After being seated, no one came to our table for over 20 minutes. My friend out of frustration went up to the bar to inform them. A waitress came to our table 5 minutes later with glasses of water with no ice in them. Flat water with something floating in them. Ordered the stake salad. Waited for some time. Waitress came to the table to say they were out of steak. I ordered the Fish & Chip. Came back again to say they were out of fish. Ordered a burger. When it came I noticed that the bacon jam was not on it. Asked a waiter walking by to get it for me. Nope, he brought back ketchup. The service was not great at all. How disappointing. The food was plated and presented as if they threw it together. We paid the bill and left. Poor service, but still gave the waitress a 25 percent tip. Poor food, but still had to pay for it. I'm curious how Banners handle these matters.
