Our charcuterie board order with the whipped feta dish and wine.
    Tessa L.

Cute place for charcuterie! Located in Encore so everything looks upscale and fancy and also there's free parking! The restaurant is small, maybe only 20 or so seats. I enjoyed sitting at the counter so we could see the chef's assemble the boards and choose items that would pair well with the cheeses and meats we had selected. Order Pictured: Mortadella with Black Truffle 3/5 - similar texture as bologna, but with truffle Bourbon and Bacon Salami 4/5 Gruyere 4.5/5 Aged Gouda 3/5 Whipped Feta Dish 3.75/5 - a bit runny, but great pairing with the bread given Our server, Ayoub, was excellent. He let us try several wines to see what we liked and gave recommendations on items for our board. Throughout our time there, he was very attentive to anything that we needed.

We tried this fun place for the first time at the Encore Hotel! Peter greeted us as soon as we walked in & made us feel like we were at home being Christmas Eve that was wonderful! The shrimp cocktail was simply amazing ! We next had the chefs board that Pete recommended and was so helpful with. Presentation was fabulous but every single piece on the board was so tasty. We had it as a dinner and still didn't finish it . The other two people making the boards were so personable & interesting too. Overall cannot wait to go back! Such a great vibe & interactive while sitting at the bar too!!

Cheese Meet Wine is located inside of Encore in Everett, Ma. There is ample free parking due to the casino resort and despite us visiting on a holiday weekend. This is also my first time visiting Encore. I would describe the atmosphere inside the resort as festive and sophisticated. As for the restaurant, we made a reservation for six and then took a quick tour while we waited for our table to be set up. When we came back, our table was ready though they had made a mistake by not having enough chairs and not enough table space. They had to kindly ask a neighboring table to move to the bar seating area. This was resolved fairly quickly and politely. Our waiter, Peter, was attentive and efficient through the whole service. We selected the World Tour and the Taste of Spain which both came with preselected menu so we could sit back and enjoy. We ordered polenta fries and and shared a bottle of wine. The polenta fries were chunks of deliciousness. We also tried the tinned spiced octopus but it wasn't memorable. Overall, the food was excellent and so was the atmosphere and customer service. I will definitely have meet ups here with my girlfriends. See my pictures.

The Italian Wich and Truffle Pressed Grilled Cheese, both very delicious

Ordered the Truffle Grilled Cheese and The Italian Wich. The Italian is a cold sandwich but is absolutely delicious. It had a slightly sweet flavor to it, and a very subtle crunch. The truffle grilled cheese was also quite good. Everything came out fresh, and I was very happy with the meal

I would highly recommend this place as the quality is incredible. If I lived at encore everyday I could eat here everyday and be satisfied. Take a look at the pictures below. Also request Ayoub he has great recommendations for wine and food.

I would definitely come here again. I'm willing to gain 10 pounds for this food that's how yummy it was to me. Please order the truffle sandwich and the prosciutto toast and that is all you really need... im just kidding you need to order the oyster as well. If I could change one thing about this place is to make the space bigger lol.

This place was a delight. We almost didn't end up here, but the steak place in the Encore was full for the night, which turned out to be lucky. We were able to get a seat straight away on a Friday night. The contact tracing, hand towel and mask placemat were a nice touch, and it's neat that you can pull up the menu on your phone from the QR code. (The hotel has a thermal camera to catch people with a fever before they even get in the door) We weren't sure what to order, so Barrett, our waiter, made some awesome choices on our behalf. I've had a lot of meat and cheese plates, but this was one of the best. I missed the name of it, but the truffle cheese was really good, along with the meat described as "prosciutto that is grown up". The pepper jam complemented it, and the Washington stonecap wine pairing to go with it was also excellent. No pictures of our board because we ate it all before I thought of it, but the prosciutto toast we got afterwards was a nice cap to the meal. This place is totally worth coming to even if you're not planning on doing anything else at the casino.

