I interviewed 2 other teams and am so glad I went with Realty Design. They were the most competitive, I had peace of mind from working with them previously, and most importantly the other teams thought we needed to bring in an external designer or architect to map out the (simple) desired layout, but that was covered in a couple of conversations with Realty Design during our process. Inferior workmanship -- Hires unskilled workers, job not complete to code. Delays - many delays -- some delays understandable, but he grossly lacks the inability to be manage his subcontractors in a way that is set up for efficiency --which is is what you hire a general contractor for!! Poor Communication -- Nonresponsive for days at end, inability to communicate well Incomplete project -- To date scope of project is incomplete.
