UN happy was recommended to the car wash and there was trash still under the seats and they didn't vacuum good at all

Great car wash, interior and exterior detailing! This location was recommended by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. Although this was only my second time taking my car to this location, they've done a much better job at vacuuming and detailing the interior than other locations I've been to in a 20 mile radius. Just left there after getting my new car washed ! All I can say is NEVER EVER AGAIN! The guy that signed me up said, You must have the supreme package and stupidly I agreed. Worst car wash I ever had. Will need to take it somewhere else tomorrow to get ALL the areas they missed. 20.00 bucks down the drain. !!!! Read the reviews they are spot on. Wish I had before I went ! Go to highland springs car wash. Less money and a way better job!!!! If I could leave a negative star I would. The OWNER or MANAGER should start realistically looking at what's been happening at this carwash. Your carwash is going downhill in the last 6 months or so. Its getting worse, and you arent fixing it. It used to be a good wash....cars used to be done correctly. In the past 5 washes, 1 time was done well but the other four washes varied from OK to Poor. The last one a couple days ago was the final time I use this carwash. I pay for your top quality wash, and always tip really well. This last time the rear windows hadn't been touched. Front windshield still had bug marks on it. Carpets half-a$$ vacuumed. Wheels quickly wiped with dirt and brake dust still on them. Tire dressing on three of four wheels. Really?! This past Saturday I took my SUV there. The guy informed me that he didn't know how to work the back windows. I told him he has to put the key in the ignition, turn it on & hit the button to lower the windows. Pretty standard for automatic windows. My car has an upgraded feature where there are built in automatic window shades. When the window button is pushed, the shades will retract & when the button is pushed again, the window will follow. We walked off & were flagged down a few minutes later upon completion. I drove through the parking intending to go home, I hit the back window button to raise the window shades. The rear driver window started making a loud cranking sound as it stalled & struggled to go back up. It was clearly broken. I immediately turned around & brought the car to the lobby and asked for the manager. I explained to her that something obviously happened to my window shade. She then calls Carlos over & speaks to him in Spanish. He states that he never touched my window. Lie #1. I explain to the manager that he specifically told me he didn't know how to work the window shade and asked me how to do it. I suspect that he manually tried to lower it & broke the mechanics in the process & then played stupid. The manager then proceeds to tell me that she has a $65,000 camera system that she will review to see what happened. I looked her plain in the face and said "well of course you're going to tell me that you didn't see anything!" She said "I will review it & call you Monday morning". Lie #2. Monday morning comes and goes; no phone call. I then drive my car back to the car wash at which point I see Oscar the operations manager. He immediately approaches me stating that he reviewed the footage. So clearly this was something brought to his attention. I mentioned that his female manager was supposed to call me & he said she lost my number. Lie #3. He wanted me to show him what was wrong with it. I told him that wasn't a good idea because it was really broken & made awful noises. He asked again, so I showed him. The god-awful cranking sound it made was nerve-racking and I could see the panic on his face. He then grabbed the shade & tried to pull it upwards to put an end to the cranking. Once it was up, it stopped grinding. He then informs me that despite reviewing the footage, he didn't see Carlos damage the window... but he also didn't not see him damage it. He said the car wash works with an auto body place in town and that I should go see them. He estimated that my window repair would cost around $55. I explained to him that it wasn't minor damage. Clearly the mechanism and motor inside of the door panel was broken and that in order for it to be properly fixed it really needed to go back to the dealership for repair. We then walk back inside the lobby. I see the female manager at the office desk and I asked her how she lost my number. She points at it on her computer monitor where she had taped it at the top. I then look at Oscar and said "it's right there". He then starts back pedaling and said "oh, this is the first I've seen her all day". Lie #4. I asked him for his insurance info & he said he doesn't have it. He said there is a book keeper who handles that stuff & that she wouldn't be in until Tues. I showed up Tues & asked for Oscar. He comes in & says he still doesn't have the insurance info because the book keeper didn't show up on Tues but that she was supposed to be in around 11:30 yesterday (Wed). He said he would call me with it once he gets it. No phone call. And really, this is Lie #5 because anyone with common sense would have called the book keeper & asked for the info to provide the party asking for it. I contacted my insurance co. to inform them of the incident. I took it to the dealership in Riverside and was provided a repair quote: $1200. This morning I get a call from my ins. agent. She called the station & was given the owner Tony's contact #. She was told by Oscar that they gave me Tony's # also. Lie #6. Not only have they never once called me, they certainly didn't provide me any # for owner or insurance. So, my ins. agent called him. He proceeds to tell her that no one knows whether it was broken prior to my showing up at the car wash. He also stated that perhaps I broke it after the car wash as there was a 20 minute lull between me taking possession of my car before I brought it back. Lie #7. I never left the parking lot! He then admits that he hasn't actually seen the footage himself. He's now not providing the footage to my insurance adjuster, stating he needs to consult with his attorneys as to whether he needs to. From the top on down, I'm dealing with liars who take zero responsibility for any damages. Do yourselves a favor and avoid them at all costs. The gamble of them damaging your car isn't worth it because at the end of the day, it will cost you. read more

