    Stopped figuring chicken would be a switch. It was rubbery and the wedges had the consistency of mashed potatoes. Not a good expierence.

    Visited March 3rd...see my receipt as always…read more This McDonalds is off the freeway in Williams California. Today was the day they showcased their new burger called The Arch. I had to see what the hype was! The burger had 2 nice patties with cheese and what appeared to be their own sauce. OK..I don't really go for this type of food very much but curiosity had me order it! My boyfriend and I split it and surprisingly it was delicious! Messy but tasty ( extra napkins needed!). I did have to pull around and wait for it because the employees were still being trained on how to make it! It was worth the hype and extra money for fast food. Good experience!     I placed a breakfast order before the posted cutoff time, and the app fully allowed me to complete…read moreand submit the order. When I arrived at the drive-through, I was told to pull forward and wait. After sitting in line behind multiple cars, I was then told they couldn't complete my order because of the time it was placed. This makes no sense. If the order isn't valid -- especially if I was already charged and told to pull forward -- the app should not allow customers to place it in the first place. With today's technology, situations like this should be prevented to avoid wasting customers' time and creating unnecessary frustration. Having to wait in line only to be turned away with no real solution is unacceptable customer service. If a location already has low customer ratings, experiences like this only reinforce why improvements are needed. Customers deserve accurate ordering systems and clear communication. I'm rarely satisfied with this location, and this experience only adds to that. You're a billion-dollar corporation, and this simply doesn't add up. Do better. This is one more reason people start walking away.
