Best Oatmeal Raisin Cookie I've ever had

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We come here at least twice a week just for the oatmeal cookie, and it never disappoints. It is the perfect texture, soft and gooey in the center with a crisp, slightly crunchy outside. The flavor is just as good, with that ideal balance of salty and sweet that keeps you coming back for another bite. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Love love love this place! The crookie (croissant cookie) is a 10/10 and I've gone back for it time and time again! Also have never had a bad cookie from them! Always soft and gooey and often fresh out of the oven! Also love their story, college lid that started as a food truck and is absolutely crushing the dessert scene in AZ!

This place was solid! A small bakery, located inside a small shopping mall. I believe they also cater and have a trailer available to rent for events. The people working were helpful and nice. Chewks keeps it simple with only 6 cookie flavors to choose from, and they also offer the viral croissant cookie. I tried the croissant cookie treat and was really surprised at how well it worked. I enjoyed it and would definitely order it again. I also tried the chocolate chip cookie which was soft and chocolatey. So yummy. I can't wait to visit this place again.

Adorable little cookie shop! I love this plaza and after having lunch at Lydia's I needed a sweet treat! The girl working was SOO sweet I wish I remembered her name (I don't know why I thought it was Ellie) but she has glasses and is so kind! The cookies are so soft and chewy and my favorite was the pumpkin flavor! The Perfect little treat

A croissant and a cookie? Sign me up. I've been twice now and so far I've liked everything I tried. The cookies are chewy and tasty. The crookie definitely takes the star - I reheat it in the air fryer and it's perfect. I also think the price point is reasonable. Service was good. I'll be back.

An easy 5/5. Chewks cookies are at the Fredrick. It is a tiny, quaint, mom n pop cookie shop serving the most delicious cookies. They are the perfect size. I tried the snickerdoodle and peanut butter and m n m cookie. I didn't try the crookie (yet) but that looks delicious as well. The lady behind the counter was benevolent and helpful. Will absolutely support and come back.

The first thing I'll say is the area it's in is super cute perfect for a little date night stroll. The smell of fresh cookies hits you as soon as you walk in. I also loved that they had some small cookies to sample by the cashier, such a nice touch! The space itself is tiny with no indoor seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot, which makes sense for what they do. They had some fun flavors on the menu like peanut M&M, red velvet, chocolate chip pumpkin spice, and their famous crookie (a croissant + cookie combo). The only thing that threw me off was that when we ordered four cookies, they were given to us cold. We had planned to enjoy them right away but ended up going home to heat them up. Maybe that's just how they serve them, but for a cookie shop that's mainly to-go, it felt a little odd. As for taste, the flavors were good overall. The cookies were a bit too gooey in the middle for my personal liking, but the crookie was amazing and definitely worth coming back for.

Cookies are delicious, I tried the peanut butter m&ms and choc chip. The service is so great, very friendly. Super cute inside.

Great customer service, we got the croissant cookies (crookies), and from the mini chocolate chip cookie samples alone, I know this is going to be amazing. Crispy edges, chewy inside, salt on top. Will be back!

Snickerdoodle, Lemon, Chocolate Chip, & Crookie

Such a cute little cookie shop with an amazing selection! The staff was so friendly and even had fresh chocolate chip cookie samples ready to try. I ended up getting a snickerdoodle, lemon, chocolate chip, and a crookie -- all of them were deliciously soft and perfectly balanced, not too sweet. The crookie was especially impressive -- it had a great balance of sweet and salty and was the perfect blend of a cookie and a croissant. I can't wait to go back for more!

This was my first time at Chewks after a friend recommended it, and I am so glad I went! I picked up two of each flavor to try, and every single one was incredible. The cookies are soft, rich, and truly melt in your mouth--Crumbl doesn't even compare. The customer service was fantastic from the start. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The actual store itself was simple, modern, and very clean. I also tried a Crookie, and it was absolutely to die for--easily one of the best desserts I've ever had. If you're looking for the best cookies in town, I cannot recommend Chewks enough. Between the quality of the treats and the great service, it's a spot I'll definitely be returning to again and again!

Couldn't wait and already cut into the chocolate chip cookie croissant the moment I got home.

First of all, the SMELLS. Walking in it smells like heaven. This is a little shop found amongst the Fred off of Missouri. It's a bit pricey, but the quality is legit and the product is fresh. The cookie croissant was unbelievably tasty. The lady working was so kind and friendly. I'll be back for my next cookie fix!

