They were efficient in their cleaning and tackled more than I expected: cleaning the stove grates, inside the oven, inside kitchen cabinets, dining room light fixture, and even some of the waist level trim in our dining room. Some fine detailing (base trims, electrical outlets, walls) were not done, but that is something i would categorized as a deep clean so that was fine by me. Halfway through (when they were done with the finished basement) they asked me to inspect their work and to tell them if they missed anything. I really appreciated that offer! I commented on a couple of things and they were happy to address them. I definitely think I'll use their service again! Great value for great work. Note: Alejandro (the point of contact) is super responsive and friendly.

They truly value good customer service and work hard to provide quality. The cleaner was on time or early too. Tatyana was very good. looking forward to booking again. _______________________________ I'm shopping around for cleaning services so i can across CleaningDash. I like the website and it was easy to book a service. Fortunately, I was also able to book a service the same day. I received a text with an ETA of the cleaner who was also on time. The cleaner took her time but the quality of work just okay. It felt like more of a surface level cleaning and what was accessible which is fine in some cases. i kept asking her if she needed any supplies or if she had questions, to just ask me. She didn't ask anything which i hope she would have. Items missed to name a few: there was still dust/hair behind the doors, near the fridge and stove, shower watermarks was not completely scrubbed, nor was the kitchen sink. When she said she was done, i pointed out a few of these item so she did try to clean it after but there were some she said she can't do. At this point, she said she didn't have a broom, but she could have just asked, I had 2 in the closet which i handed to her to for final touches. this made me think her floor cleaning was subpar cuz she didnt ask for a broom in the 1st place and she swiftered what was in view. I'm not opposed to using CleaningDash in the future but not for a while and i just have to curb my expectations.

SECOND UPDATE: (I can't add another update to my previous review)…read more Back to 2 stars: Andrew emailed me again to thank me for updating my review. He then asked me to remove the mention of a refund from my review because other people might try to take advantage, and to please take down the photos because it's hard to run a small business. Though he acknowledged "I know it's too much to ask," it's totally inappropriate. I told him that it's unethical and against Yelp's terms of service to ask a customer to remove factual information from a review, and that it's not my responsibility to manage his company's reputation or what other people might do based on an honest review. Going back to two stars for these inappropriate tactics.

Fresh Tech was able to send someone on very short notice and get our apartment cleaned quickly! Faruk was thorough in asking about our location, rooms, and parking and was able to provide accurate pricing. Alicia was polite and comprehensive in her cleaning. We did provide a bucket, our vacuum, and a ladder to help speed the process, though not sure if this changes anything other than availability and turnaround time. Regardless, we'd definitely recommend in the future and will be returning for future cleaning should we need it!

Well, I can't tell you how grateful we are for Fresh Tech Maids! We are pretty eco-conscious and that is what drew us to this company, along with great customer service. Jamaica is so responsive and patient when it comes to answering all of my questions around scheduling :). We are especially grateful for Corrina! She has been our go-to cleaner for several months. For one, I look forward to seeing her and chit-chatting occasionally throughout the day. Secondly, she takes such good care and is extremely diligent! Lastly, she is great at communication and accommodating. She knows our house so well now that I can just let her in and she knows exactly what to do; not to mention that she is efficient. I highly recommend Fresh Tech Maid and Corrina, if she's available, so please reach out to Jamaica at info@freshtechmaids.com! Thank you!

I…read moreoriginally thought I was going to go with another service but they didn't come out on weekends and I needed someone soon but was also not available during the week. Agnes replied late but was the lowest quote and also could come out on the upcoming Saturday morning so I booked her. My schedule actually freed up and I asked her to come out on Wednesday evening at 6 pm and she agreed. Just mentioning this back story to let you know she's very flexible in her scheduling. But enough of the back story. She came out and looked at my condo which needed a lot of cleaning since the last renter left it pretty dirty and I needed it thoroughly cleaned for the next renter to move in. The insides of the oven had burnt residue all over, the insides of the refrigerator had spilled liquid on multiple shelves, the wood floors had a thick residue of drywall dust since I had some of the drywall replaced in multiple rooms and the whole condo repainted, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathtub was super dirty since the renter had a bath mat in the tub and apparently never cleaned underneath. Anyways she deep cleaned the appliances inside and out, she vacuumed the wood floors with her Dyson and mopped with a special cleaner for wood floors so the dust was gone and the floors were clean, she cleaned the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled fresh again. Well...except for the bathtub which she did the best she could but there were still black stains in the tub but I don't fault her since I really didn't think those stains would come out. But at least the bathtub was very clean and my new renter would just have to live with the stains. She had one other person helping her and she did all this in a little over 3 hours. Great job Agnes and I will definitely use you again!

Since then we have done a complete home renovation, had another baby, and hosted countless parties and other events. Lisa has been there to help us manage it all! My children LOVE her and I am so grateful that she has a "can do" attitude - she has help me with special cleaning projects when I need it (especially pre and post parties!), worked around our crazy schedule and nap times, and gone out of her way to be sure she leaves our home in perfect condition. It goes without saying that we are grateful to have someone that we can feel comfortable with in our house and trust implicitly - she even brings in our mail when we are away and makes sure everything is good (and we come home to a CLEAN house!). She has done construction clean-up for us as well and when we are ready to re-rent an apartment we own, she goes in and make it look perfect. I can't say enough good about Lisa - our last company rushed through, refused to do anything other than the original cleaning "contract" and barely spoke enough English for me to talk to them about what needed to be done that day (another plus for me about Lisa...a native English speaker!) If this isn't enough praise, just the fact that we went from having her over once every two weeks, to once a week and now TWICE a week should say enough...she completely manages the cleanliness and organization of our household.
