Where do I begin? From the lady answering the phone. Who who spoke broken English, she barely could take my order. I asked to talk to a manager, she said he wasn't available.. she took down my phone number and said manager would call me back. Never received such call. The customer service is lacking. The delivery driver? Couldn't find our address in broad daylight. We had to go out to the driveway to flag him down. Now for the pizza. That was the worst tasting pizza I ever had. I love this place. A friend brought over a pizza from here and my wife and I have been getting our pizza from there ever since! The price is awesome and the employees are always friendly. The one time I had a minor problem the guy working fixed it immediately and compensated us over what I thought the issue was worth. Overall, they are pretty cool, the pizza is excellent and there's nothing better than finding a local spot to support. read more

well over a year ago we had their pizza a few times and it was good, but overpriced. We got pizza tonight. Went carefully over the menu and had the order repeated back and every things was repeated exactly as the order I made. I was happy until I got the pizza with one order completely wrong with hardly any toppings, the second pizza with hardly any toppings, and all three pizzas over cooked and dried out with blackened crust and Still Over Priced. This place used to be one of the best places to get pizza, are used to be great service pretty decent food and a great price... Obviously that's not the case anymore. Placed several calls and several online orders with them in a matter of 20 minutes each time the order was canceled and when I called I was put on hold or hung up on... Obviously they do not want my business... That's fine I will go somewhere else... Luigis has better pizza anyway. read more

Good pizza for a good price. They usually have a special for a large 1 topping for $8.99 and we always get a cheese pizza there. The only reason reason Chicago pizza gets 3 stars is because it's good and cheap but the customer service isn't very good. Often times the person working cashier is rude and doesn't care. Don't bother complaining because about it to the manager/store owner (it's a family business so often the same people work daily) because they don't care. This is the Original Chicago Pizza in our our area, instead of the new With a Twist. The quality of ingredients and customer service is great here, the owners are really nice and extremely friendly. The Indian Specialty pizzas are amazing, and each are unique in its flavors. My personal favorite has to be the Indian Garlic Chicken pizza, so creamy and fresh. read more

Very, very happy with Chicago Pizza! My family of five and my sister and brother in law and their six children all went in together. So we were nine children and four adults. The employees were friendly and gave us the remote to the TV to put whatever we wanted on of the children. They also cut the pizzas into 16 smaller pieces which was nice for smaller hands. We loved the pizza. It wasn't too greasy, which is nice. It tasted great and the special for five large, one topping pizzas for $44 (I think) was a great deal. The chicken pizza with BBQ sauce was especially good. We're planning to go back to try the deep dish pizza since we liked the regular pizza so much. The All Meat Combination pizza was great. Their service was fast and friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable.

The pizza is not over priced and tastes pretty good, however the service sucks. We were charged a $1 fee for using our credit card when they don't have a minimum card fee written anywhere close to the register. I don't care to pay $1 fee for using my card, but it was the attitude of the lady helping us. We had also asked her for onions on the side because not everyone eating the pizza wanted onions on the pizza, she said they don't do that. First impression, small hole in the wall don't expect much. But I was proven wrong. The pizza I had ( the 2 topping large pizza deal with pepperoni and bacon ) was amazing. Even when ordering I was thinking ugh bacon bits really? NO. They had real bacon cut up in small pieces. The cheese was amazing. The crust was great.
