I also heard about their 3 chicken sandwiches for $10, so because I can't resist a good deal, my family and I got the chance to try it out today. We came at 8 pm on Thursday, and it was practically empty with only one family inside. The interior is bright and clean! We got 3 orders of the 3 for $10 as well as 1 order of their fries. We waited around 5 mins before our orders were finished. Also, service was normal and straightforward, so nothing to write home about. My family and I had mixed reviews on the chicken sandwiches. My brothers and I thought it was good while my parents thought it was just okay. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and had a good salt level. As a comparison, I thought Wallace's sandwich was tastier than Chick-fil-A but didn't compare to Popeye's (which I contend is the best fast food chicken sandwich). For the fries, they were very yummy! I love battered fries, and they did them so well. Crispy and nicely salted that I didn't even need ketchup! I will say, we drove almost 30 mins to get here, so I honestly wouldn't find myself driving that far again to eat here. While I thought it was good, it was nothing special. I do recommend just giving this place a try since it's the "KFC" of China!

It's not an extremely long time, but you expect to be greeted and noticed when you're standing right in front of the register. My order then took about twenty minutes. I'm not upset about the wait itself, but it seemed to be because there was only one person handling everything--taking orders, cooking, and cleaning. She was clearly overwhelmed. The most frustrating part was that my order ended up being wrong. I genuinely believe it happened because the same person was trying to juggle in‑person customers and phone orders all at once. Unfortunately, the overall experience took the joy out of what should've been a simple hot‑wings craving. The food was good, but I don't think I'll be back. I want to be very clear that I do not blame the poor girl who was handling all of the request and all of the work. This is on the manager/owner for not having a restaurant appropriately staffed.

Note that I'm extremely picky about Hainan Chicken Rice, and am still in search for the closest to the Singaporean one & best in the SGV. So honestly, I was skeptical. The Rice flavor actually tasted pretty good, and had the right taste & texture, so that's a plus! Chicken was moist & tender, which is great...but it lacked the fragrant taste in my opinion. But it wasn't bad! The ginger & chili was quite tasty, just missing the dark soy sauce at the table. Overall, I could do this again if I'm in the area. I enjoyed the stir fried bok choy, and they had a tasty spicy cucumber salad. The combo also came with peanuts. There was only 1 person serving but she was efficient & fast, and friendly. It's definitely a small space, but it was clean & cozy! I understand they are known also for the potato noodles so I might try that in the future!

The poached Hainan chicken was juicy, tender, and silky, while the chicken rice was fragrant and flavorful on its own. The sauces really brought everything together, especially the ginger sauce and chili. The surprise favorite, though, was the fried chicken. It was incredibly crispy on the outside while staying juicy inside. Dipping it into the sweet sauce with a little of the chili sauce was the perfect combination, sweet, tangy. I found myself reaching for the fried chicken more than the poached version.
