I have always questioned how their business model is feasible with food so cheap and so good, but they sure do pull it off every time. It is always packed in there, but it is so worth it. My favorite thing to get is the buffalo chicken wrappers, the best! But you cant go wrong with the loaded baked potatoe soup, new orleans pasta, chicken tenders, or chips and queso. Experience at this location on 2/17 on 192 was beyond terrible. As follows: - After our appetizer soups were served, it was near impossible to flag down a server for hot sauce so I eventually gave up to avoid cold soup. - We ordered one entree to split, because of my curbed appetite. A food runner delivered the food, but without an extra plate. I had to use the plate under my soup cup just to avoid flagging down a server. (Our server should of checked in on the plate.) - We had to wait several minutes for a bartender to come by so we could ASK for SILVERWARE. Isn't that supposed to be placed before the food comes? - We observed the service serve a melted plate of ice cream to a nearby couple. Explaining "Sorry bout that, sat in the window a little longer before I could get it" - My water was never refilled. That's absolutely unacceptable. - Dirty dishes remained in front of us. Even when she came to claim the money for the check. Once again unacceptable. I understand this is not fine dining, but I've received better service at an Applebee's probably even a Panera Bread. And the company website is completely down on receiving feedback emails. Must of went on the fritz on so many complaints. Smh read more

Visit for lunch on 6/29. Host, hostess, and servers were all excellent! Food was awesome. As a table we order Grilled Salmon, Grilled Whitefish, Grilled Tilapia w/ mango salsa, and a cheese burger. All sides were good as well. Good portion for the price. Highly recommend. read more

Went here yesterday for Father's Day for the first time and I think the waitress was Kelsea, if I spelled that right. She was sweet and explained some of the favorite items. After order an app and drinks, which were great, the food seemed to take a little long...almost 45 minutes...but it was worth the wait. The manager came over and checked to make sure we were happy with the food and service and apologized for the wait time. I also work in this industry and thought that was awesome and will definitely be coming back with the full family. Prices were good, good food. Thanks! read more

Wow service was awful! They need to hire some experienced waitresses and where was the manager?? Never saw them once and I looked. Only good thing was the onion rings but the amount of sauce they give you very sad asked for more by the time she brought it we were almost done! And she made a comment on wow how many of the onion rings we had eaten I was shocked that she said that very inappropriate to say things like that to customers thats what happens with these chains and how they hire inexperienced servers. One of the sandwiches was suppose to have chicken with avocado the sandwich came and there was no avocado on it asked the waitress she said that she would either take it back( no no thanks) or bring another when she came back she said she was sorry but they ran out of avocado that's why it wasn't in the sandwich and that he not sure who he was but she said he'll buy it! Now that being a main ingredient management dropped the ball customers need to be advised before trying to serve it less one of the main ingredients. Poor management Now here comes the icing on the cake we were just served our lunch asked for mustard, mayo, and BBQ sauce that took for ever and she said something about they were going off in the kitchen ( which by the way who ever was in there screaming was loud I heard him all the way at my table reminded me of chef Ramsey) busy I guess by then I had eat in 1/2 my burger and fries were soggy and cold. We had just started our meal and she asked if we wanted dessert and then said she had our check for us wow what a first impression! Ordered takeout last night, ordered their "special" $7.99 steak, comes with 2 sides. I got 2 potatoes and got the steak medium well. I was highly disappointed when I opened my container and I saw 2 rock hard burnt potatoes and a beyond overdone piece of "steak". It looked and felt like dog food. It was unbearably dry and tasteless. It was disgusting, and could not eat it. The chips for the queso tasted nasty and old. The queso was ok, but was a bit watery. Also got the texas sized nachos and they were very soggy, the chips were all falling apart and couldnt eat without a fork. Also the lady who was taking my order seemed irritated that she had to take my order, and made a fuss when I asked what my total was. Very unprofessional service. read more

This place seems to be the hit place on Sunday mornings! Opens at 11am and has a line waiting! The service is wonderful (ask for Sabrina) and the food is absolutely delicious! Started with the spinach dip and OhMy! I couldn't stop!!! Then the maple bacon chicken sandwich (with sautéed onions) and YUM! I have eaten here several times. The food is always good and the service is among the best on any restaurant in Melbourne. If your looking for home-style comfort food this is a great place to go. Tried Cheddar's for the first time May 29th. I do NOT get the hype. The food was Ok. That's about it. Nothing amazing. Nothing exciting or different on the menu. It was just run of the mill chain restaurant food. Our waiter was nice the manager that was running the front desk was genuinely nice... Not faulting the service at all. They were slow because of the holiday so our order took a while. I had the chicken tenders everyone raves about... They were cold by the time I got them and they weren't that great to begin with flavor wise. My dog seemed enjoy the leftovers (I had 2 tenders I didn't eat)... But she raids the litter box so you can form your own opinion on her palette. My sons burger was like any other and they didn't give many fries. The croissants were alright but not enough to make me want to ever go back. So curiosity was satisfied... Now I never have to return. read more

