When I want a burger I come here. The smash burger is the best burger in town bar none. I recommend trying this place out.

I don't know who wrote the menu and some of these reviews but they're very...creative. We were…read moregreeted by a woman that seemed like a patron as she got up from her table and asked if we were there "just to hang out". ??? She told us to pick a table and went back to hers. I ordered the hunk o grilled cheese. If by "pepper jack, provolone and cheddar melted together on fresh French bread" means two slices of velveeta on Texas toast, then that's what I got. My husband's tri-tip was filled with gristle and his seasoned fries were unbearably salty - and he over salts EVERYTHING. Maybe it was just an off Thursday night because the food and the live music singer's pitch were kind of sketchy. It was rough!

My two daughters and I went in last night at 6:00. Only a couple other tables were being served at…read morethe time. All three of us ordered Tri-tip, one ordering baked potato and other two salad. Had to ask for silverware and our food was brought out one at a time 5 minutes or more apart. Tri-tip was lukewarm and tough and baked potato had very small amount of butter you could barely see it. Tri-tip served was 5 small slices. I received 3 and one guy noticed and brought me a couple more on a plate. Texas small toast was lukewarm and hard. Waters were never refilled. Did not offer another cocktail and I had to ask to pay and he called me to the bar. Summary Place was clean, salads and drink was good but actually dinner was lukewarm. You could tell all was just reheated and did not check on us once we got food. I had to ask for silverware which is when noticed I only received partial slices of meat. Not the professional customer service I expect at a restaurant. I do realize not formal restaurant but I have received better service at a fast food restaurant. Will not recommend nor be back! Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences we've had. After an eight-hour day on…read morethe road, we were looking forward to enjoying the last dinner of our family road trip together. Instead, we left extremely disappointed. We were a party of seven and were repeatedly forgotten throughout the evening. We were told several times that there was a party larger than ours that our server was attending to. Whether our server was overwhelmed by the larger party or the restaurant was simply understaffed and unprepared for a busy Saturday night, repeatedly using another table as an explanation for the lack of service only made the experience more frustrating. We were paying customers too and should not have been made to feel as though our table was less important. At one point, my husband had to get up and find someone just to ask for malt vinegar or tartar sauce for his beer-battered fish. The only employee he could find was the bartender. Instead of simply helping him or politely finding someone who could, she rudely responded, "You need to go ask your server." The entire reason he approached her was because we couldn't find our server. Her dismissive attitude was so unnecessary that my husband completely lost his appetite afterward. The poor service continued throughout the meal. We needed another set of utensils and napkins, but after waiting and being forgotten yet again, we eventually had to take them ourselves from an adjoining table. The drinks we ordered before receiving our food took approximately 30 minutes to arrive and only after we tracked down another server who happened to be "new" and wasn't even assigned to our table and asked about them. He was the most helpful this evening and deserves kudos for lighting a firework to get things moving. The food overall was mediocre, and the beer was unfortunately warm. I will give credit where it's due: the cocktails were good, and my teenage boys enjoyed the cheese curds we ordered as an appetizer. The best part of the evening was simply being together as a family. We understand that restaurants get busy and servers can become overwhelmed, especially on a Saturday night. However, there is a difference between being busy and repeatedly making customers feel forgotten or like an inconvenience because another table is larger. After an 8-hour road trip, we had hoped to enjoy an amazing final dinner of our vacation. Unfortunately, this was an incredibly disappointing way to end an otherwise wonderful family road trip. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this restaurant.

I stopped in here with my partner and his sister during a road trip to Klamath Falls. We just drove…read more3 hours and wanted a nice chill place with good food and it looked promising from the reviews on Google. We found it easily and didn't have any issues parking or finding the entrance. We were greeted and seated immediately and had a reasonable amount of time with the menu. I ordered the bacon mac and cheese grilled cheese and my partner and his sister both got the bacon and bacon burger. We also got a pretzel and cheese for the table. The pretzel and cheese came out pretty quick and was great! It wasn't really a pretzel so much as a bread twist but it had great flavor and was soft and fluffy. The cheese had a wonderful flavor. It was a little gritty but it tasted great and there was enough left to dip our entrees in. My sandwich was good but I was hoping for more cheese. It was a little dry, I think the mac and cheese had been baked first. The burgers and fries were also good. We finished with some dessert - lemon cheesecake and a brownie with ice cream. They were both good! The brownie was rich and the ice cream balanced it well. Our bill came out to $88 before tip. We had leftovers and the food was all delicious so it was definitely worth it. The service was good and fast as well. We would definitely come back!
