We went here so many times to have my car washed, most of the time they're do a good job, not today, we're waiting for the machine wash for almost half hour, no one come out says anything what happens and why's waiting so long... finally we saw a service guy walking we ask, he says because they're busy on the front. We keeping waiting until ask again, he gave us a attitude says dude chill out , we're busy on another side. We says no we're leaving, he told us drive though the machine and leave, we seen no one in the front which they says they're busy, that's a liars. We came inside want to talk to their manager, the lady who's their manager back them up not even a apology, she says she's been go to Starbucks for waiting for 30 minutes to order her drink, she's the worst manager for handle customer situation for sure. All of theirs employees have no respect and yell at us liked they didn't do anything wrong. From now on we not going there to have our car washed, they're lost our business and I wish everyone read this reviews and decide to not give them business. Good luck. read more

Went by today to get my usual $8.99 drive thru car wash, and lo and behold, all the pricing had changed and there were NO signs for drive thru only car washing. So here you are trapped in the middle of the line only to find out that they have jacked up the price to a mind boggling $12.99!! Do they think this is Beverly Hills? Simply outrageous....They have lost my business for good, as the NEW drive thru car wash next to Sonic is only $6 and they provide free vacuum service as well. Worst car wash ever!!! Don't worry about them doing the windows, vacuuming out the car, or even doing more than wipe off a few wet spots! The car wash itself only takes about 5 minutes and you're better off going to one where you sit in the car and run it through. I tried this place and was told that they don't vacuum unless you pay extra. They did such a bad job on it that I had to take it the same day to a "real" car was and have it done again. Don't even waste your time going here. As for the gas prices, be prepared to pay at least 10 cents or more a gallon. This is definitely not the place to stop for anything unless you're desperate!!! It takes a lot for me to give someone five stars. That being said, I'd like to say that today's visit to Oak Valley Chevron car wash was a great visit. I had stated my concerns about a previous car wash and the gentleman assured me that things like what happened previously are uncommon. I have 3 huskies, so to say that my Tahoe gets quite messy with fur is an understatement. Today I have zero complaint. My Tahoe looks great. Frankly, I was very surprised! Had my SUV washed yesterday and was extremely happy with the result. I bought the Supreme wash and every detail was done thoroughly. Lots of guys working on the cars together and all were very busy. Also gave a 10% senior discount. Happy to tip them $5... Might not be good if you are in a hurry for the cheaper express washes as cars stack up in exit to be detailed so you would have to wait for cars ahead of you to be completed. read more

The price for hand wash is too much. Other places are 25, these people want 35. Last week I paid 30. They do the same thing with motorcycle, one week is one price, next week is another. I complain and the manager acts like they are the best in the business... very rude and condescending. I will not be coming back to this place since they do so well that they do not seen to need my business. To top it off, I've been here 1 hour 15 min and they are still not done. I brought my kia sorento here this past friday. My car was a HOT MESS. With three boys that sit in the back and something i use daily for work, i never have time to keep it up. It was a bit embarrassing how bad i let it get. But not only did they do a great job they gave me a discount as well! Mind you i didnt pay to have it detailed or even a deep clean so i wasnt expecting it to be perfect. But they did a great job and even put it through the wash twice because they were not happy with how clean it was the 1st time! Do not go if you don't have time to wait. With that being said ..... it is worth the wait. First time there today and I waited maybe a little over an hour to get the works wash. Everyone there looked like they were working really hard and paying attention to detail, not just trying to rush every car like other places I've been. The prices are reasonable so I tipped well because I've paid more for less of a job. They have a loyalty card which is a huge plus to me. What a horrible experience. I got a wax and hand wash on my brand new car here. The wax machine they used placed several scratches around my car. Iam devastated. To make it worse I was treated horrible by the manager Oscar. I was told they will not take any responsibility for anything because I can't prove it. I'm currently in the insurance process but so far the owner has not returned my phone calls. I'm waiting on the out come and I will update my review after I hear back. Hit or miss. Sometimes a good job, others.....not. Went today. Not particularly busy. Not short handed. Not a 100 degree day. Late morning. $20 'Supreme' wash. Got my car home and found dirt still on my rims.....but ONLY on the passenger side. Dirty door handles, but ONLY on the passenger side. Interior barely wiped down. Half a$$ed vacuum job. Windows apparently wiped with dirty towel and streaked. Last time I was there two weeks ago, the guy that did my car did a GREAT job. This guy today was lazy. Shoulda taken time to look over my car today before I tipped him $7 and left. This guy won't be touching my car again. read more

I have been going to this car wash from day one. Let me tell you if you want a great guy to work on your vehicle ask for Tyler. This young man takes the time to do it right. He will take the time and make sure you are happy with it. I will keep coming back as long as they have Tyler working there. This is why I gave this a 5 star rating. These guys work hard and need a little respect from upper management. Keep it up Tyler, I am sure I am not the only one who thinks you are great. We took two of our Vehicles (Ford F-250 and an expedition) today to get a wash and we were so impressed with the quality of the car wash. We have had several mobile detailers come to our house that cost around $100 and have usually been disappointed. The oak valley chevron car was was by far way better than any of the people we have used in the past. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond with the detail they put into the wash. They provide an amazing wash (like a mini detail) with great customer service and for an affordable price. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work! You all are very much appreciated!! This is the worst Chevon EVER!!! I went inside for a coffee and wanted to add creamer with my coffee nothing came out. I told the young lady about the empty creamer. I waited while she helped customers. I could tell she was new. They had a rush. I waited and waited. I reminded her I was waiting. She grabbed a creamer bag. It weighed about 15 pounds. She placed it on the counter. When she removed the empty creamer bag the metal cylinder fell out of hands and landed squarely on my foot!!!! Oh major pain!!! No apology!!! I called corporate. I didn't want to deal with the manager. I paid for my coffee and was limping out of the store!!!! No other employees said anything or offered an apology. Disappointed with this car wash. Drove from Texas to California so I bought the Works car wash to clean it up. Awful job, and I paid $17.99!!! Spots inside my glass, mirror, and bugs all on the front still. My entire family takes about 3 cars here a couple times a month, but I don't know about that anymore. This is my favorite car wash within a 25 mile radius of Beaumont. I have been getting my SUV washed there since they opened the wash rack. The drive through machine wash does a great job but the best thing about this car wash is the way they clean the inside and dry and detail the outside. I have been coming to this car wash for the past 6 years ever since I moved to Beaumont. Over the past year or so I've tried to come and get my car washed and it has never been the same. They decided to grow the business and make improvements on guessing but ever since the remodel the quality of the was has totally gone down while the prices have gone up. I used to pay $13 for a really good wash now I pay at least $16 for a very mediocre wash. I understand that they are busy and not enough room to be able to take the necessary time on the cars but then maybe they should reevaluate how many cars they put through the wash. I have no problem paying for a quality wash just sucks when you pay and then go home and have to clean your windows, tires or dash again. read more
