The process beginning to end in getting my Tesla M3 windows tinted was very positive. After submitting a request for a quote I received a phone call the next morning that was more of a consultation than a sales call. After finally taking delivery of my car, I immediately scheduled an appointment to tint the side, back and windshield of my new car. I am extremely happy with how the windows turned out. I did however have a slight issue at pickup. I was informed that the cameras stopped working. Having the car for only three days, I was very concerned and had several questions. The team at Chicago Auto Pros were very responsive to all my questions and assured me it happens from time to time and it should be an easy fix. It did end up being and easy fix and was taken care of at an already scheduled mobile appointment. I would definitely recommend Chicago Auto Pros as they are professional, responsive and the windows look great! read more

This place deserves every single 5 star review. I'm typically very skeptical of any business that has all 5 star reviews but this place has earned my business. Everyone working there is very professional, and cleaned my extremely dirty car. read more

Chicago Auto Pros - Auto Detailing Near Me - Glenview, Illinois

Simply the finest detail shop in the area. The installation they did for me was flawless in every way. If you want and expect the perfection this is the shop you want working on your baby. I am pretty meticulous and do a lot of paint correcting as my own hobby time permitting. I feel no shame in letting them do that work. Everyone who has seen my ride always compliment the paint, wheels, and the quality of the paint protection film install. read more

Wanted to get my window tints done, was given a 8am appointment so I can wait for my car. I drive over an hour to get here right at 8am just to be lied to. I put a deposit down for a reason, I expect you as a professional business to hold up your end and provide your service promptly as you said you would. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional read more

These guys are amazing. Brought in a new 4runner for full front xpel PPF and Menzerna sealant. The results far exceeded my expectations. The level of skill and attention to detail demonstrated in their PPF work is insane...every little corner and detail was perfectly wrapped. They custom cut all their pieces which allows for wrapping around edges of panels. That adds a significant amount of effort and complexity to the job but it's the right way to do it. Ron and AJ were outstanding to work with, answered all my questions, squeezed in a last-minute sealant application and got everything done ahead of schedule. What more could you ask for? I'll never take my truck to another detailer. read more

Brought my car there with all kinds of nasty remnants of food from my kids and an extremely large amount of dog fur. Picked my car up like it was brand new. Worth every penny! read more

Outstanding service / workmanship and customer service - first time customer but definitely will return - thank you

They made me love my car again. For Father's Day my wife got me a gift certificate and I was able to get my car tinted, detailed inside and out and the badges removed. The car looks incredible! The staff is so friendly that I was made to feel like I have been coming there for years even though it was my first experience with them. read more

These guys are beasts! They applied a ceramic coating to my vet and tinted the windows. Came out great! I've never seen windows tinted so well. You can't even see a gap at the top of the glass when the window is cracked open. Then this week I brought the wife's Mazda in for a interior exterior detail. After dirty camping trips with our drooling dog slobbering everywhere, we got the detail done and it looks like a new car again. read more

My review is so long overdue but I knew from my first experience here they highly deserve this 5 STAR REVIEW. I walked into Chicago Auto Pros through a LAST MINUTE referral from a friend and wow was I pleased with the level of customer service & turn around time. I was stuck in a really annoying situation and desperately needed a reliable company to help me out. I walked in and some gentleman named Greg (I later learned was the owner) really eased my anxiety about the scratches I accidentally got on my BOYFRIENDS car (by the way this was the first time I had driven the vehicle alone and we had just started dating). Yikes was I freaking out! Greg came outside with me to look at the damage and he was SO HONEST right away. He quickly got one of his guys on the job and they did their best to get the deep scratches out. It looked way better than I ever imagined after they worked on the car. I hope to never be in this situation again BUT these things are inevitable and sometimes life just happens. Now you know where to go!!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONALISM read more

My Pearl White 2018 Toyota RAV4 got the exterior detailing yesterday, Saturday August 10th. This was my first visit. The RAV4 was in good condition when I arrived, which is why I was blown away when I came back to pick it up. I really didn't know you could get white to glisten like that! What Chicago Auto Pros did really brought out the pearl in the white paint. Amazing. They must have taken a toothbrush to clean and polish the wheels like they did. Beautiful. The tires also got the treatment. I noticed too that they took out a minor scratch on the rear hatch that I had not even pointed out. Wow. I was greeted promptly and courteously when I arrived for my 8 a.m. appointment. Plenty of other people (and HIGH end vehicles) were there too. That told me that they have a good business of repeats and referrals, because this place is in an industrial area, not visible to drive-bys. The entire staff that I dealt with was top-drawer, and a special shout-out goes to Greg Natonson, who showed me around my RAV4 and answered all my b.s. questions. He was very engaging with all my prattling, the mark of someone who is great with customers. I will definitely return to Chicago Auto Pros with both of our cars - even though both will probably be the lowliest vehicles in their shop! read more

Top notch. Had my car Modesta coated - kept me informed throughout the process and took care of an issue post completion. Will be back for detailing on other cars and have nothing but good things to say about Ron, AJ, and the team. Thanks for making the car pop even more! read more

Another great experience with this shop. Took a little longer to schedule because of COVID, but I am glad they are busy. These guys are not cheap but if you want the absolute best job for your treasured vehicle, come here. They fully detailed the inside and outside of my car, and I have to say it looks better than new. read more

Did CAP go under new ownership a couple years ago? Since then I'm not pleased. First their customer service goes down hill, then prices go up, then they remodel the office area. Currently, they are not performing the best job for the price you pay, in my past few experiences here. Time to find another place. read more

My experience with Chicago auto pro has been excellent. I got updates on my car and AJ was professional my experience was great.

