I had to see what the hype was! The burger had 2 nice patties with cheese and what appeared to be their own sauce. OK..I don't really go for this type of food very much but curiosity had me order it! My boyfriend and I split it and surprisingly it was delicious! Messy but tasty ( extra napkins needed!). After sitting in line behind multiple cars, I was then told they couldn't complete my order because of the time it was placed. This makes no sense. If the order isn't valid -- especially if I was already charged and told to pull forward -- the app should not allow customers to place it in the first place. With today's technology, situations like this should be prevented to avoid wasting customers' time and creating unnecessary frustration. Having to wait in line only to be turned away with no real solution is unacceptable customer service. If a location already has low customer ratings, experiences like this only reinforce why improvements are needed. Customers deserve accurate ordering systems and clear communication. I'm rarely satisfied with this location, and this experience only adds to that. You're a billion-dollar corporation, and this simply doesn't add up. Do better. This is one more reason people start walking away.

However, there are other great restaurants off the same offramp. Including La Fortuna bakery. The name bakery is a bit of a misnomer. While they do have one in the back, it is in the back through three or four different rooms before you get to it. Between the street and there you will find a full market and in the very front is one of the best quick grab and go Mexican restaurants. That's what this review is about. Call them ahead of time, so it's ready when you pull through to pick it up. Excellent food. Consistent throughout. And friendly service.

I had a couple bites but I didn't like the cheese on it and onions were somewhat mushy. The fries were stale. Disappointing because I have always had a consistently good fast food meal here. Going back to the sandwich, :), the "new orleans muffuletta" is olive forward, so if you like intense flavors, this is the sandwich for you. I like olives and i found the sandwich tasty.

Keep going and you'll find a sandwich counter on one side and a gift shop full of knickknacks on the other. Beyond that? An ice cream and dessert/pastry counter, plus shelf after shelf of edible gifts: uncooked pastas, sauces, jams, cheeses... the list goes on. I thought the bathrooms were all the way in the back... but then I discovered that there's an entire PIZZERIA AND PUB back there too! SAY WHAT?! Any way, I was really grateful for Granzella's because I found some excellent gifts there!