After several times of visiting Encore as passing by this place, we finally paid a visit. We had a small group of four last weekend-- my husband, sister and brother-in-law and we got to Cheese Meet Wine shortly before close. Ayoub, our server, was absolutely perfect. Not only did we not feel rushed in the slightest, but he made the most divine recommendations, all of which we got. Who knew a charcuterie board could be so fun and adventurous?! It was truly more than just dining-- it was an experience. The other employees there were equally delightful and informative about their offerings. We're moving to CA next month, but this place will be a must-stop when we visit Boston next over the holidays. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this gem of a restaurant, and I know everyone I came with would say the same!

Very small and cozy. This relaxing restaurant in Encore offer great wine list with pretty good cheese boards and oysters. Would definitely come back again to chillax

Hummus with Naan bread. SO good.

First time at this hotel and this was by far our best meal and experience. The vibes are great and the staff makes the experience so much more fun. My husband and I loved it so much that we ordered a bunch of food to-go as our late night snack. I would eat here every day if I could. 10/10!!!

So glad we came. This place is absolutely amazing! Definitely worth the trip. Service a little slow because of covid affects so have patience and do not go if you are on a time constraint. The servers are really nice.

This restaurant followed COVID precaution, requesting you wear your mask until your first drink arrives. They even provide you with sanitary napkins to disenfect, along with mask mats! I went with two ladies who had dietary restrictions, our waitress Lindsay went above and beyond to accommodate these two. She also went above and beyond by dropping off a plate of fresh made bread for someone who was not gluten free, despite me saying I was fine with gluten toast! The gluten free bread was also delicious, and that says a lot for a gluten lover!

My mum and I visited for the first time as an early Mother's Day treat. Our sever Lindsay was very kind and personable. She guided us through the menu and had great suggestions for wine. It was a wonderful experience and we'll be back soon.

It's as though I'm on the set of a movie as local shoppers briskly enter the shop & point to which hanging salamis and hand-shaped pastas they want to take home. Due to a condition (living in Tennessee), I'm only able to have the chicken Parmesan sandwich here about once a year. It's a sandwich I reminisce about with my family and work into conversations with friends and strangers alike. The bread is fresh and chewy, the sauce bright and acidic, and the chicken lightly breaded, perfectly fried, and tender. You can taste each ingredient in every bite. Every element is perfectly executed in its own right, yet somehow made even better in harmony. Recently while devouring my third of the massive sandwich, a little chicken cutlet tumbled to the ground. I'm talking: the GROUND. Outside. Pavement. When no one was looking, I slyly dipped down, picked it up, and ate it. I'm not necessarily proud of this action, but I'm also not ashamed. If you didn't believe the 5 Second Rule before Bricco, let the chicken Parmesan sandwich convert you. Taste and see!

The bakery is cash only and sells a variety of breads: baguettes, ciabatta, sourdough, & olive bread. In addition to the sfogliatelle, they sell muffins, croissants, and focaccia and muffins. The sfogliatelle was pretty good, the pastry was crispy and flaky and the lemon ricotta filling was very rich and creamy. I would've loved to have a couple loaves of the bread, but there was no way I was going to be able to bring it home as I was already maxed out with my carry ons!

That being said, I ordered ahead online and my sandwich was ready when I got there. (This was a Thursday afternoon). I got the vodka chicken Parm after seeing it online and it definitely lives up to the hype. And yes, it is ~$30. The sandwich is huge. It has huge cutlets in it which are very filling, and perfectly made. It ended up being enough for two people, so find a person to share it with! The vodka sauce in the sandwich was sooooo good, definitely one of the best I've found in boston. They also provide you with a whole container of sauce to dip your sandwich into (highly recommend doing that). What lost the star is that I felt there wasn't enough basil. For that huge sandwich, there was actually very few bites with basil. I wish there was more of it, and I also wish there was some other green in there like arugula. Other than that, it's a great sandwich. I'd definitely get this again!

Everything else is also good, especially the torta one, but the lox one is so unique. The citrus salad on it...just amazing. The store itself is a small shop and in the summers has outdoor seating. I've eaten in the outside area a few times, but I usually pick it up and take it back to my apartment. I think in a pinch you could eat outside, but inside is honestly way too tight because it does tend to get crowded. That brings me to my next point, I strongly recommend ordering online. While it's nice being able to order there and ask questions, you should be prepared to wait in a long line if you go in the weekend.