I have been meaning to try this place and finally got to it. Super nice, clean facility. Friendly staff and everyone is a car enthusiast. One of the owners even worked on getting my NSX back to clean form. The car has never been cleaner and I found the staff to be very careful when doing the work. I was extremely happy with the service and the way they do business. I found them to treat all the customers with respect and were totally looking to take care of everyone who comes to them. read more

By far the best auto detailers I have ever used. Very friendly and very professional. Jason, Greg, and the rest of the staff are perfectionist when it comes to doing the job right. I've taken all of my cars there and have referred friends and family there. read more

These guys took two full days to buff out my existing issues, fix my failed touchups, then applied an Opti Coat seal to the entire car, windows, and tire rims. The car just sparkles and dirt wipes off so much easier than before. This is the protection all Tesla's need due to the softness of the manufactures paint - this helps to avoid tiny dings and it makes cleaning and maintenance much more manageable. These guys were pros. Thank you. read more

I'm anal retentive. I admit it! I've so far had two exterior washes done here, and I've never been happier with a car wash, never. I used to own my own detailing business, and it amazes me how poorly most hand car washes are done. These guys care, and are actually trying to do it right! How refreshing. It's not cheap, but that's not what I'm looking for! If any thing changes, I'll update my review, but so far, 5 stars. I cannot comment on the detailing or other services, as I still do that stuff myself! read more

Wow! Amazing experience. Came in to have lamin-x installed on my 2016 M3 and I could not be any more pleased with their work. I'm extremely picky on the way cuts are made and I understand that it's not easy to have such clean cuts but they guys over here blew my mind. Not only is their work great but the waiting room in one of the best I've seen. Xbox is there for the customers, snacks, and water. Great service, great establishment and I will definitely be back. read more

Chicago Auto Pros - Precise cuts and no bubbles! - Auto Detailing Near Me - Glenview, Illinois

I took my car into Chicago Auto Pros for warranty service on Llumar window tint from 12 years prior, which had started bubbling recently. Once confirming it was covered thru Llumar's warranty, I got the window tint replaced. Their team was extremely friendly. They took the time to measure the transmission % through my other window tints and gave me options to either choose a slightly darker one (for more heat block), or choose one that would visually match it. Further, they took more time to show me how they actually apply the adhesive film onto windows without air bubbles; it's something I was struggling with for a completely different work project. Their techniques and suggestions gave me some great ideas to try at work! If I ever needed any type of car detailing, I would not hesitate returning to their location. read more

Greg and team are true professionals! I bought my brand new Model S to them for XPEL, Opticoat insides and outside, and they did a perfect, perfect car. Excellent detail work on our Infinity. Our Great Pyrenees sheds like it is her job, and this car looks better than it did when it rolled out of the showroom. There was a miscommunication when the reservation was made and there wasn't a courtesy car available when I got there. Instead of rescheduling, the staff made arrangements to drop me at my house and pick me up when the car was done...in personal vehicles. Awesome customer service. I'll be back. read more

I'm very happy with my clean minivan :) :) The team at Chicago Auto Pros got me in the same week I contacted them, they finished on time, and I am thrilled to have a clean vehicle - seats, dash, console, exterior all look brand new. After arriving back in the northern suburbs of Chicago, my car looked pretty sad after a long road trip and several rain storms. So I explored local hand wash shops on Yelp, and found this place. Wow! I wish they were located in Michigan! Wonderful, friendly knowledgeable staff, beautiful shop...just a great place. They treated my car like they owned it and were prepping it for a concours. If you are looking for for a quick hand wash mini detail job or a full blown finish restoration, the enthusiasts that run this shop will put a smile on your face. read more

I wasn't going to bother writing a review. They have plenty of 5 star reviews already. My car was disgusting. It was never detailed and mostly exterior washes only since purchased 3.5 years ago. I paid for a complete interior detail that includes an exterior wash. Every employee from the first phone call through pick up was perfect. Professional, smiling, polite, informative. I've been shopping for a new car and wanted this one to look good for trade-in. I was shocked when I picked up my car. I'm picky and can always find something to complain about. The exterior was spotless. Even the wheels. Interior honestly looks like a new car. An amazingly thorough job on a ridiculously hot day. The only negative- it started raining on my drive home. So sad to see. Wish they had some sort of control over the weather. These pros may have saved me a bunch of cash. I think I may keep my car. Looks too good ! Thank you!!! read more

Great experience! They did a great job installing paint protection film on my F-150. I dropped it off in the morning, they spent the whole day cleaning the truck, polishing it to a near perfect sheen before applying the film. It's only been a month since the install but Im sure its going to protect my baby and look great for years to come! If you find a lower price somewhere else, its because they won't spend nearly as much time prepping the surface of the paint before applying the film. Great job guys! read more