Came for some Mahalo ice and found it had moved, and was replaced by Chewks cookies. Our girls were so disappointed, but after seeing gluten free cookies on the menu, they soon forgot about being sad. They use Nestlé Toll House chocolate chips in their chocolate chips cookies. They are thick, soft, chewy, melt in your mouth yummy. We really enjoyed them. They have a following. Many were coming by for boxes off cookies. If you're in the area, stop by for a cookie.

Way better than Crumble, locally owned and in a super cute shopping complex. Highly recommend.

Copper State Kitchen performed outstanding in bringing the Chef to our home for our 40th…read moreAnniversary. My wife and I love to cook and have prepared some outstanding meals at home over our 40 years together. We have extensively traveled and lived throughout the world and as such developed pallets for superb cuisine from all over. As we grew older we gleaned the best of what we enjoy and developed them into our own cooking skills. My wife being Korean born refined her cooking skills in the eastern cuisine like Korean, Japanese, Thailand, and others while I have refined my skills with French and Italian. Prescott is a beautiful place to live but its culinary basis is built on sawdust. We usually cook for ourselves if we want a top notch meal. Now the past several years I have been confined to a wheelchair and transport is very limited. We used to spend winters in Hawaii where we could get great quality meals and seafood whether we prepared them or went out. So our 40th! I wanted to do something special for my wife since I have not been living up to my end of our culinary relationship being confined to a wheelchair. Thus I started seeking out a Chef that would come to our home with his staff and prepare a custom made meal for us. I selected Chef Thomas and Copper State Kitchen. I started by a rather lengthy discussion via phone and followed up with sending Chef Thomas some of our favorite recipes, sufficient for him to develop a five-course meal for us. Chef Thomas is very professional and easy to work with. We refined the meal over the next two days we agreed on the following proposed menu; I supplied the wines. Amuse-Bouche * Fig Jam, Blue Cheese, Red Wine Poached Pear & Arugula Crostini Starter * Prime Rib Poke with sesame crunch and microgreens and pipkuala aioli (based on my deconstruction of the infamous Tiki Bar in Waikiki dish) Pasta Course * Lobster Tagliatelle in a Champagne Cream Sauce Main Course * Beef Wellington with foie gras and red wine demi-glace Dessert * Crème Brûlée (torched table-side) Wine Pairings * Santa Margarita Prosecco DOCG * Domaine Salmon Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc * Tenuta de Sesta Brunello di Montalcino 1996 * Chateau Rieussec 1st Grand Cru Classe 1863 Sauternes 2004 Every course was perfect and very enjoyable. And they cleaned the kitchen meeting my wife's expectations. I highly recommend Copper State Kitchen for your personal culinary experience to celebrate your special occasions.

Honestly, my favorite burger I've ever had. You can really taste the quality of each ingredient,…read moretheir Wagyu patty is actually so worth the 30 minute line. I did get the spicy viva burger to try as well, and didn't like it as much. It lacked depth of flavor and kinda just tasted spicy. Still a solid burger of course, but I would go back to the classic ones next time. During lent, they had their fish sandwich, which was INSANE. The best one we have ever had. The fish was crispy on the outside, flakey and buttery on the inside. The tartar sauce was perfectly tart and balanced the whole thing. I AM PRAYINGG it comes back for times other than lent. Ruined every other fish sandwich for me. We tried their fries both times we went, and honestly not a fan. They're beef tallow fries so they're supposedly "better" but they were pretty hard and oily, and have the meat taste from the beef tallow that I don't like, I would skip these. People start lining up before the truck opens so I suggest getting there 20 minutes early for quick service, otherwise you'll be looking at an hourish wait. But trust me, it's worth it

My friends and I arrived about 20 minutes before the truck opened, and there were already a few people standing in line. The line moved pretty quickly, and the total time from ordering and receiving our food was only about 15 minutes. At this time, the line wrapped around the truck. The food came out hot and fresh. Filet-o-fish is one of my favorites of all time, and the filet de fish did not disappoint at all! The first bite had us levitating and seeing stars. The tartare sauce that the fried fish was smothered in was delicious and creamy, and the fish fillet itself was tender and flaky. The toasted and soft Japanese bun was the cherry on top. Simple and comforting and nostalgic, but elevated in the best way. We also tried their popular Viva Mexico, but we felt like it lacked in flavor and only tasted spicy, if that makes sense. Beef tallow fries were okay and not anything special. Great portions, however, it was still pretty expensive for a food truck burger. I'm glad I got to try this place out and will be back if the filet de fish hits the menu again, and would try their Signature next time.
