I am not a regular Wendy's customer, but I can still know when something's off. We had two cars in front of us who both got very small orders. It took us over 30 minutes to get THREE FROSTYS. We ordered and were charged for mediums, but we were served there smallest size. All in all, this was just a very negative experience, and I would highly advise going to one of the many other fast food options on the Black Horse Pike. read more

Waited in line for 45 minutes until we could do the bare minimum and order. Once we finally got the window we weren't even able to order, and they're only taking cash and wrote on the sign there's nothing they can do about it. The person at the window said "we will be right with you." 5 minutes go by and the guy apologizes and explained that the computer messed up an order and he'll be right with us another couple minutes go by with us then tells just to meet him at the window. He was cool once we got to the window. But once we ordered the STILL gets our order wrong by giving us 16 regular nuggets instead of 6 spicy and the rest regular. Dependable Wendy's quality with extra slow service on busy Route 168 connecting the NJ Turnpike to 295. Wendy's makes reliable, satisfying fast food burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads and more. Usually a better choice than other fast food options surrounding it. And this location is no exception. I was however surprised at how slow the counter service was considering it's location on the busy route 168 in Bellmawr, NJ. For quality and taste for a fast food joint, this establishment flirts with 4 stars, however its slow service anchors it at 3 stars. For lunch I had to try the new chicken Siracha sandwich! A new hot and spicy option! The creamy aioli sauce, jack cheese and even the bun are all infused with spicy hot siracha!!! Nice!! Also the new power Mediterranean chicken salad had to be tried! I liked it better than the usual chicken taco salad. It has chickpeas, white beans, quinoa, hummus, crumbled feta, vegetables with a light balsamic vinaigrette! If you like chicken salad you've got to try this one, very tasty! Even with the slow-moving counter service line, this place is recommended over the other fast food options on this short highway connecting the NJ turnpike to route 295. read more

Back again same story we're shortstaffed doors are locked but we're still gonna make door dash and Uber eats and GrubHub driver sit in line to get their food. It's unbelievable how much disorganization sucks at this point. So now Wendy's is off my list I won't ever eat at Wendy's again and I will make sure I talk everybody I know into the same thing. I know I've said this many times before but apparently no one's listening, if you're short staffed and you can't even keep up with your drive-through when your doors are locked then don't do mobile orders. Don't do mobile orders if you can't open your doors you can't do mobile orders so why try because then we have to cancel every time we come to your horrible place and we already have food with us for someone else. Oh and how nice my very next job is going back to the same Wendy's. I am a fan of this Wendy's! The breakfast food is prepared as ordered and very tasty. The staff could be friendlier but they aren't bad.

I never really know how to rate fast food joints. At the end of the day its still fast food. The food at this Wendy's is on par with what I'd expect. Usually hot and fresh. The reason for the 4 stars is that I received exceptional customer service. One of the items I ordered was delayed and I ended up having to wait. The manager came to the counter and explained that there would be a delay with one of my items and offered me a free frosty. I was touched by this gesture as I expected they would just say "sorry for the wait" and move on. They even waited for my delayed item to be ready before packaging my fries, thus my fries were fresh and hot. This is my go to Wendy's location. read more

I haven't had Wendy's in a few years and wanted their infamous strawberry lemonade! This Wendy's was clean and their customer service is amazing. Not only did we wait the "6 minutes" for my grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and onion NO TOMATOES NO CHEESE NO MAYO, Which I was told didn't even come with cheese.. Probably one of the most disgusting things I have ever witnessed in a fast food place. We walked into the place smelling like vomit. When we look to our right an employee is sticking her finger down her throat, puking into a garbage right next to the lone. The manager then puts the same trash back into its holder !!!
