This is my favorite car wash within a 25 mile radius of Beaumont. I have been getting my SUV washed there since they opened the wash rack. The drive through machine wash does a great job but the best thing about this car wash is the way they clean the inside and dry and detail the outside. I have been coming to this car wash for the past 6 years ever since I moved to Beaumont. Over the past year or so I've tried to come and get my car washed and it has never been the same. They decided to grow the business and make improvements on guessing but ever since the remodel the quality of the was has totally gone down while the prices have gone up. I used to pay $13 for a really good wash now I pay at least $16 for a very mediocre wash. I understand that they are busy and not enough room to be able to take the necessary time on the cars but then maybe they should reevaluate how many cars they put through the wash. I have no problem paying for a quality wash just sucks when you pay and then go home and have to clean your windows, tires or dash again. read more

Unfortunate enough to get a detailed this morning that obviously did not want to work today. Let the outside of car dry in the sun and water spot. Did a VERY half ass job on inside and even worse on the Windows leaving smears and streets. Tried to explain to him that it's really frustrating paying for a car wash and leaving with a half ass job I could have done myself at home for no cost. This jerkoff had a Mohawk hair cut to ID him. This is the best place for a car wash! $15 and they clean inside and out. My wife and I always take our Tacoma and Jeep to get washed and we're always happy with the results! Last weekend, my wife left her jeep under a tree for 3 days and came back to a disaster! Tree sap covered the whole Jeep Grand Cherokee and hardened. It was bad! I thought for sure that this was going to cost a few hundred dollars to fix or a whole day of scrubbing to do myself. Took it to Oak Valley Chevron and they cleaned it off completely for $40. Looks brand new! I highly recommend this place! read more

I have been coming to this car wash for many many years now, the guys usually do a great job. But the reason I am taking my time to review this place today is because I will not be going back again. It is going down hill. Yesterday, I was left stuck in the car wash tunnel meanwhile the tall guy with the plugs (Medry I believe)wouldn't move his car forward so I couldn't get out of the car wash. I was getting frustrated when I saw the lady that has been there for years telling him to move. Then while i was still stuck in there and my car was drying they started going back and forth cussing at each other. I don't think it's professional nor do I think it's necessary for me to be watching workers disrespect the manager. Makes you wonder who is managing this place. My Husband and I decided to take our vehicles to be washed this past Sunday. Our experiences were completely opposite. We both paid for the Platinum wash but receive different levels of service. I was in a hurry and didn't check the car until I got home, Which was a mistake. My car was not completely vacuumed, nor was the inside wiped down well and there were lots of water spots. I thought maybe the waterspouts were from before the wash, but once I took a microfiber cloth to the car they came off. That tells me the guy just did a bad job. The other thing I noticed was I was missing a car mat! Now you can't just buy one, I have to buy a new set. I did notice the guy who was working on my car was on his phone most of the time and when his buddy got there, he closed up my car and rushed over to chat / work on his buddy's truck. I called on Sunday, but never receive a call back. Its sad, cause my husbands car looked great and he had not washed his car in months, but my car which was detailed recently, look vastly different. Extremely disappointing. I hope the manager can reach out and remedy the situation. read more

Gas is pretty expensive compared to other gas stations. But I like their customer service. The cashiers are very friendly and sociable. The inside is always clean, fully stocked with the newest items. They have a full service car wash, I'm not a fan because its the type that pulls on your tire as it pulls your vehicle thru which can be bad for your alignment. read more

We have been taking our cars here since we moved here 2 years ago and have ALWAYS gotten the best service ever! The guys here are very friendly, hard workers and do a fantastic job on our cars. I am very picky with the inside of my car and they vacuum and clean the inside just as good as I would do. We won't take our cars any where else! read more

This is the worst gas station to get gas. Gas prices are always at least $.50 more then any other station. Total rip off and I live close but will drive further to get gas. Don't condone they rip off practices. Today the regular gas price is $4.49 a gallon. read more