I've been coming to this station since they've opened. Always have had good service at car wash and most of the employees are great. The ticket writer for car wash is awesome and very eager to please customers and is a hard worker. But when I went to pay my bill inside store Anthony happened to be the cashier. He was a rude donkey. Anthony was arrogant and very unprofessional, he needs to find another job were he doesn't have to be in public view. After I payed my bill, the customer behind me came to me outside and said Anthony has treated him the same way and wanted to punch his twisted teeth out. read more

When I go through the car wash and order the "supreme" wash, the employees there never find the time to give me all of what I payed for. The supreme wash is supposed to come with spray on wax which I never get it but the employees find time to give it to the other customers. read more

Normally I appreciate the car wash here. They are pretty fast, fair priced, and do an ok job. However, I took my jeep there recently and the guy did a HORRIBLE job. He didn't vacuum the back, there were a lot of places on the dash you could see he didn't even wipe down, and when I went to get in there was mud on the door sill. I will try the again hoping maybe it was a one time thing, but I was pretty disappointed. read more

I've been through here a bunch of times and never had a problem. The mini mart is the place to go for a soda and the carwash has never done me wrong (Especially for the price!). I've been considering purchasing a "Flex-Fuel" vehicle so the fact that ethanol is sold here is a plus. read more

Gas is expensive here. Car wash is hit and miss, time before last guy took about 45 minutes and almost detailed my car, it was awesome. Last time guy took maybe 15 minutes and missed many obvious places. Overall I'd say it's 100% better than Highland Springs car wash. I have to say staff is really nice and friendly and go out of their way to say hello and accommodate. read more

Worst carwash! They stained my car all around with whatever the guy was spraying. I have a black car and you can see the streak marks going down the car and it's all around the car. I told the manager and she said it couldn't of been from their car wash! I reported it to my insurance and they are going after the carwash. I heard this isn't the first time this has happened. On 5/25/2014 at 9:30 am I stopped to put gas and get my car wash as I usually do at this location. As the attendant called me over to my washed car I looked down near the gear shifter and noticed that the area was oily and the paint was bubbled when I brought it to the attention of the attendant he said he was not responsible the car was like that and walked away. I walked in the convenient store to speak with the manager but the line was out the door and I had an appointment. I called the store from my car and asked to speak to the manager I was told he was busy and the person asked what the problem was I began to explain and was told he would give me a return call. He never returned my phone call that day. My husband and I went into the store and spoke to Oscar the detail manager. My husband explained he worked for Enterprise-Rent A Car in the past and based on his experience it looked like the solvent used to detail the car bubbled the paint. Oscar looked at the damage inside the vehicle and asked me to get an estimate, he would then submit it to the owner and see what could be done. I submitted the estimate from Hyundai to Oscar and he told me he would get back to me no later than Monday June 2, 2014. I called him on Tuesday and he explained the owner denied to pay for it and rudely told me "I have to find my money elsewhere." "There was no proof they had created the damage." My husband promptly went down to speak to him and asked for the cash receipt since its store policy to collect the receipt once the car was detailed. Oscar became angry and told him he had to search through a lot of tickets to track a cash receipt and refused to accommodate him. I now have no way to take this matter to small claims court as I do not even have the receipt to prove I had service done on this day. Please let this be an example of how this company conducts business on a day to day basis's in the Beaumont Community. Do not use their Car Wash!!! read more
