5 star deliciousness. So this afternoon I had some time and I did a taco for taco comparison between to taco trucks a few blocks away from another. One carne asada, and one pastor taco from each. Took pictures and went taco to taco. Both tacos from Silva's were well seasoned and just tasted so much better than the one down the road. Served up with grilled onions and a half jalapeño, some radish slices and a piece of lemon. Service was great even though I only ordered $4.00 worth of food...sweet. Super clean truck sitting on the corner next to a bar/beer joint., convenient. I'd bring my family here for sure and looking at their menu, I will. Last words...I'll be around. read more

Food hits the spot every time rathe it's breakfast lunch or dinner it's all yummy! Tried the Chilequiles Burrito for breakfast today and it was killer! Best taco truck in the area, including surrounding cities. Meat is always cooked to perfection and always has great flavor!! Prices are great, too!! (Except for birria.. same price you'll pay anywhere else..$15+ for 3 tacos). They also have California burritos and nacho fries on the menu, but they had run out of fries the last time we ordered from em. Would've given 5 starts but the shrimp they use are baby shrimps and they hardly put any in there. I'd suggest just chopping chunks of bigger shrimp to put in the burrito rather than baby shrimps if they're trying to save money.. that's the only thing I dislike about this truck. read more

So freaking good and open late the weekends. Great to go pick up and grub ur munchies away as they're across the street from mr green-thumb. They offer most meats and have an option to order ur tortillas hand made... for an up charge. Super worth it, although the regular tortillas are also good. This is a nice little find parked right next to a little bar. I ordered 2 Asada quesatacos with a side of consume. Other toppings were also provided (salsa, lemon, radish, etc). It would have been nice to have a little more meat/cheese in them. That's the only reason for 4 instead of 5 Stars. I'm on a quesatacos kick right now, but will be trying other items at a later date. Service was quick and the ladies there are super nice! I've gone here 3 times prior to writing this. I've had the torta, super burrito, taco, and birria tacos. Everything was super good! Pretty terrible honestly. The meat was LOW quality (asada was gristle and fat mostly), the flavor was average at best, they used refried beans in their burritos, and worst of all, the burrito supreme had lettuce on it. In addition, the pricing is pretty high for a low standard product. We had Asada and Pastor and disappointed is an understatement. Del Taco is a better investment than this truck or do your self a favor and drive to Turlock and go to the SILVAS taco truck.
