There is however an issue with the radiator ( I'm not the only unit experiencing this) which makes all radiators make a terribly loud clunking sound every couple hours. I have never experienced such a horrible property management company. The maintenance crew does…read moretheir best but they're drowning in requests because property management doesn't manage the properties. The first week I moved in sewage backed up into my shower because of a clogged sump pump. The back of the toilet cracked in half for no apparent reason. The heater broke mid winter and it took a week to replace. The washing machine flooded because the drain pipe froze, that took a week to have addressed. Dishwasher flooded because I don't even know some connection problem that they still won't fix. Most recently an apartment showing was scheduled without my knowledge while I was away, came home to find I was locked out, cost $200 for a locksmith and they are fighting with me to reimburse. Every interaction has been met with condescension at best but more often than not complete dismissal.
