The good thing about this gas station is that it's convenient, relaxed and near the 10 freeway and Beaumont hub of shops. I went inside to explore a bit and it was clean. The guy at the register was pleasant. However, there was this older white lady who was VERY rude to a group of young homeless people. They weren't even causing trouble and she was giving them mean looks and supervising them. I don't like when people judge others like she did. The gas station served fried chicken and a few food items. It's more of a snack stop but they have a good selection of treats. I only came for water and gas, I didn't request any other services or buy food.

Second of all, the fool clerk, did something to the pump that we had to go inside four times to get her to reset it. Never had that problem at any gas station anywhere! Then the kid, probably the assistant manager, said we were doing something wrong. Finally they came out again and admitted there's something technically wrong with the pump 13, and we needed to move to another pump. So we did. They also did not have any sauces for their sandwiches other than the little packaged ones and their mustard and ketchup bottles looked disgusting and were empty. This is NOTHING like the Chevron and Unocal on Oak Valley where they are friendly and efficient! IT'S THE PITS! Also, we didn't see any flexfuel/ethanol. One more thing they don't supply any boxes for your food like the other gas stations do. And there were no medium lids for cups. So you're left carrying food and drink out with your hands along with your keys your wallet etc. That's total boloney! Obviously, this place is poorly run. It's pretending to be professional. NOT!. As a luxury car owner, I am so grateful that I found this place as their prices are reasonable and they go beyond their means just to satisfy their customers. They are certified to work on foreign cars, my roadside assistance approves of them, & since I have Triple AAA, I also get a discount! They close their shop at 12pm on Saturdays, but here they are still working on my car, regardless of the fact that it's already 2:22pm. They didn't have to do that. I could have waited till Monday (they're closed on Sundays). To top it off, Fred also let me get my car towed and parked at his shop during their after-hours since the service station is 24/7; I just signed some paperwork and left my key with the cashier.
