I liked the enchirito! I still had my spicy salsa from LA Unicas so that's what went on it! I asked for NO Lettuce but they forgot so I ended up scraping it off. Bathroom was out of toilet paper, staff doesn't even look up when you walk in the store and up to the counter to pick up your mobile order, so you have to wait for someone before you can even check in--better to use the drive thru, food is as expected but so slow to come out. read more

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! Would give it a zero if it were possible. We ordered a large water because we were dehydrated and got a small (shrug). We were asked if we want sauce, said yes, and got none. We had to ask for our straws as there were none in the bag and received no napkins or utensils. Not sure how one would expect us to eat Mexican Pizzas without at least one of those! Worst of all, the food seemed as if it had been sitting around awhile. For my first ever Mexican Pizza, it was soggy and cold. Just plain gross. As were several of the tacos. The bean burrito was something else with meat in it. To top it off, we got no receipt in order to confirm what was put through on the order or make a proper complaint or request a refund. Taco Bell is not what it used to be, no sour cream in the burrito supreme, when you eat, the burrito it falls apart in the big pile of goo, the taco supreme is OK but not great. Drove through the Taco Bell in Williams CA. I ordered the beefy burrito and YUCK!! Don't know what the " meat " was but it wasn't beef! It had a spongy texture and didn't even come close to tasting like ground beef. I also noticed the menu had changed, nice new pictures, changed the names of the food... problem is, it's more expensive yet the same food. My beefy burrito was the same exact beefy burrito before the menu changed but now they call it the "double beefy burrito ". And hiked up the price! Same burrito as before, higher price. And the mango tea, same thing. The " medium " drink was a small bit they changed the shape of the cup to make it look like your getting a medium. No medium, just a skinnier smaller version. Slowest Taco Bell in the West Everyone had to wait 20 minutes for their food in a sweltering restaurant on a hot summer day. (AC broken?) Two items missing from my order, had to ask for them. No apology for this oversight or the unreasonable wait. Food tasted ok. Popular menu items crispy chicken and volcano burritos unavailable when I visited. We came in around 8pm and they locked the doors around 8:20pm even though they close at 10pm. My husband still opened the door for an elderly couple who asked if they were closed and the blond girl working there responded, "No, but we are just really busy." There was barely anyone inside and only a few cars in the drive through so WTF?! We ordered at the kiosk and waited 20minutes before we followed up with them and they said our order is lost...they eventually found it in their system. The blond just walked away without even acknowledging anything was wrong so I followed up again to confirm if they are working on it now. While we waited, the blond gave me like 10 expired coupons lol After we ate our food, we asked the girl with glasses who the manager was and the guy walked up with no name tag so I asked his name and he shook his head, rolled his eyes and said "Tony." Like chill dude. I said the coupons were a nice gesture but they're expired. The blond was shocked and said they've been giving those. Tony the manager said that's all they have and some TB will still take them so we should keep them. Again, WTF?! I politely returned them and we left. Not really sure how to really review this place. My order is always incorrect, but it's always very fresh and good. There is always something missing or something made wrong or the wrong thing put in our bag. After a few minutes we looked around and everyone was still waiting for food, literally 20 people. We left. By the way the bathrooms were not clean, and co-ed. Apparently there is a new rule at this Taco Bell that you can't order a certain amount of quesadillas at the drive through because it's "too much work" for the employees and at least the would have been nice about it but they were so fucking rude they cut my dad off while he was ordering and didn't let him even finish. We're a family of six and we each were getting one quesadilla we ended up just leaving. My question is what is the drive thru for then? Correct me if I'm wrong but Taco Bell is a fast food place is it not? This location is fantastic. We've stopped here a few times while traveling through. Service is friendly and food is prepared very quickly. Everything has been prepared well and correct per any special instructions. On our most recent visit the food was carefully placed on the tray ... we are so accustomed to a fast food pile of stuff (we are feeding 6)... if I weren't so pressed for time I'd have taken a photo. read more

Stopped by on our way up to Fort Bragg and ordered my usual at Taco Bell. Taco Supreme meal and 2 bean and rice burritos. Noticed tons of Boy Scouts, some making a mess at the drink fountain and nearby tables. The you g gal that took my order and was very pleasant, she even kept behind the boys cleaning up after them. Her demeanor never changed. She remained professional and smiled. These boys made a mess let me tell you. Anyways, despite the tables the boys were eating at the place was clean and so was the bathroom. Food was made better than the Taco Bell by my house. My shell actually had meat in it and was not all lettuce. Glad my experience was but one of the bad ones cause I hate leaving a bad review. I would stop by on my way through again. read more

Absolutely terrible. Went for breakfast and their breakfast menu was up. When asked about it, the person working mumbled into her microphone I'm assuming the items on the breakfast menu. We ended up ordering regular food because they were out of almost everything. They only had sprite and Baja blast to drink. The staff was rude and short with us and we couldn't even understand them because they mumbled and when we asked what they said they mumbled even worse. Do not go here. I was passing through Williams and stopped in for a spicy tostada. It was the best I've had yet; they were generous with the lettuce and the pico and the tomatoes actually seemed fresh. I've only subtracted a star because I was inexplicably charged $1.39 for something that is supposed to be on the dollar menu. According to the employee, this was due to tax. Riiiight. read more

I saw a lot of negative reviews and just wanted to chime in. We were passing through on our way to Oregon for vacation, and we just wanted to find the nearest Taco Bell for some familiar food. The service was pleasant, our order was ready in about 5-6 minutes, and not only was it correct, but it was made quite well. I really can't speak for anyone else, but it certainly met our expectations. I will say that the restroom was slightly disheveled, and there was a roll of toilet paper resting on the paper towel dispenser, which didn't seem to be working, but whatever. I certainly didn't notice an infestation of flies or any other critter while I ate my food inside the establishment. The order was correct, and that's basically the most important thing. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We usually love taco bell but we came here round 9pm on a Friday and it was INFESTED with flies! In the bathroom, kitchen, counters, and seating areas! Good lord it's worse than India! But I guess I can't really fault them for that... However when we got our chicken tacos - the color of the chicken was off (lighter than it should be) and both my mom and my brother said it tasted weird. I'm gonna pray that they don't get sick from it cuz it didn't look fully cooked. Also the veggies didn't look or taste particularly fresh. If ur driving up north and need a place to stop, trust a local restaurant instead of the fast food joints or get closed snacks from the gas station to hold off the hunger. read more
