Visited November 15th..see receipt. Coming into Williams off of Highway 5 I thought I would get their 6.99 meal of the day ( to go ). You get a 6 inch sub with chips and a soda. Good for traveling! I ordered it on the app and let the young spanish lady with black hair know I had ordered it. No 5 stars because unfortunately she never acknowledged me nor told me she had made my sandwich ( I was the only one in there). The sandwich was good ( had salami and meats) . Seating looked alittle sticky. Indoor and some outdoor seating. It's not as good as other Subways but it's passable. read more

We stopped at this Subway May 4, 2026. My husband went in and ordered two 6 inch Italian BMTs. (He couldn't decide which at first) She could have recommended the 12 inch instead. But we ended up paying for two 6 inch. The worst Subway sandwich I ever had. There was only meats and pickles, pickled peppers and pickled jalapeños a little cheese. No lettuce or onions or all the other stuff. But the mustard and mayo were soupy and way too much, dripping out. Tasted terrible. Couldn't finish it. read more

Arrived at subway at 7:10 store hours say they are open at 7:00 - all doors locked. Taking my business elsewhere! Hard to believe that we see someone in the store yet the store isn't ready to be open. Plus we were not the only customers lost we told three other patrons who parked that the doors were locked and they were not open! Won't be back, as this is t the first it's happened! read more

I didn't know it's a thing to add the sauce before the veggies I am used to going to Subways where they put the sauce after the veggies. Never had an issue until now. When I asked if I can have the sauce after she goes well this how we do it which she said it rudely. Didn't get the name of the lady working that helped me but there were two working today (11:28/24 @ around 11). We often travel from Oregon to Cali to see family and as vegetarians/vegans it is often hard to find a good meal on the go. This place delivered! They have the sandwich art down! The sandwiches were generously filled up with all the requested veggies and it was hardy! And the breads were well toasted! This will definitely be our go to Subway in the future! The girl in the bunny ear costume was incredibly rude. I asked for a spinach wrap and she said they don't carry them anymore and then I asked for wheat bread instead because I would have preferred the spinach wrap and she said that the wrap that they carry currently is the "same thing." It clearly was a plain tortilla, not spinach or tomato, therefore NOT the same thing. I proceeded to place my order and my sister asked why I didn't get the wrap and I said because they did not have spinach and the girl in the bunny costume said "same thing" and my mom and sister both heard this. She was very snappy, rude, and unprofessional. She should not be working in customer service. Awful awful awful experience. Especially because I have worked at Subway in the past and I know what I am talking about and she was trying to make me seem like an idiot. She should not be working here. Awful. read more

Stopped in while traveling I-5. I ordered a large roast beef to split with hubby. Some meat fell out of the sandwich and it had grey spots on it. Ok thats not good! So I returned it. She said she doesn't slice the meat."She just makes the sandwiches" and asked if I would like a different sandwich. So I ordered turkey. I'm not much for Subway but it's one of the only options in this area. Upon walking in we were surprised about how clean it was! Three employees were working with their supervisor/owner staring at them . However, this is the best Subway experience I've had. Their sign say they open at 7am, and after sitting out front for 15 minutes waiting for Subway to open, I gave up waiting.

This was our saving grace while in williams. There was no vegetarian food around for 80 miles. We would have been starving if not for this subway. Convenient location and good service. World outside of silicon valley is entirely different and williams stands testimony to this. read more

This is probably the worst subway I have ever been to. If I could write 0 stars I would. There was cow manure on the floor in the bathroom, which didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. The woman working behind the counter were completely incompetent. I am appalled at how little common sense they had. No proper training on how to make a simple sandwich. Couldn't cut the bread, dropped knives in the foods, almost dropped sandwich's on floor and using fingers to shove sandwiches closed (instead of the knife like a normal competent subway worker). read more

To me food is food no matter where you go. I appreciate a hot meal, I like it cheap and I like it fresh. So far so good at this location. Then things began to change. The two women at this location handled our food with bare hands, one after cleaning the bathrooms, preparing other food and cleaning tables. I saw a rat on the wall within feet from the main door. When my EX-"friend" called to complain (which made her day), the manager actually told her that he would fire the two women. You don't give that information to a customer. That puts the burden of guilt on their shoulders, no matter why the firing will or will not occur If you are going to choose this location, go in, keep your mouth shut, get your food and leave and you won't have any issues. The food was on par with other subways and priced the same. Tax in the area is 9.25%. There is also a policeman in an unmarked car situated just down the road from the Subway as you return to the interstate sitting on the right shoulder. (beware) He was there when we pulled in, the entire time we were eating and when we left. One foot long and one 6" sub and a drink with a coupon was $11.68. read more

I'm giving this Subway 3-stars because I had a great experience inside, and as the other yelpers noted the store was very clean and the employees were very nice. My only issue was that as I was walking in the door with my young daughter, one of their employees (in uniform, I believe her name was Christy) was outside vaping right in front of the store, next to the doors to enter. I feel like it was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate towards the customers, especially those with children considering it was right next to the door. At least go to the back of the building. Other than that, my experience was good, but that really overshadowed my positive review unfortunately. read more

Gabby was great! She also has the best mohawk haircut. Two things that made me rate it low (would have rated it a 2.5 if I knew how) were the fact that there were no falafel patty options. When traveling, eating vegan can be challenging so it would be great if the Subway stores consistently offered this choice. The second (and more pressing issue) was the state of the restroom. Worst Subway I have ever been to. The girl on a Monday night 3 weeks ago denied my request to put the wet ingredients (oil, vinegar, mustard, mayo) on the vegetables on my footlong veggie. She said "we don't do it like that here." She put all the mustard, mayo and oil & vinegar on the bread so it make the sandwich very soggy. She also denied my request for extra lettuce. There was literally about a half an ounce of lettuce on the sandwich, just a pinch is all she would offer. I thought that subway makes sandwiches they way you want. Apparently not. Holy cheese balls everyone. This has got to be the best subway I've ever attended. One of my favorite things when I go eat somewhere is that the people who are working, joke around with me and laugh. This was a very fun experience! All the workers were laughing with me in seconds. The food was Amazing, I'm not usually a subway kind of guy because they always cheap you on food and give you the bare minimum. These guys gave me everything I asked for and extra!
