Then my daughter got to her final bite of food and there was a long piece of hair under the meat in her Banh Mi nachos. We informed them, they offered to give a meal to go but we are 2 hours from home. They could have given us a gift certificate for next time, apologized, or honestly nothing. The server suggested refunding us for the meal. She went back to the back with the plate and came back to say "no one here has hair like that so they can't refund the meal but they will give a discount". Now we have a problem! She pulled the hair out of the meat itself not on top of the nachos so it was cooked in. Are you Implying that our daughter/we were lying about hair in her food?
