i wanted sauce...i said YES MILD! Got none! The nacho box is a WASTE of money....i could have made BETTER for less....and the lazy crew couldn't even get my SIMPLE order right! Didn't even give NAPKINS!!!!!! read more

Here's a story of my struggles at the Mt. Ephraim Taco Bell. Highly disappointed, ordered a loaded potato loaded griller and to my surprise I come home and received 2 fiesta potatoes bowls. I drove all the way back out there and talk to the person at the drive through and told them they gave me the wrong order. The manage talked to us. He made us pay for the bowls and the 2nd order of grillers. Very disappointed. I find it absurd that they type the wrong order in and I have to pay double for it and for 2 trips to Taco Bell. read more

slow as crap always screwing up orders 1 time i waited 20-30 min it sucked never wanna go back to any taco bum read more

Food incorrect. Ordered no beans. Staff advised it didn't come with beans. Well a burrito supreme comes with beans and she didn't listen and didn't enter in our instructions. I don't even work at taco bell and i know that! That was the first problem. My Chipotle dare devil had a hair in it. I tried to call the store over 5 times and no one answered. I called the 800 feedback line and that was closed. So here I am on yelp making sure someone knows our awful experience. Taco bell is taco bell, so my expectations aren't high, but this was ridiculous. read more

Absolutely the worst place to go!! Has to have either the dumbest people ever working there or they just don't give two craps about their job. Every time I go here they f up my order. They put the order in and the people in the back can't follow directions. They never give you all the food u ordered and always put sour cream on everything when u say NO sour cream. Is that so hard? My husband had to go all the way back to try and get my order done correctly. I will never go here again. So frustrating read more

Its clean and the staff is great. The food is still the colon clearer you expect and they have plenty of sauces out for you to try. I could do without the homeless dude hanging out at the table next to me trying to engage me in conversation though. read more

It is always a pleasure going to this location. Latonya is the best. She i always greet you with a smile, and has pleasant things to say. Often slow at times, the food is always served fresh and hot. read more

Your standard Taco Bell fare. The facility itself is nice and clean, as it was just built. However the couple times I have been there if a staff member isn't making food they are cleaning which is a positive. The location is a drawback in my opinion though. When traffic is busy forget going left out of the lot. read more

Slow service, order incorrect, broken taco shells, cheese in quesadilla not melted, very disappointing..

I'm a regular customer here and they are always friendly and on point. Tonight they messed up my order and the inside was closed along with at least 15 cars in the drive thru, so I tried calling 3 times & no one answered. I understand it's busy... but aren't phones a priority? I'm disappointed. read more

The food is just like any other taco bell, but the customer services here is phenomenal. The staff is so pleasant every time I go here. They also put up with my weird vegan orders. read more

Today I chose to order ahead online(order #'s 902119, 902118, &902120) for my co workers & I so I could conveniently pick up our order on my lunch break. When I arrived at the store my order was not ready.. which was not that big of a deal. I was handed a bag for the first order that only contained 5 out of the 7 items ordered. When I asked the taco bell employee if she could just double check the order because there were only 5 items, out of 7 she replied very rudely "I can read". I asked her why she had to get an attitude when I was just trying to make sure my co-workers food was correct she said that I was wrong & though it said there were 7 items when we checked out online, that the orders do not total up that way & I was wrong. Finally, she checked the order & realized 2 items were in fact missing.. I was handed my remaining 2 orders about 8-10 minutes later only to find out that they forgot the drink that was ordered online. I asked if they could let me know which soda was ordered online because I did not place the order the employee sighed loudly & started talking loudly about me to her co worker. I just wanted to get out of there at this point. The errors were totally on their part yet were being so disrespectful to me.. I work 15 minutes away from this location, so double checking the order at the store was crucial as I would have not been able to drive back. The employees at this location really need to learn how to treat customers.. Customer service does not include talking offensively about the customer loudly so they can hear & being so blatantly rude for no reason. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. read more
