I just happened to eat a bunch of salmon sashimi the other day, which is why I went with a crunchy spicy salmon because I was a little fresh fished out. However, if I'm really craving salmon, then I would switch out the crunchy spicy salmon for just a salmon roll. Also, I have no tolerance for spice and the spicy salmon is not spicy at all. This variety is a good amount of fried versus fresh and mayo versus non-mayo, so I found a good balance. Then my dad always gets mackerel sushi and Tobiko sushi. This time I got my son Tobiko sashimi and he wanted Tobiko sushi instead. So next time I'll get him a Tobiko sushi. I also got steamed beef with white rice to see if my kids would eat it. They loved the rice so definitely get one side of rice. The steamed beef was exactly that just steamed beef with no seasoning or flavor, so next time I need to figure out a way to ask for at least a bit of flavor with it. (It's not on the menu, but my younger son likes meat). My husband got the wonton soup and enjoyed it like always. Wait time was 35 to 40 minutes, which is reasonable. This is always our go to for sushi takeout.
