Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chicago Auto Pros in Glenview! Being obsessive about detail as I am, I'm beyond satisfied with every aspect of service they provided! It began with ordering a 2021 Mercedes GLE 450 and waiting for 3 months for it to come in. During the wait, I did my research about paint protection films and ceramic coatings. Found a local affiliate of Chicago Auto Pros in West Memphis, AR who connected me with AJ in Glenview. Between Scott in West Memphis and AJ in Glenview, they walked me through each step along the way answering every question completely and in detail. Had the new GLE transported from Memphis to Glenview via private transport where the team at Chicago Auto Pros worked and did their magic for 2 weeks. They completely wrapped the GLE in PPF, did a complete ceramic coating, tinted all glass, added a protectant to the complete interior, and changed out some trim on the front end. Every day, I got a video update from Ron there at Glenview showing and explaining where things were in the process! Where else is that going to happen?? Finally went up to inspect and WOW! The GLE is AMAZING!! The entire team at Chicago Auto Pros Glenview is AMAZING!! Those guys know exactly what they're doing, they love what they do and it shows in the workmanship and in the way they discuss things with you! These guys are the real deal, and they run this business like everyone should run a business - transparent, straight forward, and open communication all the way. Thanks to AJ, Ron, and the ENTIRE team! You guys are awesome! If you want excellent quality work Chicago Auto Pros is hands down the place to get it done! read more

Exceptional customer service and even better work on my car! I bought a new Audi S5 Sportback and knew I wanted to put on paint protection film, apply a ceramic coating and tint the windows. After way too much research and several phone calls to different shops, I chose Chicago Auto Pros in Glenview. It has been 2 months since the work was completed and I am so pleased with the results! From my first contact with Chicago Auto Pros it seemed that they placed more importance to educate me on the products and options to protect my car rather than just getting me to buy something. Greg and Caleb both were very responsive and helpful while I was deciding what work and which products I would use. The choices were made, the work was done and I am so pleased with the perfection of the work. I'm equally impressed with the follow-up from Chicago Auto Pros. They have checked in with me each week to answer any questions I might have and to make sure that I'm as satisfied today as the day I picked up the car from their shop. My S5 Sportback looks so much better today than it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I'm so happy that I chose Chicago Auto Pros to care for my car! read more

I have a 2019 Jeep Renegade that is only 7 months old. Less than a month ago my car had sustained significant overspray damage. Justin Carlock was amazing. He met me initially to view my car and give me an estimate. He could see how frustrated I was and Justin was so patient and empathetic. He sincerely cared in helping me restore my vehicle to its original state. Though my car is going to require the plastic trim, back lights, wheels, etc...to be replaced, the work that Chicago Auto Pros in Lombard performed relative to the paint, glass and lights was awesome. They cared for my car as if it was their own. They have a fan and customer for life!!! My car has a long way to go before she's my baby again, but if the second phase to restore my car goes as smoothly as the first phase went with Justin, I will be very lucky. Thank you again Justin and Chicago Auto Pros in Lombard!!!! read more

When I called to setup an appointment to have a filthy 15 passenger work van completely detailed inside and out, Greg was incredibly helpful on the phone and gave me a packaged deal. When I dropped off the vehicle, all the guys at the shop were welcoming, to include the shop dog. Greg did a walk through while taking notes and explained everything they were going to do. The van was ready to pick up when they said it would be and I'm amazed at how thorough and detailed of a job they did....it looks better than it ever has. These guys are top notch and the real deal. Excellent customer service and a fantastic end result. Great guys too. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. For reference though, even though it's a bit of a drive from the city, it's well worth it. I researched for weeks about window tinting, coating, protection, etc. and found that Chicago Auto Pro Details was a place that offered all of this. The work they do is phenomenal, you won't regret it. Aside from that, if you need a loaner car, as long as they have on available, they can let you borrow theirs, no extra charge, they just ask you refill it to wherever it was when you got it. Overall, I highly recommend them and I've kept in contact with them ever since, to get more work done. read more

Very very professional. They have almost like a dealership type setup. I dropped off my car for a full paint correction, came back without a single mark. I have experience with detailing, I used a special flashlight that Identifies interceptions. I used it to look at the whole car, the only thing I found was a hairline scratch on the rear quarter panel, but it was so small I was able to get it out myself with a microfiber towel and some polish. Other than that, would recommend if you want your car to GUENUINLY look new. read more

Installed ceramic tints on all windows and now keeps my interior nice and cool. Also got a hand car wash and made my car look brand new again. They wash it as it was their own with care no matter what car you have. They offer other services too that any car enthusiast would like to do to their car. I would highly recommend to anyone with their professional services no matter what distance, i traveled 45min from the city and didn't regret it. Thank you guys @ Chicago Auto Pros read more

I had previously used the Glen Ellyn location for some services, but this one was closer to get a set of wheels ceramic coated. Even though this was a relatively small job, they still treated me like someone spending thousands for the higher-end services. It's a no-BS operation and they're very upfront with things. I'll gladly return here (or the Glen Ellyn one) anytime! read more

First class all the way!!! Had my recently purchased 97 Town Car Cartier in for the Signature Interior cleaning. All I can say is WOW what a difference. They clean every nook and cranny and the carpet, doors, seats, dash, headliner, vents ... you name it. Also had them do the odor bomb to get rid of the smoke smell and it is like new. Will definitely be coming back. read more