The gas prices may be a little on the pricier side but the true gem at this location is their car wash. If you know the area, there aren't many car washes to choose from. The Splash car wash on Highland Springs is trash (check out my review on them). The Chevron car wash was excellent. The guys were very fast and did a great job on the wheels. Terrible! I went to the car wash got into my car and didn't see the back of my car until I got home they didn't vacuume, or wipe anything down in the back seats of my car. So disappointed I usually go here and they do a good job. I didn't feel the need to check to see if they did everything. Make sure you check before you leave! After paying $20 plus, I'm disappointed I have to return home and clean areas that were not attended to. I spoke with three different individuals regarding some oil spots from an unknown source, still had to return home and clean them! Today I was yelled at, I feel there was a language barrier, I did not communicate well with the gentleman whom did not speak much English? Again, had to come home and wipe away droplets from the environment that were not washed off there. I observe other vehicles like trucks and large SUVs being very closely taken care of and I wonder where am I going wrong? read more

They overcharge on all their fuel on average 30 cents a gallon. I only buy gas here if I have to.

We were so excited about this station going in years ago. Same gas we use and close to home. Unfortunately, they run 10,20 and sometime 30+ cents more a gallon than Surrounding stations especially when you go to Calimesa or Redlands. We are a family of 5 drivers that pack in a lot of miles and sad to say we end up getting our gas from other cities in order to save money. You'd think they would want to look out for their neighborhood residents, but I guess not. I waited a long time to write this but when I went to Redlands this morning and saw a 50 cent difference in premium gas, I had to post. I wish they'd reconsider their pricing. I much rather give locally, but this is crazy. read more

IF YOU PAY TO GET YOUR CARPET MATS WASHED, BE SURE TO HAVE A FAN TO DRY THEM WITH AT HOME! I drive 30 minutes to take my car to get washed at the Oak Valley Chevron car wash in Beaumont because the quality of the work done there normally surpasses the work done at nearby car washes. However, today I had a very disappointing experience when I paid $26 (before tip) to also have my carpet mats washed, and were returned to me in a plastic bag to be dried at home. I was given the bag only after I complained with the manager, Eunice, who initially recommended I simply put the water soaked mats back on the car and place a sheet of paper on top of them (she must have thought I was worried about getting my shoes wet instead of causing water damage to my vehicle). When I asked Eunice the rhetorical question, "would you want to place soaked mats back in your car and risk water damage?" her reply was "we can't do anything else." My recommendation to her was, "how about letting customers know that they will be leaving with drenched mats if they choose to have them washed before they pay for the service, or simply not offer the mat wash if you know you have no means of drying them?" She again stated there was nothing she could do. While I still believe that the guys and girls who actually wash the vehicles generally do a very good job; I highly encourage consumers to avoid getting their carpet mats washed (an extra $3 per mat). And if the car wash owner is smart enough to read these reviews, I recommend revisiting the customer service policies as well. When I take my clothes to the dry cleaners, I expect them to be returned clean AND dry. When I take my car for a wash, I expect the same. Victoria V. read more

Worst customer service. I went in on a Saturday around noon for a detail car wash. They told me that they couldn't do it because they were too busy. Mind you this place is open until 5pm. They told me to come back tomorrow at 7:30am so that way they can detail the vehicle before it gets busy. I came back on Sunday at 7:30am same guy that I spoke with yesterday. He tells me that he can't do the detail because it will be really busy and that if I really needed it done then I would need to leave the vehicle with them until 5pm. Or come back during the week at 7:30am. (Does this guy think that my life is centered around his schedule?)I said no I work during the week I can not do that. Great gas station and friendly employees inside, but the car wash is the reason i gave it 3 stars and no more, they are always crowded and if you just want a wash you can't drive threw because for one you have to get out of your car and go inside to pay and then your car is usually stuck behind some car that is getting detailed, they need to keep one lane open for people who want to just get an easy wash read more

I just got my RV washed and waxed at the Chevron in Beaumont CA. My RV is a 2008 Monaco LaPalma XL. She looks new! They did a fantastic job! On top of the RV looking spectactular they did the roof, crome exhaust, crome wheels, tires and even the rock guard. Their prices are better than competitive.