Had a party of 8 a birthday celebration for a grand child. Wait was 40 Minutes to get seated. Waitress was nice. We had a Person with a Gluten Allergy. Was up front with this information. Still salad came with croutons after reminding them no croutons. His dinned came with fired onion straws. Brradded wr pointed it out again he had an sever allergy to gluten. They brought the plate back only removing the breaded onion straws. Leaving somw behind under the meat. Brought this to attention again this need to be replaced and re cooked. The manager came by I let her know the issues we have had. She made sure item were recooked then forgot to replace the side potato. Not a good time. The rest of our meals were good. But Not. Great. I cant believe i lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for four years and never tried Cheddars. This is a great chain with great food for great prices. I was amazed at the price to quality and taste of food ratio. I had some of the best onion rings I've ever had here and you get a mountain of them for four dollars. Also the salmon is really good an highly regarded by my sister who took me here. If your looking for good food for a good price Cheddars will hit the spot. I have been to Cheddar's twice. My experience is that the food is cheap and you get what you pay for. The drinks, on the other hand, are cheap and excellent. People rave about how cheap the food is but I am not sure what they are eating because to me it is basically cafeteria quality food on a plate. If you are going for the Monte Cristo, hoping to relive your favorite Bennigan's sandwich, you will be GREATLY disappointed. It's greasy. It doesn't have that great crispy crust. It is basically a mushy sandwich full of oil. If I ever venture there again it will be for a huge margarita and an appetizer and I will call it a done deal. read more

As I just reported to the Fl department of Health, we have been to this restaurant about 5 times in 3 years. However, the last time wasn't great and this time was even worse. We figured we would give them another shot. Anyway, first off, the restaurant was filthy. We got to our table, a booth, and there were crumbs on the "clean" table and all over the the seats. Then under the table there were napkins, half eaten food and it was very sticky. We did our best to clean it up ourselves as our server was a bit off, but I'll get to that in a bit. When my 3 children needed the restroom, of course I took them. They're young still (7, 5 & 3). The women's facility was filthy. Garbage overfilling, no paper towels so they put out a roll of toilet paper. Toilet paper all over the place in the stalls. I felt dirty. Then there was an employee just standing there on her phone. She worked in the kitchen, as she was wearing a black apron. Just standing in the ladies room on her phone. Why? So went back to the table and our server, wow. She was special. Very unsure of herself. Every time we asked her a question or requested something, she would give this eerie look. She didn't smile, she didn't know the menu. It was like we were putting her out. It didn't help that she was over accessorized to the point that my 7 year old daughter was saying something. Our food came, she got the order right by some miracle. My mother in laws fish was awful. My fasther in law and daughter couldn't even eat the chicken. It was overly seasoned. My food tasted fine, I had a cheeseburger and salad without eggs. My boys had a cheeseburger with fries and Mac n cheese with an add on of corn. They barely touched their God, but that's how they are anyway. Can't blame the food on picky eaters. My daughter couldn't even finish her food because she was getting sick in the bathroom. Which reminds me. I brought the kids at least 3 times to the ladies room and that same employee was just standing there texting. And at one point she said she was "slacking." So my daughter was sick from her food. We got home and my father in law and I were both getting sick. Severe diarrhea. This morning we were still sick. Nausea, diarrhea and headaches. My daughter didn't vomit again, but she still doesn't feel right with stomach cramps. And I know she isn't sick with a virus. Bc otherwise she is fine. My father in law and I still have diarrhea. Stomach cramps, nausea and headaches. We used to really like this joint. But honestly, it's not worth any of this. The food wasn't as good as it used to be. The service is lacking. I'm not sure if it's a management issue or lack there of. Maybe they are under new management and they haven't gotten their act together. But not good. Needless to say, we are marking this one off as a no go. And again, I did report them to the Department of Health. Not worth my child's pain. Not worth my pain. Not for a meteocre burger. read more
