The burger is about average compared to most places, I wouldn't come out of my way to eat here though. If you end up getting a burger here, it appears to be made to order. The fries were just alright to me, overall this can do the trick if you need a meal before or after your flight.

Only had the chicken tenders with fries, I don't know about the other stuff. The tenders are as generic as they can get, they are fried and the chicken is OK. Pricey, yes we are at the airport, but even forgetting about money, the quality and taste is pedestrian. They should invest in better quality food.

I wish we could give half stars because I'd give this place a solid 3.5. There are very few options at this particular airport and this place looked the most promising. I got a burger and onion rings and my husband got a burger and fries. The onion rings were good. They were lightly battered and thin and they said they make them to order (whatever that means) and they were good. My husband got fries which I tried. They were hot and crispy but I thought they were a little starchy. The burgers were thick and were served on soft buns and had lettuce, tomato, onion, and your choice of cheese. We held the mayo. The burgers were pretty decent. Looked like quality beef but they were a little dry for my taste and they lacked in flavor. Other than that though, it was probably the best decision of food choice in the airport.

The bill for one bacon burger, fries and a soda. $21.22

$20 for the worst burger I have ever had. It would be more cost effective and taste better getting a bag of Cheetos for dinner.

Burgers were ok. Would be excellent if they seasoned them. Fried same gig and they were cold. Slow service.

We were welcomed with warm smiles and walked straight to the deli. We shared the Rubinstein and bratwurst (everything on it). It's true - it does take a while for the food to be made but it's so worth it. The meat is sliced is front of you and made to order. My favorite is their cucumber side that's drenched in dill sauce. $2+ beers for happy hour, everyday! Kolsch beer all the way, baby! Shoutout to the chef making our sandwiches. I didn't get his name but he's a super nice guy with a black beard. He was apologetic for the wait - but we assured him there's no rush. We will always wait for quality food! Another shoutout to Priscilla, who was so kind when cashing out our order. We're so ready to come back... tomorrow (haha)! Thank you, Hollerbach team who worked tonight (3/29/2026). We hope you always serve us. Now I don't have to travel 10 hours to Europe for a brat. Love this place.

If you want fresh baked bread, desserts , great bier and ingredients , you must come down to this gem located in Sanford Florida! After you shop, grab a bratwurst and cold bier and sit outside to enjoy the surroundings or go next store the Hollerbachs restaurant and have lunch or dinner. It was a Saturday, and had a brunch menu, but I opted for a regular lunch. Ample seating outside and inside. The service was a bit slow, and food took quite some time, but I feel like thats a hit or miss with all restaurants, and could just be that one time. The menu itself has some really great options so it was hard to choose. I ended up ordering the clam chowder. It had a really nice flavor and really enjoyed it, not too many clams though. For my entree I ordered the bulgogi bahn mi.... And I get it "salted" is part of the name of this restaurant, but it was so so salty, almost inedible salty-. Overall really cute restaurant, vibe and concept, but I'd definitely order something else if I ever went back.

The market is honestly huge and I'm pretty sure anything you were looking for they'd have. But what I was really was there for was to try their chicken parm sandwich. And it was delicious. I also tried 2 of their cookies and they were so soft and melted right in my mouth. They even had a coffee shop inside too. What I loved about this place is they had a whole seating area outside to eat. It was shaded and fans blowing so it was decent out there. Everyone there was super nice and can't wait to go back! Wish they had another location near the parks. Because it is a little far away for me. 5/5

As far as authentic German preperation goes, this place has it down. Yet, today's experience left me a bit...wanting. I wanted the dish I ordered to be served, but instead of Schnitzel Champignon, I was presented with Jagerschnitzel. While I enjoy the Jager finish, it wasn't the creamier, sour cream based with mushroom treatment my mouth was set for. As it took much longer to receive our food order than in past visits, (it was a busy afternoon at the Cafe), so a tad longer wait was to be expected. And, as I did not wish to wait another 20 min. for a refired order, I settled for the dish that was presented. We had driven 40+ mins. from Port Orange to celebrate my daughter's b-day, per her request, and were happy to do so. Still, some nagging details...incorrect order, smaller portions of Schnitz and spatzele (except for the red cabbage), and higher prices left the experience to be less than desired. I know it's a tough industry to be sure..but having had better experiences in the past here, I was hoping it would match those times, instead of setting new less than thrilling standards.
