I'm kicking myself as I write this for visiting this place this late. But better late than never. I got to try the pizza of the month for January, (the jalapeño popper pizza). It was cheesy, full of bacon that gave it a smoky flavor and crispy. And the jalapeños gave it some heat like Eddie Guerrero. It's honestly my favorite pizza in town. They served it with a house made hot honey with chili flakes. This is the perfect place for pizza and beer. Don't forget about their lunch special a slice of your choice with a salad and soda for $15.95. All my deal seekers come for pint night, $2 and $3 for a pint, yes please. Great place to eat at! Stopped by on a Sunday evening to have dinner after a long day of hiking and we're so happy we chose this pizzeria. Three people came in two of them, sat next to me and a blonde waitress came out and talked to them about everything in their life's, THEN took their order. Nice place to catch the games. Have all the NFL games on Sunday's. The wings have serious potential to be great. They always seem to be a little undercooked. The skin of the wings are a little boggy, a few more minutes and they will get the crisp you want. Good selection of sauces. Good beer selection and the have a massive Bloody Mary that looks fantastic. The calzones are too bready. The pizzas are decent, not great but not terrible. Service is very good and nice. I love eating at Sidelines Pizza. they are friendly, warm, inviting and the food is great. I was a bit disappointed today as I had called 2 weeks ago to set up a 10 am -12 pm event for a group of 20 senior citizens. I was told by the person answering the phone that they were open at 10 am. Great pizza on Main Street in Klamath. Had the pepperoni, cheese steak pizza with a cheese curd appetizer. All very good with the pepperoni pizza the winner of the evening and the cheese curds the follow up. The cheese steak pizza was missing something- maybe the meat could be spiced heavier or less green peppers on the pizza or maybe cooked longer to be more caramelized. read more

Wow, it's hard to use words to express how disappointed I was. We ordered two pizzas for a whopping $42 and what we received was a sloppy, soggy mess. Here's how it can be improved. Cook your pizza! Both of our pizzas were soggy and still had a very dough-like consistency. Thinner crust and fully cooked will make for a much better pizza. The Buffalo Wing Pizza-- lose the bleu cheese. No one, ever, in the history of bleu cheese has ever liked or wanted this on a pizza. Otherwise, this pizza is actually fairly decent. Needs more buffalo sauce, however. Oh, and cook the pizza. Cook it. Fully. Pepperoni Pizza-- surprisingly difficult to mess up, but here we are. Add some garlic and oregano, use normal pepperoni instead of trying to be fancy and use what seems to be some sort of pepperoni-ham hybrid like you're one of the scene kids in high school that just wants to be different for different's sake. Be normal. It has to be said a third time: COOK THE PIZZA. Lastly, price. Lower it. To a reasonable level. This isn't New York City. This isnt Chicago. Hell, it's not even Bend. I am here right now and the service is TERRIBLE!! Line to order food is all the way to the front door and only one, occasionally two people taking orders. On the other hand, just 5 feet away, there are 3-4 bartenders, so if you just want to drink you can get served right away, but the food line is ignored. Formerly Old Town Pizza on Main St it is now Sidelines. Pizza and toppings tasted much the same as previous company but there was more cheese which I love! Yes, to more cheese always! The interior didn't change much however the service is different. No one to seat you, no greetings, no instructions. So here's what you do: walk up to the cashier at the bar, place your drink and food order, then find a seat. I don't particularly like this method. I especially don't like having to guess or wait with no explanation. I hope this changes after covid dies down. I also don't like the microprint, dark page menu. I simply can't read it. 4 stars is for the quality and taste of the pizza - not the lack of hospitality. Jest sayin'. read more

This review is based on 3 visits when the place had very few customers. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean and quite impressive with a nice bar and arcade and plenty of seating. The pizza is really good and made with fresh ingredients. However, it's not served piping hot from the oven. I'm guessing that possibly it's intentionally left to cool? Forgotten about? Not sure, but pizza should go from oven to customer as quickly as possible. All 3 visits the pizza was served 'cool'. I was warned about the pizza not being served hot and sure enough that was true. The service itself is lackluster at best. I will describe the service in a way that locals would understand as "Klamathy." Your customers are (or should be) treated as a priority. Maybe check on your customers and see if they need anything? Bussing empty tables doesn't seem like a priority although there were at least 4 people working on each visit. On one visit 3 tables sat in-bussed for over 30 minutes. This might be the owners first restaurant and they have limited service industry experience? I don't know. The customer service at Jimmy Johns is what they should strive for and build from there. Seriously. Not being mean here. I'm trying to give honest feed back and sometimes it's difficult to hear. If the customer service improves and the pizza was served hot I think I would give it a solid 5 star rating and make it a weekly place to eat. Will I continue to be a customer? A while back, we bought a pepperoni pizza and some dippers at Sidelines, The pepperoni pizza was awesome, but honestly the portion of dippers were really sad. You could see the bottom of the container because we had so few dippers. I am not sure if that is typical, but it was pretty disappointing. Pizza was excellent though!
