Let me tell you about this taco truck, not a dang thing that I didn't like!! I ordered a mango habanero aguachiles tostada, 1 surf and turf taco, 1 garlic pulpo octopus taco, and 1 marlin taco. They got my order done within 15 minutes. You see that surf and turf taco? It's almost the size of the container, melty cheese on the bottom, asada was very well seasoned. The marlin and pulpo taco was to die for!! but that pulpo was extremely tender I'm in love. Definitely hit up this place if you can. Beautiful day in Cali, so we ate on the grass in the front yard I'm so mad, I made a video and accidentally deleted it.

Agua-chiles, you'll get more onion than anything and why were they sweet.

Just literally ate here. So not worth the 1 1/2 hr wait. Ordered their 3-4 tostadas of Agua-Chiles, 1 lobster roll $18.00 and two orders of tacos gobernador. The agua-chiles was more like 2 tostadas worth if that and not at all spicy. Los tacos gobernador sucked, more like a soft shrimp taco with no flavor, the lobster roll was served on a hotdog bun. no flavor. Man do I regret spending my money here.

Where do I start found this place on instagram and man does it live up to the hype. Make sure to get the chow mein it's fire. I've never tasted a chow mein like this one before. Also all the ceviches are bomb I'll make sure to hit this spot up again. It made it on my list of must have big shoutout the the mad scientist and his food thank you for this epic experience

This place is a diamond in the rough! I found it through tik tok, the food looked amazing! Came on a busy Friday Night! I was starving but I knew coming in I might have to wait. You enter thru a restaurant door but you walk all the way to the back to find a food truck!! That is a way to get creative! There isn't outdoor tables besides some chairs. Employees were super friendly and accommodating! Hard working and hustling. I wanted the Mariscos Chow Mein that is what drew here in the first place. Felt it too heavy so went with Asada y Camarón. My significant other got a ceviche plate. Waited about 20 mins for my order. Took it home to enjoy. Please if you are coming thru be patient. The food is worth the wait! We will be back soon!

Amazing food. Being freshly done means wait time might be a bit extra but it's worth the wait. Ceviche tropical is our go to plate. They have an indoor sitting area so makes the wait not so bad. DELICIOUS!!!

Baja Mexican seafood here we come! @cheladas_la_resaca is service up ceviche, tacos and chow mein. On top of the wonderful flavors from Baja Mexico they are servicing wonderful fusions like their seafood chow mein. If your hungry for delicious seafood then this is the place to check them out.

This is food done right!!! Made fresh to every order, super delicious. Flavor is perfect, also not greedy with the meats, great portions. Located in North Long Beach right off the freeaay, easy commute to and from. Staff is great too. Highly recommended, and will be back very soon to try more too!

Since we had smaller appetites, this was basically finished before we left to get back home. seafood chowder: holy moly, I mean the cheese being shredded (chef's kiss emoji), imitation crab, green onions, shrimp, potato, this was so rich and creamy. we regretted only getting a cup but it was also just enough due to the richness (and our lactose intolerant tummies). vietnamese coffee: well I didn't know it was going to come in a cup as big as one's bladder, but this (as one knows about Vietnamese coffee) packed the punch in your throat by the first sip. I felt like I got flashbanged in the gulag. the flavor was also delicious, can't go wrong - but maybe let the ice melt before you try chugging it.

Lots of indoor tables and booths. Lots of stools around the bar. They serve breakfast as well.as lunch and dinner. We went for an early lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded yet. We get inside. We get seated. Look at the menus. Menu shows they had Diet Coke. My daughter and I both ordered one. When it arrived we both thought it tasted weird. I mention it to the server "that's because it's Coke Zero" Diet Coke and Coke Zero are not interchangeable, guests should be made aware of this especially when the menu says Diet Coke and that's what was asked for. Another note, fountain drinks only had one free refill. I ordered fish and chips, my daughter got the ham and grilled cheese sandwich with "fries", my friend ordered the clam chowder and her daughter got the shrimp basket. First, the "fries and chips" were not fries. They were potato wedges. Although potato wedges are fried potatoes they are not French fries. The fish part of my fish and chips wax good. The tartar sauce was sweet and that threw off my taste buds. My daughter and friend's daughter both enjoyed their orders. My friend said she'd give the clam chowder a 6/6.5. I tasted it. It wasn't bad, but tasted more bacon than clam. It was definitely an experience eating here. I forgot to mention when the check came it had a credit card fee on the check without knowing if I was paying with cash or card.

One of the highlights is their Thai tea, which is served with a popsicle and seems to be one of their most popular items for good reason. It's fun, unique, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the salmon curry, which was something new for me, and I ended up loving it. The flavors were rich, balanced, and unlike anything I've ordered before. Another unexpected favorite was the wings. I'm usually not a big wings person, but these were surprisingly good--crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. Overall, the food, drinks, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. It's a spot I would absolutely come back to and one that I would definitely recommend to others.

Kin was one of the only restaurants open until 10 PM. We were seated right away, and somehow the five of us sat in a private room. It was kind of late for me to eat anything really heavy so I just have my usual salad and it was the beef tenderloin salad. They serve it up with a lot of beef and less veggies. The beef itself was a little chewy and in large pieces. I prefer the meat to be cut a little smaller and would like more lettuce and cucumber. I got a little taste of the spicy fried rice, which was really good. Some of us ordered Thai tea and didn't expect what we received, which was the tea with a Thai tea popsicle. What a treat!
