Employees need to take Profesional education when it comes to customer service. Seems like he should be in loss prevention as he made a big fuss for my wife coming in to get a few single servings of coffee creamer. He comes out and takes down license plate number and threatens to call his boss and authorities. I go inside to buy coffee to massage his internal emotional status and he wants to passively aggressively alter me to the point he wants to clock out and fight. I am in no way going to loose my family and lifestyle for a looser like him. Called corporate made a proper incident report and filed a complaint. Was humble enough to help a homeless person outside with gas went to the cash register and asked for them to put 20 on their pump only to drive away and find out that they filled their entire tank up when I called to speak to manager. She was very rude and unhelpful and hung up When we called back to speak to her to ask who do we call for credit card fraud she asked for my phone number and asked if she could review the cameras and call us back before we call the bank account and report it for fraud. She called us back and denied the amount that was said I will open up frauds investigation now. Feels like a scheme to me if anyone else experiences this please report it read more

Went to this gas station and the employees were not polite. All the personal including manager are very unrespectfull . Went to put gas but needed some cash and had a 100 dlls bill. They said that didn't have change. And recommend me to go to the Arco across the street!!‼ read more

An employee by the name of Anna lied about not being able to receive cash back and referred me to the ATM that charged me a fee, then gave me attitude and was disrespectful when I was trying to get change from the $20 I pulled out. All Anna could say was I don't have that much change and If you want to wait around 10 minutes, she might be able to help. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

Clean and nice. The only circle k around for a while. I stop here because the car wash is the nicest one around. Shell gas is decent. The only downside to this gas station and many around here is the creepers that come out of nowhere. Just be aware of your surroundings. But this shell is a nice gas station near the freeway and the highway. read more

Stopped to get gas and use the restroom before a long drive home, got told the lady couldn't stop cleaning so that customers can use the bathroom? She had barely started as well...horrible customer service. All employees seemed lost and didn't know what was going on. Definitely never coming back. read more

This is a really clean and overall decent gas station. The staff are very friendly, which I have found a rarity among other gas stations I've been to recently. Any size drink from the fountain station is only .89 cents, such a super duper deal. read more

$1 vacuum... Across the street from AmPm where the vacuum is $1.25... U also have to buy something at the Am to get change to use their vacuum. So, cheaper here at the shell. Hope this is helpful. read more

I usually get my gas here since it's on my way home from work, it is not cheap, always runs $0.20-$0.30 higher than the other stations in town, but I come here for the convenience/lazy factor. Last night 4 pumps were not working, what the heck? It's a small station as it is, and with 4 pumps not working, it sucked ass. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all its 20 cents more expensive than the station across the street but I went here because normally I like the shell car wash and you get a discount when you buy one. I bought the $10 car wash which is one up from the basic in the hopes it would clean it more. Wrong. I got home and it looks like nothing even happened! I wasn't expecting it to clean everything but it's dusty as if it never even got wet. So annoying! I Called them and complained and they told me I parked wrong?? I don't want a credit for another wash because obviously it doesn't work! Don't go here. read more

I usually always come here to vacuum out my car because they have a very nice vacuum set up with lots of room. Well I came one day to vacuum and put my money in and the vacuum didn't turn on. It wasn't the vacuum that made me mad, it was the manager who worked inside the store when I went in. I told the guy working the register that the vacuum was not working and he asked me "well you put money in it right?" I said uhh yeah!! He told me to hold on so he could get the manager and she would be able to help me out. When she came out she didn't give me the time of day to even say anything to her. All she said was "well the vacuums not my problem, you can call the number on it outside" I asked if they would reimburse my money and she just said no and walked back to her office. Very very ride!
