OMG!! The slowest pumps EVER! We actually changed pumps thinking we were at a bad slow pump, but the other one was the same. Everyone is sitting in their cars waiting. Then we find out this is a known problem. When you have multiple cars gassing up it slows down to a crawl!! And they charge a lot. Not worth it!! read more

One of the closest gas stations before heading back to SJC airport to drop off the rental car. After I topped off the rental car I went inside to buy some lottery tickets hoping this is the lucky convenience store LOL. The cashier tried to sell me a preprinted PowerBall $20 ticket but I declined. Hopefully I didn't miss my opportunity to become a multi millionaire. read more

This car wash is the biggest rip off I've ever used. I use Chevron Car Washes because they offer touch less option. I paid $15 and the wash was over in 2 minutes. Don't even knock dust off. Didn't even get the wheels wet. This place is a disgrace to the Chevron brand and they are stealing people's money. Never get your car washed at this Chevron. This station will never get another dime of my money for fuel, snacks, or car wash. read more

I frequent this place often since it is close to work. Everyone who works here is nice and helpful. What I like is that their bathrooms are actually clean when I've used them AND they have my energy drinks (Bang) on sale quite often. They also have quite a selection of flavors for their Bangs. I've also used their carwash and their vacuums on occasion and both have worked well. This place is within walking distance of Avaya, restaurants, a Starbucks, a gym and others. A one stop shop kind of shopping center. read more

Do you have a problem with a car that is TOO shiny? Do you dream about a car wash that leaves your car a dull, slightly dirty look? That nice, worn in look, so that Pam in accounting thinks you had a great weekend driving through mud puddles. Have you had it with car washes that leave your car looking brand new? Are you also flush with time and want to wait for 40min in exhaust? This is the place for you. I've tried every single type of wash here. They are all bad. Flat out bad. What's worse is that the attendants upsell you so that you don't go with the cheapest one because it doesn't have drying- the drying is terrible. I've never left with my car remotely dry. Biggest waste of $$. Do yourself a favor, keep your car dirty. You'll be in the same place you would have been had you gotten a wash here, just $15 richer. read more

I just paid $16 bucks for the ultimate car wash and no joke it looks almost as dirty as it was before I went through it. I wasn't expecting perfection, however, at the very least the windows get clean. It's like there was not enough water to do anything. Super disappointing Chevron $113 for gas and an ultimate car wash! NEVER again at this location. read more

I have always seen a line outside of this car wash every time I went to the shopping complex and my thoughts were "Oh this place is always packed. Car wash must be good, that's why there is a line..." WRONG! Little did I know that it's only one car at a time. I spent over an hour waiting and you can't back out once you're in line so you're STUCK just waiting and waiting. I should've read the reviews on here before going. Again, my mistake. The day I went it was a really hot day so I was stuck in park for a while with the A/C blasting. Maybe that's their business strategy? Wait in long line, use a bunch of gas running the A/C while waiting and then need to refill. For those wanting to get a car wash, time is money and this is just not worth it. HIGH TECH CAR WASH? yeah right. deceptive advertising. For the amount of time I spent waiting in line for this "high tech car wash" I could've washed the car myself. I was so frustrated with the car wash experience and only wanted to give one star, but adding an additional star because the gas prices are more reasonable here than others I've been to. "Reasonable" meaning still expensive because it's the Bay Area but cheaper than some of the neighboring gas stations. AVOID the car wash at all costs! If you see a line, it doesn't mean it's good! It just means other people got duped too with seeing it always packed. I'm sure everyone that has used this car wash ultimately regrets it. read more

As others said, CARWASH is a joke. I paid $10 and didn't have time to read the fine print -- it doesn't dry your car. This is a shame to chevron brand. The workers are a shame to chevron brand. He rudely said , you have to pay more $$ to dry the car. I have yet to see a carwash in the world without drying at $10 just to pour water and soap on you !!!! Have no shame !? read more

The worker Narender was on his phone when I came in to get a car wash. I used the restroom and there 2 restrooms and only 1 is ever available. Seems they reserve the other one for staff. The one I used had no toilet paper and no hand soap and when I told the worker he said ok and went back to looking at his phone screen. When I walked out he was still looking at his phone screen and wasn't even trying to restock the bathroom with supplies.. seems all he wanted to do is be looking at his phone screen at whatever it was he was doing on it instead of helping out or restocking health stuff in the restroom read more

Staff is always great about answering the phone and turning on the air pressure machine. Always have great customer service and it's a nice gas station, it's always clean. Only downfall is the car wash, it's not as intuitive and there's always a long line. read more

FALSE ADVERTISING X 2 See an OK price on the big signs by Coleman. Price at pump is higher than advertised by the roadside. What am I gonna do, I parked and opened the gas cap already -- I pumped, but never again. Go to car wash, has four levels of washes. Second best, #3, is Deluxe wash. #2, one step lower, is Super wash. I pay for #3. Display says Deluxe wash. My receipt shows amount for Deluxe wash. Automated voice says "You have purchased a Super wash". And that is all I got. How can you tell? #3 Deluxe would have had tricolor foam, while #2 Super does not. read more

Paid $16 for the ultimate wash and there was essentially no soap. It felt like a rinse if anything. My car still has dust and dirt. I've uploaded a photo which shows the amount of soap that came out. I've been to lots of car washes and have never seen anything like it. I'm not sure if they were out by the time it was my turn. But by based on prior reviews, it seems it was another recurrence. read more

I love going to this Chevron. It's brand new and the pumps are clean. If gas stations were cool, this one would rank at the top. The design of the awning is great and everything just looks so new. The paper towels are always stocked (I use them to hold the gas pump. I'm not a germ freak but the handle on gas pumps have been shown to have a ton of germs/junk). Bonus: it's next door to In n Out Burger! read more

