Was looking for traditional London fish and chips *Found It Here* Cod dipped and fried to a light crispy texture. Fish is super moist and meaty. Good size portion of cod. The tartar sauce is really good. The ranch dressing is excellent! Not at all vinegary, it may be house made. I don't normally order something like the bangers and mash, but it came highly recommended. I am SO GLAD we did! It's not regular mashed potatoes, it's the whole potato prepared with a crisp outter shell, smashed down and seasoned to perfection. The sausages were surprisingly good and bursting with layers of flavor. The star was the onion gravy! I don't think I've ever had "onion gravy", but it is my new favorite thing. I even went home and checked Pinterest to see IF I could somehow replicate it... for now, it would be easier to just come back and order some more *smiles* The fish tacos are the same dipped cod used for fish n chips, but in set in 2 large white corn tortillas (per taco) instead of on fries. Fish tacos don't come with a side, but 2 fish tacos can be split into 4 smaller tacos. It was very filling and I didn't need an extra side of anything. It's a complete meal *cheers* The daytime service was excellent. The adult beverages were exactly as expected, water was refilled w/o asking, food was served hot and the guy checked on us a couple of times to see how the food was *yay* I could see this venue being super festive later in the evening. Everything was amazing. The caprese grilled cheese was my favorite. The tsunami burger was very good and rich!!the onion rings were literally the best I've ever had, truly. The wait staff was over the top fabulous!! A big tip was shared!! Brought home bread pudding for dessert! Price was also amazing. Table of three was $104 then we paid cash and got a 5% discount! The Pikey is an Irish pub in Klamath Falls, Oregon and the ambience is definitely that of a pub. Lots of dark wood. They have a broad menu with some Irish specialties. I had the bangers and mash and they were very tasty. Both of the servers I interacted with were very friendly and efficient. They seem to have a lot of regulars and that's always a good sign. I would come back if I'm ever in Klamath Falls again. One caveat, don't go there for wine. For white wine they only had Chardonnay in a box. but the beer selection was great. read more

I got the 5 alarm burger which has a dry rub on it consisting of jalopeno, cayenne, habanero, Carolina reaper and ghost peppers - YES it's as hot as it sounds but it's also soooo good. This place. Wow. After searching the Klamath Falls area on Yelp for the perfect food place to try, we made a mutual decision to check out The Pikey. We chose this place based on the reviews and pictures. We are so glad we did! The vibe, waitor and food did not disappoint. A cool place to enjoy and chill after a day on the water. If you are a people watcher, the front window sitting is entertaining with the foot and car traffic going by. If you want to social and have conversion, the waite staff were super chippy and chatty. Our waiter checked on us often but also didn't intrude. All in all, 9/10. I don't know what wouldn't make it a 10 because it was really that good. The Pikey was one of our only late night options, but it turned out to be great! I'm sure it gets lively most nights, but was pretty empty on a Sunday. The bartender/server told us to pick any table and brought us menus and water right away. The interior was spacious and dimly lit, with a few pool tables and funny signage as decor. I really liked the old ceiling tiles over the bar, which set it apart from the average Irish pub. The menu was surprisingly large, with a huge selection of burgers. I chose the Flying Yeet Machine Burger with Curly Fries and Jalapeño Ranch dipping sauce, and my friend got the Shepherd's Pie. Service was decently quick and portion sizes were massive! I basically had to unhinge my jaw to take a bite of the burger, but it was delicious. It was also messy to eat, but that comes with the territory. The Curly Fries were really thick, and not my favorite, but I did love the Jalapeño Ranch. My friend also said the Shepherd's Pie was pretty tasty, and filling. It was late passing thru and this was the only place open. It's a loud, active, busy bar first that also serves food. They have a bouncer at the door (wasn't sure if that made my nerves worse or better) Lots of people drinking and hanging out. It's downtown next to other busy loud bars. K Falls OR Wanted a burger and this place popped up. Amazing burger at an incredible price. Patties are 7oz and I should have stuck to only one. It automatically comes with slaw and then you can pick between the homemade chips or a homemade fry or a salad or another type of potato and I have to for the chips. They were excellent. Don't let the dark exterior fool you. This place offers more than a typical dive bar. Sat at the bar and the friendly bartender served us some refreshing local beers from Skyline brewery. Onion rings were tasty but a little over fried. The fish tacos were delicious and hit the spot. The Ruben was rich and the sidewinder fries were thick and satisfying. The Pikey reminds me of a college town bar with its decor and vibe. But honestly, the Pikey had really good food. As my mom always says, don't judge a book by its cover. My wife and I came in to have an early dinner. We started with the Piglets appetizer: pulled pork stuffed inside a bacon wrapped jalapeño grilled and slathered with bbq sauce. These were very tasty. We were looking for a burger and this place has 15-20 specialty burgers. We ordered 2 burgers, so we could share a half with each other: The Big Easy and the Nuclear Ultimate cheeseburger. Both burgers were cooked at the correct temperatures. The Nuclear Cheeseburger was described as 'effing' hot... and they weren't kidding. It had lots of melty cheese and great seasoning and fresh l/t/o. The best part was the burnt cheese that overflowed the burger onto the grill. Oh, last comment on this burger...it was huge. The unique sidewinder fries that accompanied the burger were crispy and perfectly seasoned with a seasoning salt. The Big Easy burger stood out with a savory and flavorful Cajun seasoning on the cheeseburger. This burger also had grilled jalapeños and l/t/o toppings. This burger was good, but the Nuclear Ultimate Cheeseburger was better...and hotter! We had hand cut chips that accompanied this burger and the were crunchy and seasoned perfectly. They reminded me of a lays potato chip but better. Jonah was our server. He was helpful and attentive. I've been a loyal patron of this establishment for over a decade. However, tonight, I visited with an upset stomach and, in an attempt to recover, I made myself vomit in the bathroom. Unfortunately, Emily, the manager on duty on June 28th, informed one of the other patrons that I was not permitted to be served. While she did inform one of my guests that she felt uncomfortable serving me, she did not directly address me, which led to my request to leave. I believe I was discriminated against due to my illness. It's unfortunate that I need to write this review as a local business owner, but I also need to inform the local community and potential clients that discrimination is a factor at this place of business. read more

Pretty cool little bar on Main Street Klamath Falls. Hard to write a bad review for it but here it goes. The Pikey has some pretty cool parties on holidays, New Years, Saint Patties etc. So If you are looking to mingle and meet new people, or just bump into old friends, that's when you should go. The problem with the Pikey, every other day, and Black Dogs too, is this Klamath Falls security detail called "Blade Security." These guys are totally ate up. Not that I'd trust any of them to "Bounce" anything if it came to it, they actually use their positions to wreak a good time for the sake of a power trip, or to prevent singles from hooking up. If there isn't a large number of folks there, they will involve themselves in the most minuscule detail of your evening, or just flat out fabric some reason to send you on your way. The reason given for trespassing me from the Pikey was that I involved the cops, when there were threats of violence. Who doesn't involve the cops when there are threats of violence? The cops handled the situation perfectly, and bars should have good relationships with them. Anyway, cool bar, fun holiday parties, very poor bouncing. read more