They are scammers. They don't give you a receipt unless you ask for it because they double charge you for items. I asked for a receipt and pointed out their mistake and then went to purchase two more drinks. He then charged me again for an item I already paid for. Definitely not going back. Clearly scamming. read more

Not all Chevrons are the same. Not everyone is loyal to Chevron either. I am. Or we are. So when this location finally opened I was super stoked. Then I realized that this station also has a better price than the other chevrons around me. Consistently beats the Chevon on Berryessa by almost 5 cents on any given day. About 3 cents more less than the Chevron on Hedding and Bascom. This location is also a personal favorite for the guilty pleasures around it. In n Out, Starbucks ( is a must for most. A treat for me), Chipotle, MOD Pizza, Which Wich and The Quakes Stadium! I like walking to either Lowes or Staples after I hit one of the surrounding inner fatty favorites. Clean and well maintained pumps. Ample space to get in and out of lane. Great location since it's close to the 101, 87, 280 and the airport. read more

Tried to get a car wash, spent 30 minutes in line only to have the machine break down in the middle of the wash. The managers solution was give me a code to get another wash. 19 minutes dealing with that. Another 40 minutes in line and I got to finally rinse my car of soap from the last wash. Who wants to spend over an hour and a half for an automated car wash??? Terrible service and my car is only sort of clean. Will likely not be going to a chevron again, for gas to wash services. Also doubt their customer service team will even bother with replying to this review. Good thing there's PLENTY of gas stations in the area! read more

This review pertains to the car wash (gas is fine): I saw a bunch of banners up advertising their new "high tech" car wash. It took forever waiting for the 3 cars ahead to finish. Cost me $9.99 for the deluxe and after all the water dried my car was left with water spots all over. Their "spot free" rinse didn't quit live up to the name. I go there with my service dog and my service dog let's me know when my sugar is low or high. When I was there my service dog was crying a lot because my sugar was extremely low. I was waiting for my pizza. I guess another customer stormed claiming how uncomfortable he was. The cashier said it was my fault that he lost the sale and made the customer feel uncomfortable and left. He blamed me because my service dog was crying. The reason she was crying was because my sugar was low. Then today I went to go add money to my cash app. The guy said there system was down and it would be down for 2 months. But then someone behind was able to add money I absolutely hate this 711 all the guys there treat me awful. They discriminate against me because I am white, female and because I have service dog. I only go here because it's close to me but every time I have to give myself a pep talk because they give me awful anxiety

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Owner manager and sons are RUDE!!! Do not support these assholes!!! Too bad because its in a convenient location but never going there again. Im standing in line and they (all 3 of them owner and sons) are standing there ridiculing this woman for not knowing how to use the carwash saying sexist remarks insinuating she is incompitent because she is a woman and then telling here to take her glasses off so she can read next time. Its clearly not her fault the carwash is crap just look at all the other reviews talking about the carwash not working properly! Was too sterotypical that these 3 arabs were talking down to a woman with sexist remarks. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I am so disappointed with the car wash I got here. My car looked exactly the same as it did when it went in the wash after it came out. I had hand clean most of the dirt off my car after the darn wash. If you guys don't want more angry people like me you should: 1. Do regular maintenance 2. Get it fixed if its broke 3. Don't argue with your customers if you can see that they are in the right Would be happy to see this place working properly so hopefully they'll follow my advice. Otherwise the gas isn't the priciest. They have a decent selection of snacks too. This place has potential, just fix that car wash! read more

Great Chevron location with plenty of space. Pretty much has what you'd expect of a gas station. Including a great car wash! The only downside, you may be waiting quite a while as it's very popular. You can expect about a 7-10min per car wait, depending on what level of service they select. The car wash does a pretty good job for an automated car wash. There's also plenty of restaurants nearby too. Maybe grab a snack and wait in line if you're in desperate need of that car wash. read more

I dont know why this chevron doesnt have the utmost great reviews accepting the fact that its a gas station. I think that we take gas stations for granted as what would you do if you couldnt get gas? This location has good service and is speedy. You also get a cash discount and on top of the Safeway discount its a good deal. Go here if you are near the airport. read more

I'm fairly certain they don't charge extra for credit cards. They do here. I'm not sure if businesses are encouraging cash payments because of high credit card fees or as a way to be creative with their earnings. Interestingly enough for diesel you don't pay any extra for using a credit card. I'm really not sure what this is all about. Maybe at seven dollars a gallon for diesel they figure you are getting soaked enough. Not the brightest gas station. I remember very yellow type lighting. I suppose that helps for not attracting moths - I have the same lights in my entry hall and mud room and porch lights. A stone turtle is hiding in the bushes. Its bigger than life and I suppose it gives the gas station some character. Its not the attraction of a sinclair dinosaur but at least its something.

I was approached by 3people in the parking lot, homeless guys. I thought I was going to get jumped…read more I paid 40 bucks for gas but I was afraid I was going to get robbed so I forgot to pump my gas before I left to get a car wash. When I realized I had left without my gas like 5 minutes the guy at the desk would not do it. They ripped me off. They should not have shady people everywhere. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. People have been killed there. I will never go back. Don't get gas there. Terrible neighborhood

Them I don't know if the guy is the manager or the owner but he's a complete joke and doesn't care…read moreone bit about customer service or customers. The guy I'm talking about is an overweight Indian man. I don't know if he's the manager of the owner, but the other employees kept asking him how to do procedural things that he kept giving them really bad answers. His solution to the problem was just to make customers wait and stand there and watch everybody suffer.
